The property is a total of 2.5 acres, fully fenced and excellent for visiting dog and kid play.

We don't charge any additional pet fees for up to 2 dogs, this saves significant cost versus other properties. Our guests have been great about picking up after their dogs and we really appreciate that!

- "As advertised, this small bungalow is right on Lake Sammamish. We spent four nights here in late November. The cottage was in pristine and immaculate condition. Very comfortable bedding, towels, etc. It was very quiet and peaceful with mist and clouds creating an other-worldly backdrop. Rafts of sea ducks. Saw an eagle and a heron. Spotted an owl at dawn this morning. Host was incredibly responsive. Great access to running/biking. Could not resist a couple of quick chilly plunges. This 3,300 sq ft house is unique with 3 custom-built master suites, all including neo-angled tubs with waterfall faucets and spa-like atmospheres. Each space was artistically designed and you might have a hard time choosing between them!

***An update to the pictures includes a large flat-screen TV in place of the piano in the main living area downstairs, as well as a larger table upstairs.

AMENITIES
Booked as the whole house (through this listing), you'll have 2 full kitchens, 2 flat-screen TVs, 2 living rooms for gathering and relaxing, and 2 washer/dryer sets. Multiple master suites mean everyone can relax in their own private space. This is ideal for large groups or families!

Enjoy cooking in our updated kitchen upstairs. Having the appliances (two ovens upstairs and one down), knives, serving bowls, and some spices in the pantry will make your stay easy and comfortable.

House in the Woods has an in-floor geothermal radiant heating and cooling system and distilled water straight from the spigot at the kitchen sinks and several bathrooms sinks.

Off the upstairs kitchen is a large deck with a grill and bench seating for summer guests.

In the lower level, you'll find up-cycled finishes, exposed beams, and interior brick accent walls.

SLEEPING
The upstairs master has a king bed and walk-in closet. In addition to queen/double beds, the downstairs masters have charming twin bed nooks and soothing dimmable lights throughout. The other lower level room is a "den" with a double bed (no attached bath or closet). It has glass French doors on two walls with stained glass accents.

NOISE
The home is nestled in the trees along Hwy 900, a high-traffic road between Issaquah and Renton. Expect to hear cars and trucks pass by day and night from inside, but also enjoy the sights and sounds of mother nature all around you. See photos for proximity to the street.

LOCATION
Being on Hwy 900 means you won't spend extra time driving through neighborhoods or city streets to get to your destination. From the house, zip right onto this scenic road and hit the freeway, town, or trailheads within minutes. Note that commute hours in the morning and late afternoon create heavy traffic on this road, I-90, and main roads in Issaquah, so plan accordingly.

Outdoor enthusiasts will find two ski resorts less than an hour away, as well as boating/swimming, miles of cycling, running, fishing, downhill biking, destination hiking, and even paragliding just down the road. Water toys and boats can be parked in the open space to the right of the house.

Issaquah has a charming shopping area called Gilman Village as well as restaurants, live theater, and local shops along Front Street.

There is a large grassy area for recreational activities and hiking trails within walking distance or a short drive around the bend in the road.

Other things to note
- Easy drive to Seattle, Redmond, or Bellevue.
- Convenient to Costco HQ, Seimens, OSI/Spacelabs, T-Mobile, and Microsoft.
- Close to Issaquah wedding venues, including Trinity Tree Farm, Grand Ridge Manor, Tibbets Creek Manor, and Pickering Barn.

Security cameras.
This house has 10 security cameras in the parking lot, yard, and driveway to protect the property and guests. Wild animals, such as bears, dear, etc visit the property, sometimes. Once in a blue moon, uninvited people drop by to steal the goods. If you see a stranger who does not invite you, please call the police to protect you. There are no cameras inside to protect the guest's privacy.

Streaming Services:
The TVs in the house are set up with Netflix plan provided already; please do not purchase anything else on this streaming account or you will be charged $50 for the extra charges as well as any of the charges incurred.

- "This host graciously accepted our proposal for having a small, intimate wedding ceremony and reception at his property! We had a guest count of 40 but only 10 people slept at the property. The host went through all the added paperwork for making sure there were damage waivers and policies in place so that he could accommodate our wedding and reception at his property. All of our guests loved the space! There was plenty of room to park 20 cars and the grassy space was just perfect for the placement of the ceremony chairs/arch, catering tables, and reception tables with head table! We loved the way the sun peaked through the trees during our reception - made for beautiful photos! The string lights around the house made it glow in the evening (this was perfect for our group of 28 who came for our rehearsal dinner which we had at long tables on the second floor deck!) The property was just beautiful! Instead of dancing, we had a bon fire and roasted s’mores! The bridal party and their spouses enjoyed cuddling up to the bon fire at the end of the evening with my (now) husband and I! The last thing I’ll add is that I’m happy we rented microphones for the ceremony and to have for the toasts at the reception as the road noise can get a little loud. Wasn’t a problem with microphones though! Everything went AMAZING!! We couldn’t be happier and we are proud to been so fortunate to get married at this beautiful house in the woods!!! I’m sure we will be back on our one year anniversary!♥️"

- "For our family of 3 (including one 9-year-old), this stay couldn't have been more perfect. The location was great for dividing time between the Snoqualmie area and Seattle. You get a lot of privacy and peace but can be on the freeway in 10 mins and deep in the Seattle tourist areas within an hour. The neighborhood is quiet and cute and I felt very comfortable taking long walks in the evening. Our 9-year-old happily and safely played in the shallow river for hours. So much nature and beautiful landscaping. The home itself was exactly as expected and even more comfortable than anticipated for our week-long stay. We found everything we needed for full comfort and fun. The kitchen had everything we needed for making multiple meals a day. It could use a large stock pot but that was barely an inconvenience. I also appreciated the communication being timely and detailed without interfering with our goal to unplug and focus on family."

High ceilings, spacious rooms, and lots of natural light throughout. Property is on Issaquah Creek and depending on the time of year you can see the salmon run as well as deer, elk, coyotes, beavers, and a variety of birds.

Modern kitchen, large open floor living area with dining and breakfast nook. Master suite has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom and views of the pond. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with large tub and both have king sized beds as well. Two comfortable floor mattresses available for children. There is an outdoor fire pit and patio overlooking a beaver pond where you can relax and cook your s'mores. In August there are ripe Blackberries on the property that you are free to pick and make delicious desserts.

House Rules: Before we accept your booking request, we will ask you to confirm you have read and agree to the following house rules.

• Our caretakers live in the barn house across the street, please respect their space. Walking along the south side of the river to pick blackberries or enjoy the water is encouraged.
• Respect neighbors and local noise ordinance rules by avoiding loud music, yelling, etc. especially after 10 PM. A fee of $100 may be charged for reports of excessive noise.
• Parties, events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed unless approved at time of booking by the owners. Only the number of guests listed in the booking are allowed on the property. Unauthorized parties will result in a $400 fine and cancellation of the remainder of the booking.
• No fireworks.
• Report any damage or malfunction of home or property to us or on-site caretaker so we can take care of it for you.

- "Great location (but no fish in the lake!) We were hoping for a nice peaceful weekend but started with 2.5 hours of roof repairs Friday evening, a neighbor mowing their lawn at 7.30am Saturday and then a power cut Saturday afternoon and evening! The hosts were communicative and helpfully delivered blankets and candles. The only thing really in their control would be to repair the wobbly dining table and chairs - we had a couple of near misses with leg failures. Would still be willing to return for another visit."

Moreover, we are located right in the boundary of Sammamish and Issaquah city with quick access to both cities. You can also reach Bellevue downtown in 21 minutes and Seattle downtown in 28 minutes by car.

Both outdoor activities and city exploration are easily accessible from our home thanks to its prime location! Take about 5 minutes to walk to East Lake Sammamish Trail, where you may go jogging or biking along the lake and listen to birdsong! In addition, we're close to both Sammamish and Issaquah, making it easy to get around

We are in a purely residential area and our neighbors are very sensitive to the noise. They will complain and the police will come directly. If our guests violate the rule and our neighbors complain, the reservation will be cancelled immediately and security deposit will be forfeited.

We did not know about the fans and once we found those it helped as the top floor was really hot (but the weather was excellent for hiking) We were able to find parking rather easily as you can't park in the driveway as it its tiny. And although you could walk to stores around the area its up a pretty good hill you would really need to be in good shape. Driving however, was easy the freeway entrance was about a minute drive so easy access to I-90. We really enjoyed the town and the ease of driving access to the surrounding places of interest such as Hiking Rattle Snake Lake, Seattle waterfront and the ferries, Snoqualmie falls and Lake Sammamish."

- "WAY better than a hotel for myself and two workers. We were doing a big project 15 minutes away and it was nice to not have to commute from Poulsbo daily. Made breakfast and dinner in the nice kitchen daily. It rained a ton so we weren't outside much at all but the view is pretty nice and there was a gorgeous double rainbow one night. The biggest improvement would be a bbq. It's plenty big and we all had our own rooms. Would definitely stay here again and hopefully will if we can get some more big multi day projects on the Eastside area."

Featuring epic views of hang gliders launching from Tiger Mtn, the Getaway features luxurious modern amenities with the coziness of a treehouse cabin. Adventure and activities away, trailheads are 2 blocks away and it's a short 1 mile walk or ride to Issaquah's bar and restaurant scene on historic Front St.

The Getaway is a modern 850 sq ft space perched above the hosts' detached garage. It features commanding views of Tiger Mountain, complete with spectacular sunrise views. Surrounded by trees and nature, the space is quiet and peaceful, a perfect place to reset or rest up before another day of adventure.

You'll be inspired to cook with the full size kitchen featuring high end stainless steel appliances, cupboards stocked with pots/pans and utensils galore. A Nespresso machine with complimentary pods is on stand-by to give you your morning pickup. The kitchen bar with stools is a perfect place to post up for a warm cup of coffee, entertain the chef or get a little work done. Finally, we've provided a curated selection of local wines in the unit available for purchase. Salud!

A 4 person dining table is also available for sit down meals. The living room features soaring ceilings, a warm yet modern fireplace, cozy couch and side chairs to watch TV from, read a book in, or simply take in the amazing views. Hiking, walking and mountain bike trailheads are less than a 5 minute walk / 2 minute ride from the front door. Downtown Issaquah restaurants and shops are a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk down a well used walk/bike path (Rainier Trail). Snoqualmie pass skiing is a mere 40 minutes away or pop into the city for a meal, sporting event or show in less than 25 minutes.

In addition to the unit itself, guests are welcome to use the BBQ, outdoor dining area, fire pit and furniture, nd a sitting area in the backyard with Adirondack chairs and a propane fire table has also been provided. The main house, shed and front yard are private property of the Gateway House and we kindly ask you to respect those being off limits.

Our family lives very nearby just two houses away: We'll let you have your peace and quiet but will always be happy to answer a question or lend a hand if something is needed.

We actively maintain the property and the turnovers for the units so there is a high likelihood you will see us during your stay though we do try to do most things while you are not there if we can help it to allow your privacy.

The Getaway is located just 1 mile South of Issaquah’s city center and less than 2 miles from I-90, Seattle’s east / west artery running from the mountains to the sea.

Typical drive time from Sea Tac airport is 25-40 minutes (traffic dependent) and an Uber/Lyft will run you $40-$60 each way (surge price dependent)

Hiking, biking and activities are totally doable without a car especially in the summer months.

The closest bus stop is appx 0.8 miles away and there is a transit center 2.5 miles away.

For hiking outside of Squak and Tiger Mtns, there are literally hundreds of hikable trails within a 40 minute drive of the Getaway.

Closest skiing is 40 min away (Snoqualmie Pass) with Crystal and Stevens running 2-2.5 hours away depending on traffic/weather.

Pets: The Getaway welcomes friendly and well behaved dogs only for an additional fee. The backyard is fully fenced for dogs. Pets are not allowed on the bed or any furniture (we kindly ask you not to book please if your dog is unable to stay off the furniture). Your dog needs to be pet and child friendly. We charge a $100 pet fee for the 2 night minimum but anything beyond that we will charge an additional $15 per day (an additional $10/day for a additional pets) as a separate charge you will see billed seperately. The pet fee should cover use of the space but if its overly dirty there may be additional cleaning costs after your stay requested.

Kids: The getaway is not appropriate for children 6 months-5 years old due to open railings and a fireplace. Specific requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.

Shared Property: The Getaway is connected and on the same property as the Gateway House. You will share the back yard amenities with those guests but have separate entrances and spaces.

Activity planning: There are extensive bike and hiking trails that can be accessed within minutes of the Gateway Getaway's driveway. As a lifelong Issaquah resident, my family and I can help you design the perfect itinerary, whether it be hiking, mountain biking, brewery hopping, concert going or simply relaxing. We're proud of our Issaquah community and look forward to sharing some of it with you.

Note: Exterior security cameras are used for safety and security purposes only. They are located at the house back entry, back patio, driveway, chicken coop (exterior road), DADU stairs, DADU door, and front yard.

My family lives 2 doors away and are fairly available if any needs are to arise. We are very responsive hosts and mainly interact via the platform though we always love meeting our guests and you might see us playing on the streets with our young boys or walking our dog.

The space
Complimentary snacks, games, a yoga mat, and bathroom essentials are just a few of the things you'll find in this fully equipped suite. Choose one of the organic teas from breakfast bar pick up a and pop open one the complimentary eco-friendly spa products before unwinding for bed. Of course, big fluffy towels will be waiting for you when you arrive. You'll be staying in a private guest suite in a shared, three story, townhome and I work very hard to create a relaxing and restorative travel experience for my guests. You enter the home on the main (shared) floor and walk down the open staircase to your private floor. While there isn't a door to close your living area completely off (you can close your bedroom door,) your space is kept private with the staircase and a pet gate separating you (and the kitties) from the main level. With this listing you are renting more than just a bedroom, you have your own living, bathroom and patio. No one else uses your living area or resides on your floor. The separation between your floor and the shared upstairs amenities is an open staircase. Your bedroom, bathroom, and patio have doors that lock from the inside.

There are two kitties, Ginger and Leo who live in the home, but they generally avoid people. They are small and skittish so you find them quiet, clean and hidden much of the time. Given that their Mom has allergies the home is kept very clean and free of hair and dander. I have a pet gate to keep them out of the Airbnb. If you don’t like cats keep the gate in the stairwell and your bedroom door closed. If you have severe allergies or aversion to animals this might not be the home for you. I prefer guests that are cat friendly even though the cats won’t be in your space.

This listing features a private bedroom, bathroom, living room, and patio. The main entrance to the home is shared. Your stairway down to your private space is kept private, but not physically closed off. Kitchen access is not available, but you have been provided with basic food preparation and storage conveniences in your space. The listing can accommodate 4 people (2 in the Queen bed, and two on the large couch or living room floor) but all guests must be accounted for on the reservation.

During your stay
I try to offer my guests as much privacy and space as possible during their stay, I do greet my guests and and check in on any needs when I see them coming and going on the main level. I appreciate guests who are quiet, self sufficient, easy going and have low maintenance needs. I ask that if guests need me that they message through the app instead of looking for me in other areas of the home.

This is a shared household. You will share the main floor entrance with your host, but the main floor is not available for guest use other then entry/exit. Face masks are no longer required.

There is driveway parking available, but many guests find parking to be tight and prefer to park on the street, just steps from the home. It is an extremely safe neighborhood, and the street parking is restricted to community residents and guests, I can give you a permit if you prefer the ease of parking on the street instead of the driveway.

If you wish to bring a guest or visitor to the home, please ask your host before bringing anyone else not on the reservation into the home. Any overnight guest not accounted for on the reservation is subject to an extra guest charge - please message or speak with your host to arrange for extra overnight guests.

The space
The house is bright, comfortable and quiet. Ideal for groups of 4 people, it can comfortably work for families of up to 6 (the sofa bed provides the extra sleeping space, but is in the living room, so not much privacy).

With 900 square feet, there's plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Both bedrooms feature comfortable beds with top notch linens, plenty of pillows, and full closets for clothes and personal belongings. The "master" bedroom is extra long, with lots of space to set up the Pack-n-Play. The living space is open and inviting with dining for 4, plus a breakfast bar space for 4, or to set up your home office--it's a great place to kick back and relax.

Weather permitting, there's a comfortable patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy, or relax to the babble and splash of Issaquah Creek just across the street. The yard has a little garden and nice flat lawn--a perfect place for young kids to play. Or take a short stroll to any of the numerous Issaquah parks, shops and attractions that make Olde Town unique.

The house is ideal for families and small groups who want to experience the best of the Pacific Northwest, but would rather stay nearer the mountains than Downtown Seattle.

It's all yours--the space is not shared with anybody. We are your neighbors and thus available to assist should you need us, but we like to give our guests all the privacy they need to really feel at home. During the growing season Sarah may be in the yard from time to time for mowing or watering, but will always try to notify you in advance. It's your home while you're here!

There is a full kitchen with a new oven, full size refrigerator, and all of the pots, pans and utensils you'll need to prepare your meals in the comfort of home. The full bathroom also has a large top-loader washing machine and full size dryer, plus all of the soaps and things you'll need to keep yourself and your stuff fresh and clean.

Most of our guests stay for 10 days or more, so the house has been designed and set up to make longer trips effortless, comfortable and easy. All you need to bring is something to wear and something to eat. Welcome to the perfect home away from home!

The cabin is minutes away from several fantastic hiking trails, Seattle's best parasailing and Lake Sammamish State Park (where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks or canoes during the summer). There are numerous restaurants and pubs/wine bars in the area. This retreat is just about a mile from a great little coffee stand and a mini-mart/gas station.

The space
The bedroom is situated in the loft and requires you to climb a relatively steep set of library ladder stairs to access, but is very cozy when up there….There are handrails along the stairs as well as at the top to assist … Older and arthritic people like myself can still get up there, but it’s not as easy as it used to be! :)
There are tv’s both upstairs and downstairs and a comfortable electric fireplace provides both ambiance, and heat if desired.
There are battery/remote operated candles, as well as other ambient lighting to enhance your experience.

Guest access
Guest can access the loft from either the front or the back of the building with the same access code provided. Parking is available in front of loft alongside the fence, you’ll see a reserved parking sign to pull right up to.
Guest can make there way into the field and along the creek as well if they desire…there are chairs out there to relax.
You may be greeted by a bark or two from our two golden retrievers across the fence, Max and Samson, but they’re harmless and just like attention.

We want your stay here to be comfortable, cozy and memorable…it’s a very unique piece of property, main house was originally a logging camp built in 1942 with alot of Rustic character, and you’re encouraged to look around the property and enjoy the creek and field if you have the time.
The property is lit up in the evening until about 1130 with plenty of outdoor lighting to give it a very inviting and romantic feel. If the profile pictures intrigued you to click on us, they are good, but they don’t really due it justice…it’s much better in person! :)

Soak up the Pacific Northwest forest vibe in our cozy 2-bedroom retreat. Our place is surrounded by big mossy trees and bordered by a beautiful stream with waterfalls, yet we are right down the street from the grocery store, restaurants, a movie theater, and other shopping. It's a hidden sanctuary in the middle of town!

Issaquah is perfectly located to easily access beautiful hikes, lakes, and mountains in one direction and the Seattle city life in the other direction.

The space
Newly renovated to add a 2nd bedroom and more living space/dining area off the kitchen. This unit has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a smart TV, a queen bed, and a small sleeper couch that can be used as a bed (makes a short bed, so it's best for kids or short adults). The 2nd bedroom is small and has a twin trundle bed (a second twin bed that can roll out from underneath).

Kitchenette includes a sink, double burner stovetop, mini fridge, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, traditional coffee maker, air fryer, and waffle maker, along with all basic cooking and eating dishes/utensils. There is a couch/futon that can also be folded flat for more sleeping options if you prefer (once again, great for a child or short adult). There is a room off the kitchen with the table and windows looking out to the beautiful forest. There is a stacked washer & dryer in the unit available for guest use.

There is a small entryway and a full bathroom with shower. We ask that guests remove their shoes while inside the guesthouse.

Guests have access to a beautiful little patio right outside your door where you can sit and look out at the trees and down to the stream below.

Important Note: this is an older manufactured home that has been renovated, but it's still far from perfect. The floors are uneven - in some rooms more slanted than others. It's a little bit quirky, but clean and comfortable and you can't beat the location and surroundings. Just know, if you're looking for fancy or brand new condition, you might want to book elsewhere. If you're ok with a little bit of quirkiness, and want a BEAUTIFUL, secluded place to stay surrounded by nature, you'll probably greatly enjoy your stay with us. ☺️ There are no stairs to enter the unit, but there is one step down from the kitchen to the dining area and one step down from bedroom #1 into bedroom #2.

There is also a sitting area on a deck platform right outside of the guesthouse that guests can use whenever you want.

This hardwood-floored apartment is spacious yet cozy with high ceiling windows all around. The bedroom and bath high end furnishings like a granite vanity and vessel sink, vintage wood, custom barn doors, and wrought iron handles and pulls.

Welcome to Nature House, Issaquah located in the Emerald City of Seattle area. It is evergreen all year round. There are many different levels of trails and parks, including snow mountain and ocean, and only 1.4 miles from I 90. You are very important to us, we have prepared a clean, environmentally friendly and comfortable home for you. Home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in the city on a 3/4 acre greenbelt with tall cedar and fir trees. This entry is for your use only.

The space
This is a 2 bedroom set-up--ideal for: long-term traveler who wants privacy and extra space; or 2-3 people / small family. Can be either 2 bedrooms or 1 bedroom and family room. There is no kitchen-- cooking is limited with a fridge, microwave, 2 burner cook top, coffeemaker, a foldable table, and 4 chairs. Again--please note that the entry is through one of the bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms are a package along with a full bathroom (sole use for you). The laundry is shared with the hosts.

There has been some confusion regarding the Guest Cleaning Fee. To clarify: We expect the guest to treat the suite similar to their own home. But WE will wash the sheets, towels, clean the bathroom and kitchen, vacuum the carpet and mop the floors—that is normal cleaning. Even the occasional stain on the sheets—we will take care of. We do hope the guest will centralize empty containers and put them in the garbage cans, and the cans/ bottles in the recycling. Our guests have paid a cleaning fee—it is used properly... We want our guests to be happy—and if so—then to return at a future date or refer their friends...

Our house is set up to make everyone comfortable. There is a master bedroom  with walk-in closet and attached master bathroom on the first floor and three fully furnished bedrooms on the upstairs that share a well equipped, full bathroom.  On the first floor you will find a dedicated office with a sit stand desk and a piano if the mood so strikes you to try to play some music. There’s also a large comfortable living room with gas fireplace, dining room and a well appointed kitchen that makes cooking a breeze. Upstairs, you’ll find a fully stocked laundry room to make your extended stay comfortable, where you will also find all additional linen and any cleaning supplies to get you started.

The entire lower unit is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. The upper unit upstairs is a separate unit. The backyard is belong to the lower unit guest.

- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for pets and children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.

6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.

8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.

9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.

10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

Enjoy the tranquility of the country but be close to everything Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue and Issaquah have to offer. Enjoy hiking all of Tiger Mountain with trail access just up the street and then retreat to the comforts of a contemporary home with fire place and gourmet kitchen. Enjoy nature on a 3/4 mile trail through the back property or just watch the kids play from the back deck. Close to Snoqualmie Lodge, Trinity Tree Farm, Rein Fire Ranch, Lake Meridian and other iconic wedding venues.

The space
While we welcome all guests, our most common are families traveling for weddings, relocating or working in the area on assignment that need more room and kid's amenities. There is plenty of office space in addition to a kids playroom full of toys and a large back yard with play gym. In addition to the four bedrooms, there is also a crib available. The house is cleaned and sanitized per CDC and Airbnb guidelines prior to your arrival.

The whole house is accessible with the exception of the garage and storage room.

Other things to note
If you have a need for longer stays that are shown blocked in the calendar (multiple months), please let me know as I do have regular intervals blocked out for maintenance that can adversely affect your ability to find multi-month stays.

Soak up the Pacific Northwest forest vibe in our cozy 3-bedroom retreat. Our place is surrounded by big mossy trees and bordered by a beautiful stream with waterfalls, yet we are right down the street from the grocery store, restaurants, a movie theater, and other shopping. It's a hidden sanctuary in the middle of town!

Issaquah is perfectly located to easily access beautiful hikes, lakes, and mountains in one direction and the Seattle city life in the other direction.

The space
The house is a manufactured home, about 1000sqft total. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed, an armoire, & an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #2 has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle pullout underneath. Bedroom #3 has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Both bathrooms have a standup shower only, no bathtubs.

The main living area has 2 couches and a 55” smart TV. There is a dining table that seats 6 (outdoor dining also available on the covered deck). There is a full kitchen stocked with everything you should need and a washer and dryer in the unit.

The back deck runs the length of the house and is covered with clear plastic so you can still see the beautiful surroundings and let the sun in but be protected from the rain. There is a BBQ grill for guests use and string lights hung to create a cozy ambience in the evenings.

The house is on an acre of beautiful green yard and gorgeous trees. Hang up the provided hammock in between the front yard trees and enjoy a relaxing swing. We also have some raspberry bushes along the fence that fruit the entire month of July. Wild blackberry bushes that fruit late summer are found along the driveway near the gate to the property. We also have some new fruit trees (apple, peach, and cherry) that might give fruit soon and you are welcome to pick if they are in season when you are there!

There is another smaller guesthouse on the property that is also rented out year-round (sleeps 5). If you’re interested in booking both, please reach out to us.

Our property goes all the way down to the stream and there are some rugged trails that lead down to the stream from behind the house (in between the house and the guesthouse). Please feel free to explore but please take care when doing so. We have a lot of wildlife! 😊

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire larger home on the property (there is another smaller guesthouse also on the property) as well as the back deck that runs the length of the home.

Guests from both the house and the guesthouse share access to the yard and the trails down to the stream.

Other things to note
You are welcome to explore the unfinished trails down to the stream but do so at your own risk. Children should be accompanied by an adult. Watch out for wildlife - deer, coyotes, bears, and owls have been spotted.

This guesthouse is not suitable for parties or events; they are not allowed on the property. There is a smaller additional dwelling unit on the property that is also a short-term rental and we expect guests to be considerate of that.

If at all possible, please don't book for other people as it makes it hard to communicate with the actual guest and hard for them to leave a review. Please try to have the people who will be staying here use their own account to book the reservation if possible.
