Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.

To ensure we’re being good neighbors, this suite is equipped with a noise sensor that measures decibels. There is no recording of audio, the device is active 24/7 and is located in the living area. If the noise exceeds a reasonable level, our Trust and Safety team will receive a notification and message you. To comply with community regulations, if the noise sensor becomes disconnected we will notify you if we need access to your stay to reconnect it.

Parties are Not Allowed
Disturbing other residents in this building will not be tolerated. While a rare occurrence, following warnings from your host triggered by the noise sensor or a complaint from a neighbor, you may be asked to leave at your own expense. Local law enforcement will be utilized if necessary.

No Smoking
We are a smoke-free community. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. No smoking also includes vaping devices and candles. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed. We likely would love your pet, but there will be a $500 fine for having a pet in the suite if not required by local regulations.

Professional Photo and Video Shoots
Commercial shoots of any kind, will not be tolerated. While we do encourage showcasing your stay on social media, chances are, if you are using professional equipment or your content will make a profit, it’s not allowed.

Mind the keys
The lockbox must remain locked at all times (if applicable). Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. If the keys are lost or unreturned a fee of up to $300 dollars will be assessed. A $75 fee will be assessed for overnight lockout service.

The Guest House is completely separate from the Main House with a separate entrance, private courtyard and ample parking off the cobblestone streets.

Located in the Historic Old Northeast community of Downtown St. Petersburg, FL, it's interior has been customized by an interior designer to include a full mahogany bar and two charming bedrooms that feel like a little piece of heaven.

Apologies for the delay; we hit the ground running when we got back to the UK. We just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay! The apartment was absolutely perfect and every little detail made the stay that much more perfect. (I used the yoga mat a few times, sunscreen too, and the welcome basket was delicious!) The whole place is so clean, so cozy and the decor is so cool and modern (the lamp with the USB charger is great!) We cook a lot as well so having everything to do so in the kitchen was excellent.

Seeing your pups outside was a nice bonus as well; I always miss our big boy when we're away so I definitely said hello to your sweethearts a few times. :)

All of the info for the house and the city was a great touch and than you for having laundry available 24/7. So helpful! The Lucky Dog Inn is amazing!!!! Host has done an incredible job of decorating and thinking of everything that will make your stay extremely comfortable. I have had the opportunity to stay twice, once a shorter stay and one extended. It truly is home away from home. I made many dinners and everything I needed was in the small/beautiful and well appointed kitchen. I work from home and worked each day at the cottage with no concerns. The location is fabulous and I rarely got in the car. The beach cruiser bikes are awesome and provide transportation anywhere you want to go.Host is available day and night for any questions you might have about the area.They are very gracious hosts. I highly recommend Lucky Dog Inn if you are lucky enough to be in downtown St Pete.

- "My wife and I stayed here as one of us was having a surgery in the area and we needed a comfortable place to promote healing and relaxation. The place was immaculant, cozy, welcoming and equipped with everything you may need. When we arrived there was a bottle of presseco in the fridge and freshly baked banana bread waiting for us. Kelly was available if we needed anything and was flexible when we needed to extend our stay due to post op follow up visits. If that isnt enough the location is prime and just a short walk away to downtown with a variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Oh, and if you love pups they're right next door for some puppy therapy. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and look forward to our next trip! Steps away from restaurants, cafes, and salons in one direction (we are located near the corner of 4th St N, a main thoroughfare with restaurants, grocery stores, and other businesses), and a brick-paved, tree-lined, beautiful neighborhood of Crescent Heights lined with large and beautiful trees in the other direction, you’ll find yourself in a very conveniently located getaway.

Just a quick bike ride to downtown and walking distance to beautiful parks (1 1/2 blocks from the beautiful Crescent Lake, which has a playground for children, lots of trees, ducks, and a large grass area for playing ball), bayfront views (5 blocks from Coffee Pot Bayou, also with a playground for children), and all the amenities that 4th Street N has to offer. The unit is located on a corner lot within a house that has other apartments. Your unit has a separate bath within the studio, with a door separated from the studio, and your own parking spot! The bed is a double bed with 2 drawers located beneath it, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, full size ironing board and iron, hair blow dryer, linens, extra blankets, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, mini cooler, and towels.

The front patio is open to all guests. The laundry room is available to all guests. The building has permanent tenants that reside there.

Stay as a guest at Little Pearl and capture the coziness of a “tiny home" and the airiness of a "tree house". This charming loft apartment is located on sophisticated Beach Drive, the road that leads into the heart of town. It is in an area of grand homes, tree-lined streets and best of all . . . sparkling Tampa Bay is less than a block away. Many of our guests have enjoyed rising early to photograph the stunning sun rises at the end of the street.

From this location,​ you can easily walk to festivals in the park and even downtown. It is about 20 minutes to the Vinoy on foot. About 5 minutes by car and somewhere in between by bike. (We have bike storage on site and there are many bike shops that will rent them by the day and week.) About four houses down, pick up the waterfront path to town or stroll through a neighborhood of historic craftsmen and Mediterranean style homes.

The entry to Little Pearl is through a pair of antique verdegris gates and under a bougainvillea covered arbor. An​ old hex block patio is lined with colorful Mexican pots and flower boxes. Garden bench and chairs with small table provide outdoor seating. Follow the private outdoor stairs to the entry deck and door.

This unit has been described by others as "too stinkin’ cute". And it is. With multiple windows,​ you see the old homes framed through the fronds of cabbage and coconut palms. The small foyer with closet for hanging opens to a unique bathroom (with shower) on the right. The funky vanity is from the South/West part of the country. An antique mirror from a local French flea market hangs above. The owner rescued three glass transoms from an old home. One is over the bathroom door and the other two are embellishments between the kitchen and bathroom. Adds extra light and character. On the left of the foyer is the sleeping area with a queen size bed. The antique headboard with decorative spool spindles has been painted in a McKinsey Childs-fashion with lots of patterns and color.

In the living room, the carpenter built a curio cabinet using arched top doors from Europe. Below is a colorful shelf made from old tin ceiling tiles. A cool shell mirror hangs on the wall. Grass rug completes the coastal look of the room. Like all open floor plans,​ you see right into the kitchen. Small, but completely equipped with a farm style sink and white square tiled counters trimmed in oak. Overhead ceiling fans add to the ambiance​. The new washer/dryer is seamlessly tucked under the kitchen peninsula eating counter. Overhead is a new 40” wall mounted smart TV strategically placed. You can watch TV from the bed, the living room and the kitchen.

Little Pearl is in a perfect location to explore all St. Petersburg has to offer. Being in a quiet high-end​ residential area away from city noises and next to grassy waterfront parks will make your stay that much more relaxing.

Please note, at this property we only accept a single small well behaved dog. The pet fee is $100.

We say that the place can accommodate up to 6 guests because some people are able to bring their own bedding to create another sleeping space. Please make sure to review the sleeping arrangements provided before booking.

The space
Welcome to your home away from home in sunny St. Petersburg! This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house has everything you need for a fantastic Florida vacation.

The spacious, modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Whip up family recipes or try local seafood!

The living room offers plush seating with two queen sofa beds and a large couch. Enjoy movie nights on the Smart TV with local channels and streaming access.

Three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms provide sleep for up to 12 guests. The master suite features a queen bed, ensuite bath, TV equipped with a Gooogle Chrome streaming device. The bunk room has two twin bunk beds and a TV also equipped with a Gooogle Chrome streaming device. The third bedroom offers a queen bed.

We also offer beach gear packages for purchase to make your days at the beach a breeze!

Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiFi and a desk space for working remotely. The main bathroom off the hallway has updated fixtures. A private washer/dryer makes laundry simple.

Outdoors, fire up the grill and dine al fresco in the backyard on balmy evenings. Lounge in the Florida sunshine with a good book.

For a prolonged stay we think it is ideal for up to 6 adults and 6 children, however the house can sleep 12 adults.

Professionally cleaned before each stay. While not childproof, we welcome little ones! A baby bath seat, pack n play, and high chair are provided. Please note the insurance policy prohibits pets.

Guests have access to the whole house with the exception of the garage, with easy self check in with secure key pad (code messaged via Airbnb to you just before your stay). Parking is available both on street in front of the house or front driveway can fit 4 cars.
