The space available for rent is a one bedroom. The space comes with a partial kitchen with an electric skillet, microwave, refrigerator, cookware and dishes. In the bedroom there is a queen size bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom. The living room has a couch that turns into a queen size sofa sleeper with a flat screen TV. There are complimentary laundry rooms on each floor of the resort building.

The rental is for the entire unit. The resort amenities are shared by all resort guests.

Parking is not included with the rental. Nearby self-parking is available at Butterick Garage (840 Sutter St, San Francisco, CA 94109). Compact and Standard vehicles are $40.00 per night and oversize vehicles are $50.00 per night with in/out privilege. All rates expire at 1PM on day of check out.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the room. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. - "My boyfriend and I stayed at this property while we were in town for a work meeting, so we had to work remotely for 2 days. The space was perfect for both of us to be on calls and meetings throughout the day. The overall resort was very nice and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. There was some minor renovation being done in lobby, but this did not affect us at all. Felt safe walking nearby resort and some cute spots to grab coffee, food, and drinks. North Beach/Little Italy is a 10 min walk after Chinatown is across the street. Students can get a lot of knock off stuff for cheap and good Chinese food. Union Square is 2 blocks down - a lot of shopping around there and tourist stuff.

Embarcadero/Fisherman’s wharf is a 10-15 minute walk. South of Market (SOMA), is a 10-15 min walk for more techy and industrial ish peeps.
