You are 10-15 minutes away from the Mission, Union Square, downtown SF, Cable Cars, and Moscone Center. With 3 floors, it boasts 8 bedrooms of luxurious living space. Enjoy access to the back yard from four of it's bedrooms. The home also offers 2 car tandem parking. There are plenty of amenities in the house in case you forgot to bring something from home. Our internet speed is up to 1,000 mbps so you'll stay connected away from home. We also have plenty of kitchen goods for if you feel like having a home cooked meal. We have put quite a bit of thought into preparing the house so that our guests will feel as comfortable as possible during their stay. - "It was my 40th birthday celebration and I wanted to celebrate in SF - one of my favorite cities! We were a group of 16 and this house served as the perfect place. Not far from the city and so much space! We used the kitchen and social spaces well. If folks wanted to retire or wake up early, they could do so and others weren't disturbed. There was a side room with a wonderful table where some folks worked-from-home during the day coz they couldn't take the whole day off. I have to say I loved the beds and sheets! And the towels were so soft! Overall this was a perfect house for my friends and I and I definitely recommend it for large groups or families."

I am very meticulous when it comes to being clean, I pride myself with paying attention to details. Sheets gets replaced with new ones often to insure quality. All sheets and pillow cases gets washed after each use. I even use Diamond hotel standards with using a flat sheet between comforters to insure double the protection.

Check out before 11am. You can leave the house through the same garage entrance. Please make sure to close the garage door when you leave. The door can be closed via the same entry code or by long press the lower right button.

Enjoy the comfort of an entire first floor in a newly renovated house! This private guest suite features two bedrooms (a master bedroom and a cozy smaller room) with your own bathroom. The space is thoughtfully furnished with two cozy queen beds, ample storage, and plenty of natural light to make you feel right at home. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll appreciate the tranquility this space offers. Enjoy the peaceful retreat from the bustling city life. A rare find in the city!

The space
- Master Bedroom: This newly furnished room is the primary bedroom with a private bathroom. It has a comfortable queen size bed with lavish soft white linens. Enjoy the comfortable couch with a view of the backyard, and the private full bathroom with premium body wash and shampoo.

- Second Bedroom: This is a smaller room adjacent to the master bedroom. It's designed with comfort and functionality in mind. It features a queen bed, a spacious closet, and a dedicated workstation.

(This floor features an open layout where the two rooms are connected. A room divider offers privacy in place of a traditional door, creating a cozy yet connected atmosphere.)

- Neighborhood: The home is located in a safe neighborhood surrounded by scenic trails. It’s in a central location with quick and easy access to many popular spots. A great retreat from the buzzing city.

- Perks: High speed Wi-Fi available for free. Close to SFO. Easy access to public transit and freeways. Starbucks, Mollie Stone's supermarket/grocery store, CVS pharmacy, restaurants, bakeries, and local bars are just blocks away.

- Parking: Plenty of free street parking outside the house 24/7

- Free baggage storage: You are more than welcome to drop off your baggage in the garage if you arrive prior to the check-in time or store them till later in the day after you check-out.

- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in after 4pm. Check-out before 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to approval for a fee of $25. More than 2 hours past check-out time will result in an additional day charge, as that can cause delay for the next guests.

- Kindly ensure the reservation reflects the correct number of guests.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire first floor and the en suite bathroom. Garage access is shared with host.

There is a stairway that leads to the second floor. Please note that the second floor is not a part of the guest space, as that’s where I live. The door to the upstairs area will remain locked during your stay. Thanks for your understanding!

Self check-in after 4pm. Entrance to your room is through the garage. There is a keypad on the left side of the garage entrance. Your 4 digit entry code will be customized for you and sent to you prior to your arrival, so you can come and go as you please. The same code will allow you to access the keypad located on your room's door. Note that your code would not work at the house's front door.

Check-out before 11am. You can leave the house through the same garage entrance. Please make sure to close the garage door when you leave. The door can be closed via the same entry code or by long press the lower right button.

During your stay
I'm happy to chat and answer any questions you may have. If you prefer privacy, that is completely fine as well. I work from home sometimes and can be quite busy so you may not see me much :)

Other things to note
Please ensure all guests are on the reservation. The house is equipped with cameras and security systems. Cameras are located at the front door, near the garage entrance, and backyard. Doors have motion sensors. Space heater available in addition to central heating.

No smoking, parties, or pets.

Guest can use TV in the private living room with Chromecast and local stations. Counter bar features mini refrigerator with freezer function, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The available space is for indoor one bedroom suite only. Outdoor deck is not part of the guest access.

We want to make sure you are enjoying your stay. If you have any problems or concerns, we are just upstairs. My husband grew up in San Francisco, so if you need any recommendations, we've got plenty. We are always just a phone call, text or email away.

This Miraloma Park neighborhood offers Twin Peak views, with Mount Davidson and Glen Canyon Park trails for trekking. A supermarket, Muni, and BART are within easy reach. The location is a hidden secret yielding suburban residential vibe yet is conveniently located providing fast trip to most attractions in the city. Ask the hosts, who've lived in the city for decades, for inside information on attractions.

Transportation:
- Buses: 36, 44, 43 buses are within walking distance (either across the street or 1 block away)

- Lightrail (Muni): The Forest Hill Muni Station is a 15 minute walk or 8 minute bus ride. Muni will get you most places including downtown, the Castro, Embarcadero, Civic Center (Symphony, Jazz, Opera, Asian Art Museum, and many more), Exploratorium, Pier 39, and the Ferry Building.

- BART (Subway): Glen Park BART Station (30 minutes walk / less than 10 minutes by bus) will let you go to most places in the Bay Area including San Francisco airport, or the east bay.

Note: The 44 bus will also take you to the Richmond area through Golden Gate Park (where Botanical Garden, Japanese Tea Garden, California Academy of Science and De Young Museum are located).

The 43 bus will take you north to Marina area for an upscale neighborhood stroll.

UBER or LYFT can be a good way to get around as well.

We have a 2 younger children and we live on the top floor. If you are sensitive to noise in your sleep or when you are awake, this is not a right place for you. There will be noise in the early morning and around dinner to night time on school days and throughout the day on weekends.

We also do our cleaning on Mondays between 12pm-4pm. There will be some noise during the cleaning (washer/dryer/vacuum cleaner).

We have a 6 year old and a 3 year old and we live on the top floor. If you are sensitive to noise in your sleep or when you are awake, this is not a right place for you. There will be noise in the early morning and around dinner to night time on school days and throughout the day on weekends.

Enjoy a tranquil garden setting in a quiet neighborhood while still being able to easily access all that San Francisco has to offer. You will have the entire lower level and garden to yourself via a shared entry hall. 20 minute walk to Glen Park district shops and restaurants, (uphill on return walk) easy access to public transportation with the BART train/subway a 20 minute walk away. Bus stop 1 block away. Great for leisure or business travel and for remote work with fast wifi.

The space
This spacious architect designed guest suite is modern with abundant natural light with floor to ceiling windows and doors that open to the garden. You will have plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day of touring or business in the Bay Area. The guest suite includes a large bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom with double sinks, walk in closet, washer/dryer, large living room with a comfortable queen size sofa bed and kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and small portable induction cooktop) You have direct access to your private backyard from the bedroom and the living room. The backyard includes a BBQ, space heaters, lawn and patio with comfortable lounge chairs and a large outdoor dining table. The backyard garden is beautiful and is a peaceful place to relax while having your morning cup of coffee or to let the kids run around. We have a friendly cat that likes to use the backyard garden and might want to be let in from the back door of the garden unit. Please let us know if you dislike cats or are allergic to them and we will make sure she does not bother you.

You will have access to the entire lower unit and the garden. The front entry hall is shared.

Other things to note
We do our very best to provide a beautiful, clean and relaxing space to come back to after a day of exploring San Francisco. We provide bath robes, soft towels as well as extra blankets and pillows. The king size bed is very comfortable with quality bedding. The bathroom is supplied with extra toiletries needed for traveling. The kitchenette is stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, Keurig coffee and a variety of teas. If you are a light sleeper we have a noise machine and if you have allergies we can provide a high quality hepa air purifier. The unit is very family friendly with toys and games for children as well as equipment for babies and toddlers.
+We love animals and in the past allow pets, but due to one too many guests who abused the pet option stays we have removed that option. If you are a responsible pet owner we would be happy to consider allowing your pet.

This is a beautiful home with expansive space to stretch into in a city known for it's small living spaces, it's unique. It rests in lush surroundings with Mt. Davidson peak just above for hiking and plenty of parking. Easy access to entire city.

It is a spacious and beautiful home with quiet streets, easy access to the city and kind neighbors. It's unique in that you will not find many locations in San Francisco with this much space.
