Our pricing is based on 1-4 people staying at the home. If your group exceeds 4 people for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. There is a small fee of $25 per night for each additional guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all. Maximum amount of guests is 10.

If you are a new guest without reviews we charge a $200 deposit to be refunded at checkout after the cleaner leaves after check out and lets us know that the house is as it should be. These are the guidelines from Airbnb we like to share these with you.

For any cancellation, the processing fee of 1% of you total booking will not be refunded.

Treat your Host’s home like your own :

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.).

Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.

Before booking, some have inquired as to why we charge a per person fee of $20 per night for any guests over two people. This is because it's a lot more wear and tear on the property with 6 verses 2 (more towels, laundry, water, air-conditioning, etc.). By the time we pay the VRBO fee, taxes, income tax, etc my profits are slim. The cost of staying here is so much less than any hotels in the area, AND you receive a full kitchen, family room, dining, etc. Most guests, after they stay here, tell me that I'm not charging enough. I want it to be a win-win for everyone. :)

- "Worked out great for what we needed." - "The house was called The Terminal. What a great theme. The pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful place. TVs everywhere. Nice game room with Air hockey and arcade- couldn't get enough of Centipede. The master bedroom was awesome. Also a nice desk for working remotely. The hosts responded immediately to minor issues and responses to questions were very timely. A perfect getaway with all amenities. The pool was a bit cold - we chose not to have it heated, but 12 year old nephew dove in and enjoyed it for a bit. Took advantage of the grill and enjoyed the Florida sunshine. Plenty of seating outside with TV fridge and fan. There was also a fire pit but we did not utilize it. I am a local and had family visiting and The Terminal was a great YOLO splurge!!!"

- "Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband for a family reunion in the area. My sister stayed on the pullout couch for one of the nights. It’s exactly as described in the listing which I appreciate. This little backyard cottage is in a locked fenced area so it was extra secure & private. All the finishes are new and it was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the highway. Parking was provided under a covered carport in the driveway. The hosts gave us our space but we’re very responsive when we messaged them with questions. Overall it was a great place to decompress at the end of a busy day and we would happily stay here again."
