- "It was overall a good stay for what we needed! The host & support agent are excellent communicators and very prompt with replies. I’m not sure I’d recommend this space with kids (especially toddlers) because sounds don’t absorb/dampen well in the minimalist aesthetic, and we felt stressed about being quiet enough out of respect for the units around us. This is no fault of the hosts and they did mention exterior repairs were ongoing, but I want to mention that specifically the stairs were in the early stages of being repaired or possibly replaced at the time of our visit, in case they’re still in progress for anyone else, and going up/down three flights of uneven steps with stuff in tow was a challenge. Just commit to extra trips to the car for safety. Again, overall the apartment itself was a nice place to stay, great location, and the property team is fantastic! "

You’ll probably want to bring a good cooking spatula and pan since the ones they have are of poor quality (I’ve suggested that owner replace them with something better). and the eating utensils are more suitable for children. The whole place has air fresheners in just about every corner but is probably necessary if it’s rented out to guests with pets. Overall, the place is clean. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher so it makes it easy to have things ready at check out. PM is reachable via Vrbo and usually responds promptly. It is convenient to a grocery store and gas station as well as a few restaurants. Property is adequate for a business professional staying for a few days."

The quiet neighborhood is VERY centrally located. You can be anywhere (Medical Center, Military base, downtown, Sea World, Cantera, UTSA, USAA, etc.) in minutes. Also, there is shopping and restaurants 2 minutes away.
