The pool table was a big hit. This house was perfect for our needs and we would stay again if we needed a large space to host friends and family. However, the iPad system was a little tricky to figure out. We were confused on how to operate the lights, fans and shades but figured it out. I recommend that the owners provide a little more detailed information to be able to use the system. There was an info sheet posted near the front door but not able to carry through the home. The split A/C systems seemed to only operate in some rooms. The kitchen was equipped but we did not do any cooking. Some of the kitchen cabinets were hard to open. The house is huge and it appears some things need to be repaired like outdoor outlets. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Property manager was responsive and gave us a courtesy call to let us know when someone came to work on an outdoor issue. Overall, excellent stay for us. We made many memories in a very unique home that made my son’s graduation very memorable."

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Queens area, close to Broadway LIRR station (8min walk), bus station, many restaurants, Asian groceries New Age Market, bars, etc. There is a full bathroom and kitchenette shared with other guests on the same floor. Each room is equipped with a window air conditioner, and central heating. The 3rd flr access is through the 2nd floor hallway.
Newly renovated, new painted walls and floors, very clean and cozy. All furniture is brand new with high end quality brands. The full bathroom and kitchennette are shared with other guests.
The main entry door and each bedroom have a Smart lock with a special code. The code will be provided to enter property after reservation is confirmed, a day prior to the check-in.
Note: this is 1 person stay price. if additional person is staying, it will be $10/person/night.
-There are 3 bedrooms total listed for this 2nd floor so you will be sharing common areas with other guests, up to 5 people at once including yourself (bathroom, hallway, kitchenette, entry way, etc). There is no laundry onsite.
- The kitchenette includes a hot plate, microwave, and a mini fridge only (no sink, need to use bathroom to do dishes). The main entrance on the 2nd floor will be shared with guests staying on the 3rd floor.
- Monthly rent or longer terms only.
- Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 12pm but can be flexible if notified in advance (2 days minimum; otherwise $40 extra charge will be incurred).

**Abandoned Belongings**: Any personal belongings left in the rental property after the checkout time will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of these items, and the guest agrees to cover any associated costs.
**Overstaying Guests**: If a guest remains in the rental property beyond their checkout time without proper authorization, they will be considered in violation of this agreement. Unauthorized overstays may result in the guest being removed from the property, and the guest agrees to pay any associated costs, including but not limited to legal expenses.

There is a bus Q58 to Terminal 7. 30-40 minutes straight to Times Square. You can also transfer to Times Square at the station. LIRR trains can go to Manhattan and Long Island.
