- "This home is TOP NOTCH!!!!!! Accommodated our 5 adults and 5 children with room to spare. Bitter cold (we’re from Florida and Texas) kept us inside A LOT, but the yard/grounds/view are lovely. Walk outside to the huge paver patio with outdoor dining table for six with umbrella, firepit with 8 Adirondack chairs and cafe lights hanging above.

The shed out back houses 4 bikes so you can enjoy a ride through the quiet neighborhood. There are also lots of yard games including corn hole, a portable badminton net, horseshoes, croquet and more!

There's a fun surprise in the basement - a mini pickle ball court! Great to practice your dinks! Or share friendly competition on the electronic dart board, PacMan/ Galaga arcade game, Ping-Pong, foosball, air hockey and giant Connect 4 game. Tons of board games are in the cabinet by the kitchen table as well.

- "We enjoyed an autumn visit, when the trees were beautiful and the home was to match. Not far from many amenities, it was in a very quiet spot. You can't beat it for location. This is a MUST STAY if you are coming to town for the Cincinnati Open tennis tournament. A spacious pool, large patio and proximity to the venue is fantastic. The owner showed up an hour and a half later with the propane tank, but we had already eaten. Communication could definitely have been better as well. Before arriving, I asked the owner if the pool would be open and he said they typically open it up Memorial Day weekend so we didn’t pack swimsuits, but when we arrived at the property, we saw that the pool was ready. The property has a lot of potential, but the owner could definitely improve on communication and equipping the kitchen to make it more usable for renters!"

Had I known that I would have not rented this house as I have some access issues in the moment, and navigating the stairs was very very difficult. As with any place there were a few minor issues, though they were quickly corrected when I brought them to management attention. (Loose toilet paper holder) Be aware that the TV is not cable at all in any of the bedrooms, however there is TV that you will be able to view. It's all streaming, which is not an issue because you can find pretty much anything you want. This is a 3,200 ft² house, and it accommodated our party of five very nicely. No one felt cramped or too close to anyone else, and we all had room to spread our wings when we wanted to. Overall this day was lovely mostly what we needed the house for was a bed in the shower, and that filled the need quite well. Our party enjoyed the house, and we especially enjoyed the close proximity to Kings Island which was only about a 10 minute drive from the house. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

The space
Pets are not allowed on the property. No exceptions.

Warnings signs for safety are posted around the pool and HotTub.

The sofa pull out bed can be used for sleeping. There is a mattress topper in the closet next to living room.

The Kitchen has basic cooking items like pots, pans, baking trays, bread toaster, Ninja Mixer and Smoothie maker, knife cutting board, kitchen towel, oven mittens, mixing bowls, Glasses plates and bowls. The refrigerator has built in ICE maker.
There are 2 types of coffee maker in the kitchen - Keurig coffee maker, Coffee supplies kept in the kitchen.
Drip Coffee maker, Coffee supplies such as filters, sugar and creamer also kept in the kitchen cabinets.

Note - Food groceries/supplies for cooking food is not provided. Kroger is 2-3 mins away where all the needed items can be purchased.

The shed can be accessed from the backyard next to the swimming pool. There is a padlock on the shutter, which has a code. That code can be found in the check in instructions section of your booking.

There are three bedrooms in this home. One king bedroom is located towards the back and has it's own bathroom with walk-in shower, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and Smart TV. The second king bedroom is located just to the right of the entrance and also has a smart TV. You'll also find the twin bedroom with bunkbeds right next to that. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The kitchen, living room and dining area are open to one another, which makes it convenient to enjoy your time together while cooking, eating or simply relaxing on the sectional.

Don't worry about your laundry needs as we have a free full-size washer and dryer in the house. Detergent, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board are all located here!

This home is very comfortable and located in established neighborhood. The are 4 total bedrooms, and the home features a master suite. There is a tree lined yard with a tiered wood deck and large paver patio. The home is near many grocery stores and local dining and shopping. Our home is centrally located and extremely relaxing. Local attractions like Kings Island Amusement Park, Top golf, Spooky Nook, Liberty Centre, Reds, Bengals, Cincinnati Zoo, and so much more are all nearby. Come see us!

The space
Welcome to Mason, Ohio- the home of Kings Island amusement park and the Western and Southern Open for tennis. This property offers so much (including an inground pool) for a group looking to have some fun!

The home itself is a bi-level property which means guests must be able to climb steps in order to get from certain parts of the home. As you enter the home, you will take a small flight of steps up to the living room. The living room offers comfortable seating, natural light, and a large flat-screen TV with Roku. Watch your favorite show or movie while you relax.

The living room is open to the dining space which features a table with seating for 6-7 people. The kitchen is off of the dining room area. It is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking during your stay. There is also a Keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods just for you and your guests.

BATHROOMS
There are two full and one half bathrooms in this home. We provide towels and extra consumable toiletries for you to use during your stay. There is also a half bathroom located in the basement.

BEDROOMS
The first bedroom features a king-size mattress and a large flat-screen TV. There is also plenty of storage space in this room if you wish to unpack during your stay.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. It also has its own flat-screen TV and plenty of storage and closet space.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids because it features two twin-size beds.

BASEMENT
The downstairs features a poker table, large flat-screen TV, and another king size bed and dresser. It also has a half bathroom. The garage is accessible from this level, too.

LAUNDRY ROOM
If you wish to do laundry during your stay, we have a laundry room in the basement that houses a full-size washer and dryer. We provide all of the laundry supplies you will need- including an iron and ironing board.

BACKYARD
The backyard is the perfect area to hang out in during the warmer months. The tiered deck space and patio provide plenty of seating. Feel free to take advantage of the large green spacel.

Large executive home in a upper-middle-class subdivision neighborhood. Great corporate rental option! Close to Montgomery, Kenwood, Blue Ash, and Kings Island. Just what you need for your large family. Features blazing-fast internet, workspaces, peace, and comfort all in a quiet centrally located neighborhood. Each room has its own HD flat-screen television. Very quiet neighborhood. The community features a pool, basketball court and play area.

The space
Our home is quite large with a 2 car attached garage, vast concrete patio, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. It is open on the first floor with plenty of room to host small family gatherings. We have an iPad and receiver to be used with the whole house audio system. There is a high definition flat screen TV in every room, a large open kitchen with connecting dining room and living areas. The kitchen walks out to the large rear patio. There are 9-foot ceilings on the first floor. This is a very comfortable home for a large family or group.

A blend of comfort, style, and convenience greets you as soon as you enter our newly built home. While decorating this inviting retreat, we have worked hard to create a home away from home feeling for you.

The living area is the home's heartbeat- successfully combining the relaxing living room with an inviting dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
