Very comfortable and cozy environment. Your own space to detach from a busy schedule and relax in a well lit and furnished basement apartment. It’s designed for you to feel at home away from home and for anyone to feel like they are well taken care of staying in my home.

The space
The basement apartment has two full size sofa beds with blankets included. A desk for work if possible. A private half bathroom with laundry room around the corner. A four set table the a television for watching.
The upstairs bathroom is where you will shower which I clean everyday because it’s shared.

Guest access
The condo is open for the guest to enjoy respectfully. Make sure to clean up after using the space provided. If you have further questions about which areas are open and available I can absolutely assist with answering.

During your stay
I absolutely enjoy interacting with the guest. I am available text, email or calls.

Other things to note
The furnace and sub pump are located in the basement. The sub pump goes off every 20 minute and the furnace doesn’t make very much noise. Just wanted to make the guest aware of noise.

I am an artist/marketer/web developer remotely so I work here for the day job and side projects . Currently replacing the flooring downstairs on my own (carpet/smooth concrete transitionally).

The space
The condo is centrally heated and cooled, but just in case there is a large fan and also a space heater to help you easily adjust to your temperature preferences if necessary.

This room is the guest room in my 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. The bedroom is upstairs w/ its own private shower (with skylight) and walk-in closet and dresser. On the dresser is a mini-fridge, coffee maker and light complimentary items for your convenience. I have a microwave downstairs. The lighting includes a cantilevered hanging basket light and a hotel-style lamp. The room is lightly decorated with contemporary furnishings. You are certainly welcome to use the downstairs microwave, clothes washer/dryer and the dining area (just let me know in advance so I can move any projects off of it) or anything else.

Guest access
The clothes washer and dryer are yours to use, just let me know if you have any questions. If you don’t have enough room in the mini fridge you’re welcome to see if there’s space downstairs (such as a bigger pizza box). During checkout you can place the garbage bags if you want in the kitchen by the garage door exit. I’ll take it to the actual blue big bin.

During your stay
I am a fine artist and an ecommerce product designer so I am constantly working on projects from my home office/studio area, which mainly is the common area on the first floor. So please respect my interesting projects as they are going, it is not my intent to have to "hide" my work life just because someone is coming here, on the contrary I'd love to talk about any of it. Also AirBnB experiences aren't official here yet, but if you would be interested in visiting art galleries, museums etc. here, I'm happy to work something out with you if you want an insider tour.

You will have one bedroom with queen size wonderful bed and a private bath room in my home, which is a two bedroom condo. parking, 65" TV(in living room), WIFI, Wet bar. Remodeled walk in bath/spa.
