One full bath, kitchen, dining area, living area, and small private patio off of Master. Please note the patio is quite small so unfortunately no room for seating, but one can grab some fresh air! Dream sweet dreams on the comfy beds wrapped with high quality sheets, duvets, and pillows. A full closet, small dresser and bedside table accompany each of the bedrooms. - "The property was even better in person. It was spacious and very comfortable for three adults. It was very clean and well stocked. We had all the supplies needed to cook and the large couch was perfect for lounging and watching shows. We noticed a couple of days in that we were out of laundry detergent and communicated to the property manager and they supplied us with more by the end of that day. Communication around the check in process could have been smoother, but otherwise the building and the apartment themselves were excellent. The location was also excellent! While guaranteed parking wasn’t included in the price, we were able to find street parking outside pretty easily (our stay was during the holidays so it’s possible more street parking was available then). That meant we had to go down in the mornings to pay the meter, but we’re early risers so we didn’t mind. I would definitely recommend this stay and would stay here again in future."

The location is great for west side living, but also very easy to get on the 10 and 405 to go elsewhere. The property is very private with a gated drive, tall hedges and a gated front. The house is beautifully designed. It could use a bit of maintenance, but all in all we had a lovely stay. The brand new Metro built will take our guest to just 2 blocks to the house and from there, our guest will be able to ride the metro to our world famous beaches of Santa Monica, shopping and restaurants as well as to watch the Laker's game in Downtown LA or have a cozy dinner in Little Tokyo for less than two Dollars.

We are very central for Santa Monica and we love our neighborhood as we are sure you will, too.
