The whole unit is yours to use. This light filled spacious STUDIO has a queen sized bed and a futon bed along with a newly soundproofed wall. It’s like you don’t have a neighbor at all!! You have a full size kitchen, an office area, and one full bathroom. The kitchen table and office desk both fold away out of the way. Private fenced backyard and parking on the left side of the driveway or on the street. You also have a backdoor and can park in the back as well. Brand new split level AC unit installed with a remote! The house does have multiple units, but your living space is private and unshared.
There are tons of yummy restaurants in the area, Shopping including North Star Mall in Walk-in Distance. This home is centrally located and convenient to everything!! The center of San Antonio!

If you have an unauthorized party or more guests than the original reservation, there is a $200 fee and your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Please communicate with me if you are planning on having extra guests. Even if they don't stay the night.

We provide the basic necessities such as hand soap and dish washing liquid, toilet paper, towels, bedsheets and pillows, clothes iron, hair dryer, drip coffee maker, microwave. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.

Even had kid friendly plates ans utensils. Beds were comfy."

Welcome! Safe, Quiet Area, but Easy Access to Everything. Specious Livingroom, 1 Bedroom/1 bath and Full Kitchen with Eating Area with private Fenced backyard for you! The whole place is yours only to use. Parking in the Private Parking Spaces in the back. Home is only 5 minutes from the Airport and 2 minutes to Loop 410, you can go anywhere in the city just about in 10 minutes. We have Everything needed to make you feel like you are home. My main goal is to make you as comfortable as possible and enjoy your stay. I expect that you'll have a 5 star Experience.
The entrance is on the back of the house, so you must come in through the private parking in the back to access the door. Please pull in to the street(Alley) behind the house. You will see sunflowers painted on the fence to guide up where to pull in. The parking space is lined with gravel and specifically for your unit only. Park in the spaces on the left side of the alley once you turn in. If necessary, you may also park on the street in front of the house and walk back around. Message me if you have any questions .
There are tons of yummy restaurants and places to go in the area, Shopping including North Star Mall in Walk-in Distance. This home is centrally located and convenient to everything!! The center of San Antonio!

If you have an unauthorized party or more guests than the original reservation, there is a $300 fee and your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Please communicate with me if you are planning on having extra guests. Even if they don't stay the night.

We provide the basic necessities such as hand soap and dish washing liquid, toilet paper, towels, bedsheets and pillows, clothes iron, hair dryer, drip coffee maker, microwave. We do Not provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee or basket filters, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Please bring your own if you need it.

Absolutely no glitter, smoking of any kind, or burning incense in the house. If we find evidence of any of these things, you will be charged a $250 additional cleaning fee.
Guest access:
The front and backyard are all for your use. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. I do not provide detergent.

Other things to note
Everything you need is here for you to use. If you need some last minute things that I don't happen to have for you, there is a Walmart Super center less than a mile away on one side and HEB (our local grocery store) 1/2 a mile the other way. And last but not least there's a Whole Foods, and Trader Joe's 1.3 miles away at the Quarry. And Central Market Close By. So you are surrounded by convenience. :-)

Those were very pleasant places, and maybe we got spoiled for comfort. This property in San Antonio was ok, the landlady was very friendly and helpful, the place itself was cozy and the neighborhood is great, it is very peaceful and quiet, and everything is a very short drive away. We even walked to a lovely nearby park. However, we did have a few issues: as we tried to use the sofa-bed, we found out that there had been no cleaning under it; also we had to wash the dish drying tray, that was really dirty and also the plates, cups, and cutlery that we used, since those seemed to have been poorly washed. The kitchen knives were blunt and we couldn't find a sharpening rod to help us. One thing we had seen on previous reviews on this property was that the fridge was loud, and it is very loud indeed. One other thing we found odd was that workers came to work on the lot beside the unit, but the access to said lot was through the unit's fence, so we were surprised to see people opening our gate and coming into the front yard. Previous warning would have been nice. Finally, I'd like to mention that we had to change our reservation, reducing it from 14 to 12 days, to spend a few days in Austin. We could change it at no extra cost, and we expect those two unused days to be reimbursed into my credit card, which hasn't happened yet."

The primary bedroom is a large, family-sized room with private access to the lovely patio through French doors. This large bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed and a twin-sized pull-out couch. It’s the perfect bedroom for families with little ones in tow. A 50” HDTV means you can enjoy your favorite TV shows from the privacy of your bedroom. You’ll also enjoy a full ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a dual vanity.
The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV, so you’ll find it just as comfortable as the primary bedroom. The location of this bedroom benefits from plenty of privacy from the rest of the house.
The third bedroom has been designed with kids in mind, but it’s just as comfortable for adults! - "Great property! " - "The apartment was super cute and cozy. It was super clean and decorated really well. It came stocked with what we needed dinnerware wise. Unfortunately there were a few issues with our stay. The biggest issue we had was the pool access. Upon check in I was told there was a key to the pool on the counter but there wasn’t a key. I contacted the host the first evening I was there (Thursday) and did not hear back from her until Friday and was informed she would drop the key off Saturday morning. On Saturday around 1630 she called to tell me she left a key at the leasing office but that close at 1700 and that they were closed the next day. I wasn’t able to make it to the leasing office in time so the host did coordinate with the leasing office to have them bring the key to me so for that i was grateful. That said… the key provided does not work for the pool. The whole reason we booked this listing was for the pool access that we weren’t able to use until the last day and we were only even able to use it because another tenant let us in). The listing noted that it sleeps 4, but aside from the bedding in the one bedroom there were only 2 small throw blankets. I just would have expected another large blanket. These throws could barely cover a 10 year old. There were also only 2 bath towels despite me noting three guests. "

This property is located on a quiet tree lined cul de sac in central San Antonio. There is a moderate sized semicircular driveway that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, with room on the street for parking as well.

The property is 5 minutes away from the airport, but due to city ordinances, there is minimal noise from aircraft. The property is located near the 410 Loop, Highway 281, and I-35 making it simple to get anywhere in San Antonio.

The house has been newly renovated, and upon entry you'll find a brightly lit foyer with a credenza for your keys. To the right is the the guest bedroom which has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet. The second guest bedroom also has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet. These two bedrooms share the guest bathroom which has a hair dryer available.

The master bedroom is very large with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a large sitting area, with another credenza and two chairs for lounging in before going to sleep on the king size bed. There is another dresser and a large closet for clothes for extended stays.

If one turns left from the entryway foyer, there is a brightly lit living area. There is a dinner table large enough to accommodate 8 people near a large from window that allows outdoor light to shine through the house.

There is a dedicated work area in the living room with a desk, chair, and Starlink high speed internet. There's almost no lag on the internet, which will allow for Zoom meetings, incredibly fast downloads, and wifi throughout the house.

The living room has two plush couches and a new smart TV. Just log in to your streaming credentials and feel free to binge on Netflix!

The kitchen has been newly updated and is fully stocked. Pots, pans, knives, dishes, cups--we have it. The chef in the group will feel comfortable using the gas range (the bottom right burner is our favorite). The refrigerator has room for food for the whole family. The island and counterspace is large with plenty of room for cooking. We also have a wine refrigerator underneath the counter.

The property also has an indoor LG washer and dryer for large laundry loads. The garage has a treadmill, a weight bench, a punching bag, a jump rope, and an assortment of kettlebells for the fitness minded guests.

Outside, there is an expansive fenced yard for your enjoyment. We have Big Green Egg for the BBQ afficionados. The string lights will shine down while you're winding down on the gravel footpath on your way to relax by the firepit after a long memorable day in San Antonio.

We welcome dogs/cats with a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Dogs must be crate and potty trained, under 50lbs only.

We love pets, however please be respectful of our house and show courtesy for next guest by following house rules:
Please bring your pet's towels (for wiping paws) and their pet bed (and crate if using), no pets on furniture/beds.
Please don’t left pet alone in home or tied up outside.

This beautiful 4,700 square feet 1929 Spanish-style home will take you back in time with its original architecture and interesting history as a former monastery. Nestled on more than an acre of land in sunny San Antonio, step back in time as you gaze at the Juliet-style balcony, mission-style furniture, original artwork, and sprawling garden and courtyard space. Located in the center of town, Casa Alegre is only 15 minutes from the Riverwalk and Pearl Brewery, and only 20 minutes to south town.

Happy and cheerful as the name states, Casa Alegre oozes old-world charm. Walk inside and you will instantly take notice of the primary kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. There are also two dishwashers and two full size refrigerators, providing ample space to store food and wash dishes for those longer stays or large gatherings. A butler's kitchen is just steps away and has been converted into a coffee and tea bar, perfect for those who perform a ritual morning sip. The sprawling formal dining table comes well-prepared to host elegant family dinners, and sunlit meals can be enjoyed alfresco on the outdoor dining table.

There are three living rooms, two with TVs; a game room and additional TV room, plus a formal living room toward at the front of the home. The soft sofa and large TV in the game room provide the perfect spot to curl up for movie nights. This room also boasts a pool table, an air hockey table, board games, a guitar, and a record player.

Four of the home's five bedrooms are large, light-filled, and adorned with soft linens. Two of the main bedrooms are en-suite. While exploring the bedrooms, you will also find lovely, tiled bathrooms and a separate laundry room. There are two separate offices providing ample work space for remote work or school tasks. There is one off of the downstairs primary bedroom, one off the dining room, and a separate laundry room. The additional TV room presents an excellent space for the kids to tune into their weekend morning cartoons, and the additional free-standing chapel room is a great space to work out!

Outside, the pool has a beautiful deck attached to it with two changing rooms right off the water, for your convenience. When you need a break from the sun, but still want to be outside, sit and read on the covered patio.
