- "The property was as described, when we arrived there were wasps nest and contacted management and was taken care of right away. Issues with faucets, which management was aware of. Downfall it was clean only to eye surface level. Looked clean when you walked in to the eye, but other people's items were left behind, socks under the bed, cabinets had other people belongings and was a mess, adults items in the night stand that my kids found ( not to happy about), wash machine was dirty and had to be clean before we could use it. Feel free to login to your own accounts to watch from and then log out at the end of your stay.

We provide a travel crib if an infant is staying with you. It is located in the closet near the laundry room. There is also a high chair available for use in the pantry. A few children's toys and books are located in the drawers in the bunk bed room. A fun basketball arcade game is located in the loft for endless family fun. In the TV console there are many different DVDs to watch as well as a DVD player. You can also find different family friendly games there as well.

A selection of delicious coffee, tea and creamers are available to help you start your day off right. Feel free to help yourself.
The kitchen has been equipped to help you cook meals while on vacation if you'd like. Kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils, toaster, dishes, cooking sheets, wine glasses and mugs.

Outside, you'll find a large playground as well as a gas fire pit that you can sit around and decompress from your day. There are roasting sticks available for use if you are craving roasted marshmallows. Roasting sticks can be found in the pantry. Please make sure to keep the fire pit turned off when not in use.

A washer and dryer are available for use if you find a need to do laundry while visiting. We provide a few laundry pods for your convenience.

There is a formal living area and another couch seating area. There are 3 nice sized bedrooms with tv's and 3 bathrooms. More attention needs to be paid to maintenance and upkeep. The dishwasher is inoperable due to power outages and is dirty inside, drawers with old papers/trash, damaged walls, etc. We appreciate that they allowed pets; we specifically looked for a house that did. Designated contact people were prompt with replies and assisted with what they could for the immediate needs but not able to take care of the maintenance issues. "

1. If the security devices disconnect/cover up your rental agreement will be terminated, and you will have to leave the property immediately.

2. Smoking is not permitted in our property whatsoever. Please smoke out back and dispose of your smoke waste (cigarette butt). Smoking in the property will result in a $500 Fine

3. Be courteous of the neighbors. Please be considerate of the neighbors when playing music, especially at late hours. Please respect the Quiet Hours.

4. No large gatherings or parties are permitted. Failure to abide by this may result in termination of your stay.

5. We love pets and they are authorized, however please clean up after them on the interior and exterior of the property. No pets on the bedding/ furniture.
Pet hair/urine/feces on furniture/ bedding will result in fine of $75. Undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee.

6. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet.

7. If any item in the unit appears to be damaged, you must report it within 5 hours of check in. Please do not try to fix it yourself

8. Make up face towels & removal wipes are provided. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. If towels are missing or stained, you may be charged to replace them.

9. Check-out is at 11:00AM. Late check out will result to $50 per hour. Early check-in may be arranged for $35 per hour, depending on availability.

10. Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home and please pick up pet waste in the yard.

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.

▶ We are happy to accommodate small pets at our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay will be applied only to guests who indicate they are bringing a pet when making their reservation. If this is not indicated at the time of booking, we will request the pet fee payment manually.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the house is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.

▶ TRASH: Trash bins are located in the front yard. Please kindly ask the neighbor about the specific collection day and follow community disposal guidelines. Be sure to seal trash bags before disposal.

▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.

3. Be courteous of the neighbors. Please be considerate of the neighbors when playing music, especially at late hours. Please respect the Quiet Hours.

4. No large gatherings or parties are permitted. Failure to abide by this may result in termination of your stay.

5. We love pets and they are authorized, however please clean up after them on the interior and exterior of the property. No pets on the bedding/ furniture.
Pet hair/urine/feces on furniture/ bedding will result in fine of $75. Undisclosed pets will incur a $150 fee.

6. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet.

7. If any item in the unit appears to be damaged, you must report it within 5 hours of check in. Please do not try to fix it yourself

8. Make up face towels & removal wipes are provided. Please do not use the white towels to remove makeup. If towels are missing or stained, you may be charged to replace them.

9. Check-out is at 11:00AM. Late check out will result to $50 per hour. Early check-in may be arranged for $35 per hour, depending on availability.

10. Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home and please pick up pet waste in the yard.

These rooms are full size rooms so they are pretty big all rooms have drawers so you can store your clothes if you like my house is fairly brand new still so all the furniture is still brand new so all the drawers are empty.

You can use the kitchen also I have a Blackstone outside if you’d like to cook I also have a kids room downstairs where kids can play I have a three-year-old little girl that loves to play in her room all the time she has plenty of toys I have a backyard that has a patio fenced in with the fireplace you can enjoy.

We go downtown San Antonio all the time so we can also be our tour guide if y’all need one this is mine my wife’s and my three-year-old full-time residence. We welcome you into our home. We do have two extra rooms. We are listing on Airbnb. You can access anywhere in the house. The backyard has a fireplace. We also have a kids game room downstairs so the kids can play there’s an 86 inch TV in the front room so feel free to relax and watch a movie there is Dolby digital surround sound so it does get really loud. Feel free to cook. Anything to eat. The only thing that we ask is you clean up after yourself.

Just treat my home like you would treat your home. I’m OK with you. Listening to music at 2 in the morning on the patio (as long as it’s not extremely loud) I’m OK with you guys drinking if you guys smoke I just don’t like the cigarette butts to just be thrown out if you can please discard that properly. Everything else is OK with me.

The house sits high on a small hill on the western edge of San Antonio. Our house is a 3,200 sqft home, very spacious with a spare bedroom and private bathroom. Located just off W hwy 90 and 1604, less than 10 minutes away from Lackland AFB, 12 minutes to Sea World, and 20 minutes to Downtown San Antonio.

Our home is located just outside city limits. It's quiet yet accessible to HWY 90 and 1604. Spare room is at entrance of this beautifully and newly built home. Clean and relaxing room. Room has french doors that open up to foyer and view of elegant staircase. Spacious common areas. Enjoy beautiful sunsets/sunrises on bistro table from large patio or from your room. Bbq pit available if needed. If you are tired of hotels this home will surely make you feel right at home.
