* Summers in San Antonio are HOT! When it is over 100 degrees outside the AC unit will only be able to cool the inside of the home to about 75 degrees. Each bedroom and the living room has ceiling fans and additional floor fans for your comfort!
* For guest safety outside cooking and grilling is not permitted on the property. Also the use, possession or storage of any flammable liquids, including but not limited to propane, gas, lighter fluid and other similar substances is not permitted on the property.
* Free parking is available on the street in front or the home or in the parking lot at the end of the block. Parking in front of the garage door or the red "No Parking" zones is not allowed.
PLEASE NOTE - In our neighborhood, parking regulations are strictly enforced, and we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to them. Parking in front of the garage door or in the red "No Parking" zones poses a risk of ticketing or towing by local authorities.
