Guests and Extra Guests Policy:
Our pricing is based on 1-4 people staying at the home. If your group exceeds 4 people for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. There is a small fee of $25 per night for each additional guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all. Maximum amount of guests is 10.

If you are a new guest without reviews we charge a $200 deposit to be refunded at checkout after the cleaner leaves after check out and lets us know that the house is as it should be. These are the guidelines from Airbnb we like to share these with you.

For any cancellation, the processing fee of 1% of you total booking will not be refunded.

Treat your Host’s home like your own :

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.).

Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.

Damage: Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution. Before booking, some have inquired as to why we charge a per person fee of $20 per night for any guests over two people. This is because it's a lot more wear and tear on the property with 6 verses 2 (more towels, laundry, water, air-conditioning, etc.). By the time we pay the VRBO fee, taxes, income tax, etc my profits are slim. The cost of staying here is so much less than any hotels in the area, AND you receive a full kitchen, family room, dining, etc. Most guests, after they stay here, tell me that I'm not charging enough. I want it to be a win-win for everyone. :)

- "Worked out great for what we needed." - "The house was called The Terminal. What a great theme. The pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful place. TVs everywhere. Nice game room with Air hockey and arcade- couldn't get enough of Centipede. The master bedroom was awesome. Also a nice desk for working remotely. The hosts responded immediately to minor issues and responses to questions were very timely. A perfect getaway with all amenities. The pool was a bit cold - we chose not to have it heated, but 12 year old nephew dove in and enjoyed it for a bit. Took advantage of the grill and enjoyed the Florida sunshine. Plenty of seating outside with TV fridge and fan. There was also a fire pit but we did not utilize it. I am a local and had family visiting and The Terminal was a great YOLO splurge!!!"

- "Stayed here for 4 nights with my husband for a family reunion in the area. My sister stayed on the pullout couch for one of the nights. It’s exactly as described in the listing which I appreciate. This little backyard cottage is in a locked fenced area so it was extra secure & private. All the finishes are new and it was very clean. The neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the highway. Parking was provided under a covered carport in the driveway. The hosts gave us our space but we’re very responsive when we messaged them with questions. Overall it was a great place to decompress at the end of a busy day and we would happily stay here again."

Please note that our home has anywhere from 2-3 security cameras actively recording the outside areas of the property. These cameras are to remain on and running and will only be used for security purposes to ensure the safety of the property and guests. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

Other things to note
The exterior of the home has 2 cameras covering the front door and backyard area. This is how I ensure that people don't throw parties and trash my house. If this bothers you please do not rent my house. I spend a lot of time maintaining my house and don't need people causing problems for my home or the neighborhood.

Please be courteous of our neighbors. The home is located in a residential neighborhood. Try and keep the noise down after 10:00 pm.

There is off street parking for up to 4 midsized cars in driveway.

Landscaper is there on Saturday mornings and the pool company is there on Thursday afternoon.

Take in the cheeky decor each room offers that will make you smile first thing in the morning. The guest bathroom features a rain shower and hands-free flush toilet. The 4-bedroom home sleeps 10 adults and 2 children comfortably and a gas water heater has been installed in 2024 to allow for multiple people to shower at the same time and do dishes and laundry.

The master suite features a king-size bed and a set of bunks suitable for kids 3-11 years old so they can camp out under the stars at night with the owls. This space can also be used as quiet zone with a work desk for those needing to play catch up on emails. The master bathroom features a bidet and a double vanity with a ramp slot sink and ceiling mounted faucet which is also something new to experience. Our Moen smart walk-in shower is built for two and Alexa voice-activated and showcases a double rain shower, so everyone gets wet!

Bring your beloved pets along for a delightful stay! We have a few guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. There is a $50 pet fee (includes 2) for the entire stay. Any additional pet is an additional $50.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds (a $200 charge applies for any evidence). Regrettably, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Guests and Extra Guests Policy:
Our pricing is based on 1-4 people staying at the home. If your group exceeds 4 people for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. There is a small fee of $25 per night for each additional guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all. Maximum amount of guests is 10.

If you are a new guest without reviews we charge a $200 deposit to be refunded at checkout after the cleaner leaves after check out and lets us know that the house is as it should be. These are the guidelines from Airbnb we like to share these with you.

Treat your Host’s home like your own :

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.).

Litter: Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash.

No unauthorized guests or visitors are permitted. One designated parking spot is available, with additional parking subject to approval. Long-term guests (one week or more) have access to the washer and dryer for added convenience.

Other things to note
There is NO CABLE TV access. Please put used towels and sheets on bathroom floor when departing. The unit has high energy efficient insulation - please do not set A/C lower than 74 in summer and heat no higher than 70. if you give us a 30 minute notice of your arrival time, we will make sure that the temperature is set accordingly. These temperatures provide very cool in summer and warm in winter.
