The whole unit is yours to use. This light filled spacious STUDIO has a queen sized bed and a futon bed along with a newly soundproofed wall. It’s like you don’t have a neighbor at all!! You have a full size kitchen, an office area, and one full bathroom. The kitchen table and office desk both fold away out of the way. Private fenced backyard and parking on the left side of the driveway or on the street. You also have a backdoor and can park in the back as well. Brand new split level AC unit installed with a remote! The house does have multiple units, but your living space is private and unshared.
There are tons of yummy restaurants in the area, Shopping including North Star Mall in Walk-in Distance. This home is centrally located and convenient to everything!! The center of San Antonio!

If you have an unauthorized party or more guests than the original reservation, there is a $200 fee and your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Please communicate with me if you are planning on having extra guests. Even if they don't stay the night.

We provide the basic necessities such as hand soap and dish washing liquid, toilet paper, towels, bedsheets and pillows, clothes iron, hair dryer, drip coffee maker, microwave. - Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events.

- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- Pool is open all year long but it is not heated

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 15 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival.

- "We stayed here for our Anniversary, the place is too cute! They put ALOT of effort in making this place so unique! It’s in a great location and we really enjoyed the hot tub after a long walk around SA! A+!" - "Cute little property. Perfect for my family. Nice safe neighborhood close to grocery store and about 27 mins to JBSA. Only downfall is the shower, the shower curtain really encloses you in. Its a clawfoot tub with shower attachments. Its a big step to get in and out. Better off if they put in a walk in shower. Other than that it was really nice. Had all things you would need to cook and bake with. Even had kid friendly plates ans utensils. Beds were comfy."

Sage Suite I is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by some of San Antonio's most prestigious areas. With quick highway access into Downtown San Antonio, you'll be in the center of the city in 15 minutes flat. Perfect for families (esp. BMT graduations!).

Sage Suite II is 750 square feet of total charm.

Inside, you'll find tile floors, comfy furnishings, three flat-screen TVs, two with cable, one with Amazon Fire-Stick and WiFi throughout.

Up to 4 guests (maybe a 5th with approval) can get a good night’s rest here. Choose from the 1st bedroom with plush king-size bed, or the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. Both bedrooms share a bath with shower/tub combo. Pack light: we've got in-home laundry facilities here!

- Rental agreement must be completed, signed and sent back with a copy of a government issued ID before arrival and access instructions will be issued.
- A fee for each pet is required. $50 per pet per week, (2 dogs max - dogs only).
- Only house trained dogs are allowed and will be crated when not present or sleeping. Please bathe dogs outdoors and clean after stool & shedding hair.
