- "We stayed at the studio while visiting one of our kids who lives in the neighborhood. I can echo all previous comments that the studio is very clean, with comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, and beautiful patio. The main commercial street of the neighborhood, Chestnut Street, is about a 10 minute walk, all perfectly flat. There are many great restaurants and local coffeehouses, and the Sunday Farmer's Market at Fort Mason was fabulous, particularly for a New Englander in December. My only very small comment that might help future renters is that the bed is in a corner against the wall, making it somewhat awkward for the "inside" person to get in and out at night. Laura is very nice, and was available and helpful. I would definitely return to this lovely location, thank you! "

Stay High Above the Rooftops of San Francisco’s Noe Valley

$950.00 weekly, 1 Week minimum stay, $2500.00 monthly Sleeps 2. Unfortunately, I am not able to accommodate children. San Francisco has two (2) taxes that I have to collect from guests. A Transient Occupation Tax or TOT (14%), also known at the hotel tax for short-term rentals. I agree, it's a bummer.

This beautiful rooftop hideaway has a separate entrance through a side passageway and up a back staircase. Must be able to negotiate stairs since access is up a circular staircase of 43 steps that are unfortunately not very child-friendly.

You will be in walking distance to restaurants and Noe Valley’s 24th Street shops. You can also catch the J-Church MUNI line just a block away that will give you direct access not only to the Noe Valley, Castro, and Dolores Park Neighborhoods, but also to downtown for the Cable Cars, Union Square, and the Embarcadero. BART is just a short 10-minute walk away.

Parking is on the street if you have a car, though you must be careful about parking and street cleaning restrictions during the week which goes for all of San Francisco. A washer and dryer are available on the premises as well as a cozy small deck on the ground level.

Dana was an excellent host, who helped us get navigated in the city and waited up for our very delayed flight upon arrival. He was available when needed and unobtrusive when not. Dolores Heights is centrally located between the Castro, Noe Valley and the Mission. It includes Mission Dolores -- the oldest building in San Francisco, and Dolores Park -- one of the most popular parks in the city. As you may know, the Castro (centered 4 blocks west) is the historic gay center of San Francisco -- it features restaurants, bars, the Castro Theater, shopping, and an ever-increasing number of coffee shops and day spas. The Mission (centered 3 blocks east) is a historically Latino neighborhood. It, too, features restaurants, bars, the Roxie Theater, shopping and an ever-increasing number of coffee shops and boutiques.

Access:
Private entrance to your own efficiency studio (including bathroom) - this is not just a room in a house! You will be assigned a unique code that you can use to access the unit at any time during your stay: no keys needed.

Transit:
San Francisco has excellent public transportation, and all of it is easily accessible from here.
The Muni J-Church line is two blocks away and will take you downtown; it also connects with other lines that can take you to virtually any part of SF. The Castro and Church stations are four blocks away.

The 22, 24, 33, and F all stop within 2-4 blocks of the apartment and will take you to various parts of the city.

BART is also nearby -- the 16th & Mission station is only five blocks away.

There is a bike share station 18th and Dolores street 3 blocks away. In fact, everything you need is easily walkable, so you don't need a car.

If you do have a car, free on-street parking is available. Parking spots are typically ample, and with notice you can use the private spot in front of the driveway. However, there is a 2-hour parking limit for non-resident vehicles from 8am to 9pm Monday through Friday. That means you need to move your car every two hours during the day. Nights are easier -- if you park your car after 7pm you can leave it there until 10am the next morning.

All that being said, temporary parking permits are available. They eliminate the 2-hour restriction so that you can park all day. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

This two bedroom, one bath home was designed in 2017 with the highest quality materials in a grand historic Victorian. Marble tile, radiant heat, fire sprinklers, new plumbing and electrical systems, new appliances, new windows and designer lighting were all part of the renovation. There is an outdoor patio for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Pacific Heights has some of the best weather in San Francisco. Within a few blocks, there are fabulous restaurants serving everything from oysters to pizza. Fillmore Street has the best shopping and dining in Pacific Heights and is only two blocks away. An excellent grocery store is a block away.

Our home has a fully stocked kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal and Caesarstone counters. There is strong WiFi and streaming services on the 4K TV.

Transportation is right outside the front door. Connect with BART, Caltrain and the ferry system to travel anywhere in the Bay Area. Street parking is always available on our block. We park in front of the building daily.

Single bedroom in a newly remodeled flat that shares a bathroom with one other room! Totally private rooms with door locks, fully renovated kitchen with all necessary appliances, & strong WiFi throughout. Close to FiDi, Chinatown, SOMA, and more!

The space
We are a great 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms flat in Nob Hill close to Polk St.! 2 of the bedrooms share 1 bathrooms, and 5 bedrooms have private attached bathrooms. The property itself has been remodeled and is very clean.

You would be sharing the home with 6 other rooms, most often times they are filled with visiting professionals or students, and each room has a maximum occupancy of 2 people (Sorry, this is a strict policy, no parties large that 2!) but most often times are singles.

The kitchen is the common area in the flat. All guests have full access to the kitchen and its provided wares. We do not have a living room for lounging in but each room has a desk so you can get work done.

Security is a top priority and we have installed a reinforced gate with electronic access at the building's entrance as well as secure doors to each flat. Every room has a door lock and is only accessed by the tenant.
