Saturday night we had lots of late talking, some yelling and a few loud fire crackers. Weather was warm for the bay area and apartment with no AC became warm. One small fan helped. Ice maker in freezer did not appear to work but there were 2 small ice trays. Michael checked in to make sure we arrived OK and we managed to make most of our meals though the kitchen could use measuring cups. Bathroom faucet was loose, I reattached handle on kitchen drawer. The owner should mention that the rental is in an apartment in a neighborhood with many small apartment buildings. The Wogees from Skyforet, CA"

Had some big issues with checkin though. On day of check-in I never received information on access code to enter apartment. Had to call VRBO to get ahold of the host as I was boarding the plane. Finally got in contact with the host, he sent me codes, thought all was fine. Arrived at the apartment around midnight in California to find that the code I was provided would not unlock the door. Called host multiple times over a 30-45 minute period and couldnt get ahold of him. Ended up having to call VRBO who could also not contact him. Ultimately had to make and pay for a hotel reservation at 1AM. Our group was finally able to get into the place the following day - host did leave us a bottle of champagne for our troubles. still waiting on VRBO to refund what I spent on the hotel and have heard nothing in the way of a refund from the host for the night we spent in a hotel. Not a bad place to stay, but any positives were sadly outweighed by the awful checkin experience."
