There is a large living room (26 feet x 15 feet), large dining room, large & open spacious kitchen, as well as a large sun room (25 feet x 13 feet) for casual dining/reading/game playing. The large living room is comfortable, relaxing & inviting w/ plenty of comfortable furniture, a television w/ over 50 DVD movies, 30 CD's, & gold gilded décor & mirrors throughout w/ beautiful gold draperies as well as 2 gorgeous gold chandeliers hanging in the center of the living room.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped w/ new appliances including a new stove, oven, refrigerator & microwave. There is a full size dishwasher as well. The kitchen is fully stocked & appointed w/ counter top kitchen appliances, dishes (casual & formal china), glassware (casual & crystal), silverware (casual & gold), pots & pans, bake ware & cooking utensils & gadgets w/ everything needed to cook or bake and eat your favorite meals and/or desserts at your home away from home.

The dining room is elegantly decorated w/ a large oval table that seats 6 to 8 w/ a beautiful gold hanging chandelier & 2 more gold sconces. There is a mirrored antique server that stores table clothes, chargers, place mats, cloth napkins & napkin rings. You can also enjoy casual meals in the sun room at the casual dining table.

The large sun room/reading/game room measures 25 feet by 13 feet where you find another dining table that seats 4-6, a wicker love seat & 2 matching wicker side chairs, as well as 2 Royal Garden at Waikiki elegant arm chairs w/ plenty of cheerful floral décor. The sun room overlooks the back deck & backyard.

There are a number of sitting areas just waiting for you to sit down & relax with a spot of tea or a good book. There is a well-stocked video, CD, book & game board library, as well as 2 Karaoke Machines w/ 2 microphones & lots of songs for your group or family to enjoy!

The 5 bedrooms come fully furnished w/ 4 new Queen beds & 1 new Twin bed, luxurious comforters & high thread count linens, large closets (11x8 in Mas Bed), beautiful antique dressers and/or exquisite antique secretaries, gold gilded lamps, gold sconces or chandelier, & delicate draperies. The larger bedroom sizes are as follows: 15x10, 14x13, 14x13, 13x13 & 12x9. There are also 3 Queen sized supreme seat height air mattress beds along with other sized seat height air mattress beds that automatically inflate & deflate which will accommodate 8 to 10 more Guests. There are additional linens & comforter sets, with shams, accent décor pillows, & all types of pillows.

The Master Bathroom has a private bathroom w/ a matching pedestal sink & toilet w/ a spacious shower.

The other 2 bathrooms have combo bathtub/showers with double sinks & mirrors. There is plenty of cabinetry space for everyone’s personal items. All of the bathrooms are fully stocked w/ soft & luxurious towels & bathmats.

The indoor laundry center is equipped w/ 2 washers & 1 dryer which are easily accessible from the kitchen.

There is a large walk-in closet that holds all the extra air mattress beds, linens, table settings, as well as kids toys, puzzles, games, karaoke machines, 2 large folding tables, and outdoor furniture cushions.

In the coat closet you will find many board games.

The sweet, serene courtyard style backyard has a wood deck right off of the sun room & is fully fenced. There are 2 Weber gas BBQ grills for your outdoor dining pleasure w/ plenty of outdoor furniture on the deck as well additional furniture in the storage shed in the backyard. There is a picnic basket and plenty of children's outdoor toys ready for fun and games.

There is a long covered front porch with 3 matching bistro sets to sit on while drinking your morning coffee as you watch the world go by. The front yard is adorned with beautiful rose bushes.

There is plenty of parking on the property for 5 cars, as well as plenty of parking available on the street in front of the house.

The Harry Holt Neighborhood Park is just a block and a half away walk from the property. It is a two acre park centrally located in Creswell close to downtown, one block north of Oregon Avenue. It is surrounded by residential homes. The facilities include rest rooms, basketball courts, tennis courts, grass volleyball court, 10 covered picnic tables, benches, drinking fountains, play areas, slides, balance beam, climbing bars, merry go-round, gazebo and an open field next to the basketball courts, lots of grass and parking.

All within walking distance of the home you will find a Farmer’s Market style grocery store, the famous Creswell Bakery for delicious food and baked goods, numerous Pizza spots, including My Boy’s slate fired pizza, coffee shops, library, Thai, Chinese, Mexican, burger joint, & 2 Family Diners, 2 beauty salons, barbershop, museum, clinic, Creswell City Hall, as well as many other stores for shopping. A 2 minute drive away from the house is the Emerald Valley Public Golf Course, a venue for live music, & more fast food eateries.

Experience life at the Historic Creswell Farmhouse! Located just 10-15 min from Downtown Eugene, University of Oregon & Wineries. We invite you to stay in our 3 Bed+ Loft, 2 Bath home that sleeps up to 10 people.

There are 3 private bedrooms and a loft area with a combined 6 beds total. The master, second bedroom, and both bathrooms are located on the first floor. A custom sliding barn door divides the first floor from the upstairs. Upstairs features another cozy master bedroom with queen bed where you can sleep beneath the eaves. The rest of the second story is a spacious open loft area with one full bed, two twins, and a desk area. There are three A/C units throughout the house. Each bedroom is also equipped with a DYSON air purifier/fan for your comfort!

Entering the home you will find an open layout kitchen, dining area, and relaxing living room with fireplace. Our well stocked kitchen is perfect for all your cooking needs. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea, and laundry pods/dryer sheets in our laundry room.

Spend some serious chill time in the family sunroom with its own antique style stove. Sit back and watch TV w/ NETFLIX, Hulu, and Disney+, or dine at one of our two dining tables, all while taking in the views of the luscious backyard patio and pool area.

The house is over 100 years old and is framed by acres of farmland on three sides providing views of local wildlife. Entering the grounds, you will also be greeted by the tallest douglas fir tree in the county!

Please note that we are conveniently located to anything you might need in the town of Creswell. This means that there can be a little bit of road noise. (See map for exact location) One of our favorite things to do is walk across the street for some ice cream and rent a red box dvd to enjoy back at the house.

Our onsite manager Ethan lives in the cottage next-door. He is a resident artist and uses the antique barn onsite as his personal studio and gallery. He is available as much or as little as you like, and always has your utmost privacy in mind. :)

Our apartment is a finished basement of a 3 story home we occupy. It includes a fully stocked kitchen, private bath & shower, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds and the option of up to 3 rollaway beds with memory foam. We pride ourselves on landscaping and a pond stocked with Bass & Koy fish. The pond features 3 small waterfalls for awesome ambiance. This home feels so relaxing and private yet just steps away from Main Street, the covered bridge (across the street) and your home is a right across from the river. The location cannot be beat. One minute to walk to bus stop, or downtown which has antiques, shops and many great restaurants. 10 minute drive to two Huge lakes, 5 minute drive to 2 golf courses, 25- 50minutes puts you at more than 60 wineries. If you like the ocean, it’s a 40-60 minute drive West. Snow… well East about an hour you will find Willamette pass ski resort during the snow season. Eugene/UofO is 18 mile north. You won’t be disappointed. Come once and you will rebook again just like everyone else.

Full kitchen was nice to have available, though we were gone from sunup to beyond sundown, so we only used the fridge, freezer (Gotta have ice cream!) and bathroom/shower. All of which worked well. The Park House is a family friendly home located in a small town. It's a great place to work from home & for an extended stay! Close to hiking, bike trails, wineries, rivers, & other outdoor activities. A renovated 1940's cottage w/ 3 bds across the street from a lovely park. Brand new appliances, fenced yard, wi-fi, and walking distance to restaurants. 10 miles south of Eugene with easy freeway access. This is small town living w/the bonus of being away from cities and yet very convenient.

Large windows flood the space with natural light making a bright and cheery space while shutters allow for privacy. Open floor plan offers many options for comfortable gathering. Stand in the kitchen and look out the large picture window to the playground across the street, historic church steeples, and beautiful tree covered hills in the distance. High-end appliances, all with sanitation options, make cooking and clean up a pleasure. Lovingly restored original hardwood floors shine throughout the house.

Creswell offers the best of small town living with the added bonus of convenience being minutes off of the I-5 freeway. It's the kind of small town that you may just fall in love with!

This is a single family cottage which includes three bedrooms, open floor living / dining / kitchen, bathroom, and mudroom with large capacity washing machine and dryer. There is a fenced front and back yard and a carport that will fit multiple cars.

Even though it's nicknamed "The Friendly City" it's really a small town. In walking distance from the Park House there are several restaurants, Creswell Bakery with amazingly delicious bread and treats, a small grocery store, a public library, and seasonal farmer's markets. It's a short drive to the Creswell Bi-Mart and the charming Blue Valley Bistro.

There's also a golf course, Emerald Valley Country Club, and a small hobby airport. During the summer there's a weekly farmers market in town and free movies in the park.

Award winning wineries of the Southern Willamette Valley region are within a 30 minute drive through rolling green hills and gorgeous countryside.

Just up the road from the renowned King Estate Winery is Carpenter Bypass, a 19 mile network of forested trails, great for mountain bikers, hikers, and horses.

An hour and a half drive west from the Park House brings you to the Oregon coast town of Florence and the dunes where you'll find many fabulous restaurants, hiking, quad riding on the dunes, and fun on the beach.

University of Oregon, Hayward Field, and Autzen Stadium are a 15 minute drive from the Park House.

All of the major hospitals in the Eugene-Springfield and Cottage Grove areas are within a 15-25 minute drive.

There's much to see and do in this beautiful part of Oregon and the Park House is a wonderful home base.

Creswell offers the best of small town living with the added bonus of convenience being minutes off of the I-5 freeway. It's the kind of small town that you may just fall in love with!

Creswell is very convenient. We're only minutes from the freeway and Eugene is a quick 10 mile drive north. It's actually faster to get to the Autzen Stadium and University of Oregon from Creswell than from many others areas of Eugene. Cottage Grove is 10 miles to the south. There's a public bus that runs daily from Creswell too. Beautiful back country roads are very popular with distance bike riders as well.

The Yurt is on the property of the hosts home located about a half mile up a private drive called Eagle Mountain Rd that is secured with a locked gate. The cheerful 3-bd is a duplex located across the street from a park in a nice neighborhood of a small town. It is completely separate from the adjacent 1 bedroom with a separate entrance and private backyard. The only thing that is shared is the parking pad in front of the home. There is one (1) dedicated parking space for each side of the duplex with ample free and unmetered parking across the street. As a duplex there is a chance that you may hear noise from the other unit. (The 1 bedroom "Ohana" is also available to rent.)

There's also a golf course, Emerald Valley Country Club, and a small hobby airport. During the summer there's a weekly farmers market in town and free movies in the park.

Creswell is very convenient. We're only minutes from the freeway and Eugene is a quick 10 mile drive north. It's actually faster to get to the Autzen Stadium and University if Oregon from Creswell than from many others areas of Eugene. Cottage Grove is 10 miles to the south. There's a public bus that runs daily from Creswell too. Beautiful back country roads are very popular with distance bike riders as well.

There is also a pond on the property that is available for pictures but no fishing is allowed as this pond is jointly shared with our neighbors. Please enjoy this beautiful setting but please use at your own risk and have regard for the private residence and driveway to the side. We have a few chairs for your use if you wish. Please view the pictures I have included for you to see the setting. Evening sunsets can be very pretty from this area.

There are also horses on one of our 2 acre fields next to the vegetable garden. These horses are not ours and the wire around the field is a live electric fence.

The vegetable garden is free for you to walk through and nibble as you see ripe goodies or glean for your evening dinner. Through out the year we have a varying variety but mostly in the late summer and early fall is when we maintain the garden. But use the herbs or tomatoes if there is any available. We have a timer on the hoses, so please do not turn any hoses off as this may affect the watering of the gardens

Weather:
One of the features of this home is a full house air conditioner. This feature is needed from about June through September but sometimes even more.
This is a must, as occasionally we have 90 degrees or more for a week here and there.

The winters are a bit chilly and occasionally we get a tiny bit of snow. Some years we get none and every 30 years we get 3 feet, but that is super rare. When we do, it never lasts more than a day or so. Summers are 70’s and 80’s and we get rain anytime of year with July and August being rare. Our summers stretch into October but just chillier at night.

This place is absolutely a piece of heaven, we hope you come and enjoy it. You wont be sorry, in fact you’ll wish you stayed longer. At least thats what everyone tells me. We even have repeat guests that book several weeks at a time every year.

We had to find accommodations to cover the first night and there was no offer for compensation. The internet wasn't working and the water was shut off on the 3rd day. My employees live out of their suitcases and count on lodging to be a seamless process. This was not that. Would not recommend for these reasons."

There is a large living room (26 feet x 15 feet), large dining room, large & open spacious kitchen, as well as a large sunroom (25 feet x 13 feet) for casual dining/reading/game playing. The large living room is comfortable, relaxing & inviting w/ plenty of comfortable furniture, a television w/ over 50 DVD movies, 30 CD's, & gold gilded décor & mirrors throughout w/ beautiful gold draperies as well as 2 gorgeous gold chandeliers hanging in the center of the living room.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped w/ new appliances including a new stove, oven, refrigerator & microwave. There is a full size dishwasher as well. The kitchen is fully stocked & appointed w/ counter top kitchen appliances, dishes (casual & formal china), glassware (casual & crystal), silverware (casual & gold), pots & pans, bake ware & cooking utensils & gadgets w/ everything needed to cook or bake and eat your favorite meals and/or desserts at your home away from home.

The dining room is elegantly decorated w/ a large oval table that seats 6 to 8 w/ a beautiful gold hanging chandelier & 2 more gold sconces. There is a mirrored antique server that stores table clothes, chargers, place mats, cloth napkins & napkin rings. You can also enjoy casual meals in the sun room at the casual dining table.

The large sun room/reading/game room measures 25 feet by 13 feet where you find another dining table that seats 4-6, a wicker love seat & 2 matching wicker side chairs, as well as 2 Royal Garden at Waikiki elegant arm chairs w/ plenty of cheerful floral décor. The sun room overlooks the back deck & backyard.

There are a number of sitting areas just waiting for you to sit down & relax with a spot of tea or a good book. There is a well-stocked video, CD, book & game board library, as well as 2 Karaoke Machines w/ 2 microphones & lots of songs for your group or family to enjoy!

The 5 bedrooms come fully furnished w/ 4 new Queen beds & 1 new Twin bed, luxurious comforters & high thread count linens, large closets (11x8 in Mas Bed), beautiful antique dressers and/or exquisite antique secretaries, gold gilded lamps, gold sconces or chandelier, & delicate draperies. The larger bedroom sizes are as follows: 15x10, 14x13, 14x13, 13x13 & 12x9. There are also 3 Queen sized supreme seat height air mattress beds along with other sized seat height air mattress beds that automatically inflate & deflate which will accommodate 8 to 10 more Guests. There are additional linens & comforter sets, with shams, accent décor pillows, & all types of pillows.

The Master Bathroom has a private bathroom w/ a matching pedestal sink & toilet w/ a spacious shower.

The other 2 bathrooms have combo bathtub/showers with double sinks & mirrors. There is plenty of cabinetry space for everyone’s personal items. All of the bathrooms are fully stocked w/ soft & luxurious towels & bathmats.

The indoor laundry center is equipped w/ 2 washers & 1 dryer which are easily accessible from the kitchen.

There is a large walk-in closet that holds all the extra air mattress beds, linens, table settings, as well as kids toys, puzzles, games, karaoke machines, 2 large folding tables, and outdoor furniture cushions.

In the coat closet you will find many board games.

The sweet, serene courtyard style backyard has a wood deck right off of the sun room & is fully fenced. There are 2 Weber gas BBQ grills for your outdoor dining pleasure w/ plenty of outdoor furniture on the deck as well additional furniture in the storage shed in the backyard. There is a picnic basket and plenty of children's outdoor toys ready for fun and games.

There is a long covered front porch with 3 matching bistro sets to sit on while drinking your morning coffee as you watch the world go by. The front yard is adorned with beautiful rose bushes.

There is plenty of parking on the property for 5 cars, as well as plenty of parking available on the street in front of the house.

The Harry Holt Neighborhood Park is just a block and a half away walk from the property. It is a two acre park centrally located in Creswell close to downtown, one block north of Oregon Avenue. It is surrounded by residential homes. The facilities include rest rooms, basketball courts, tennis courts, grass volleyball court, 10 covered picnic tables, benches, drinking fountains, play areas, slides, balance beam, climbing bars, merry go-round, gazebo and an open field next to the basketball courts, lots of grass and parking.

All within walking distance of the home you will find a Farmer’s Market style grocery store, the famous Creswell Bakery for delicious food and baked goods, numerous Pizza spots, including My Boy’s slate fired pizza, coffee shops, library, Thai, Chinese, Mexican, burger joint, & 2 Family Diners, 2 beauty salons, barbershop, museum, clinic, Creswell City Hall, as well as many other stores for shopping. A 2 minute drive away from the house is the Emerald Valley Public Golf Course, a venue for live music, & more fast food eateries.

The space
This is a one room space with twin bed. Want to just hang out by the fire or play with goats? If it is nature and quiet time you are looking or just a place to stay for big events at the University of Oregon, Bohemian Mining days, Gran Fondo, Oregon Country Fair, Lane County Fair, or cycling and hiking this is the place for you! You will want to visit the wineries and the covered bridges. We now offer Wi-Fi. We have 2 dogs that bark occasionally! They just want to meet you. There is an outdoor bathroom with a hot shower and incinerator toilet. There is soap, shampoo, and conditioner available for you. We have a propane heater and an external charger for this space.

Other things to note
You will need a vehicle for your mode of transportation. There is no uber/taxi/bus service here. No smoking. If the unit smells of smoke there will be an extra charge. NO animals; dogs, cats, etc. Our outdoor bathroom is great with an incinerator toilet and hot water shower! You will be charged an added cleaning fee if a liner is not used. It is important to use a liner. We can suggest wonderful local hikes, wine tours, covered bridge tours and we do have kayaks if you would like to rent one for the day. We have an outdoor kitchen that has a propane tabletop stove and a sink that has cold water to use as well.

Cozy, newly built studio, located in a semi-rural area. Lots of forest in surrounding area, but only a few minutes drive to nearest town. Lower level of attached house with complete privacy and separate entrance. Space consists of kitchen, queen size bed, and bathroom, writing desk, and a rustic sun room. The space
There is a tenant who rents the unit above, but is frequently away. When he is home he is quiet and respectful. We ask the same of our guests. We have a dog on the property who is very friendly and likes "hang" (lay) in front of the studio from time to time. We can make accommodations if this is a problem for guests. Also, cell phone coverage can be spotty, but there is a "landline" phone available in the studio if needed.

A quiet country setting with a year round creek. Named after the Leona lumber mill that was situated on this site over 100 years ago. There are still many artifacts such as the old stone wall that once crossed the creek to form a log dam and old fire bricks from Scotland.

The space
The guest house sits on 6 1/2 acres with a large park like setting and year round creek with private access. There is a single bedroom with a queen size bed, chair, dresser and lamp. The kitchenette has an apartment size refrigerator and freezer, microwave and hot plate. It is complete with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The guest house adjoins my workshop and I do have maintenance work that must be performed from time to time. I will always respect my guests privacy and will try to work around your schedule so that you can have your peace and quiet. This property is also my home and I live here full time. So kindly treat it with respect.

Cross over the bridge and hang a left through the open yellow gates. Drive to the back past the main house and you'll see the guest house with the barn red door. Your country experience is just beginning. An access code for the guest house will be sent to you on the day of check in. Enjoy and make yourselves at home.

The Cottage Home was built in 1935. It is a two story home separated by a door/stairwell. The basement will NOT be utilized when guests have booked the upstairs. The upstairs is our home when not being enjoyed by guests, so the space reflects this. -Some things are new, others nicely warn, but everything will be clean & guaranteed to be peaceful. The property is situated a few feet from the coast fork of the Willamette River. Wildlife is plentiful and diverse.

The deck:
The back deck overlooks the river and has a shaded pergola with a propane fireplace that will be full and ready to be enjoyed. Twinkle lights will set the mood and reflect beautifully off the water at night. This space can be enjoyed in the summer or winter months. Be mindful there is a road between the river access and back of house that is utilized by the caretakers to adjacent property. It’s minimal traffic and they are slow & courteous. Also, it was brought to my attention that the mill across the river is loud enough to compete with the sounds of nature. I’ve lived here long enough that I don’t notice it anymore I guess., but I believe the beauty of the river outweighs the slight noise inconvenience. NOTICE: less foliage in winter that fails to hide mill in winter as well. In summer it’s mostly hidden.

The kitchen:
If you enjoy cooking/bbq’ing this is the place for you. There is a cupboard full of spices and a refrigerator stocked with condiments you are welcome to use. Out the back deck is a full herb garden you can help yourself to if your stay happens to be during the summer months.

Outdoor cooking:
The deck area has a stainless steel counter top perfect for outdoor cooking. A Weber counter top Bbq is provided.

**The NEGATIVES, because let’s be clear: this is an almost 100 yr old house that is lived in when not being utilized by guests. My cleaning service does a GREAT job, however there are a lot of surfaces to keep clean in a home that’s well lived in. If you can’t overlook a missed surface here or there please choose a different listing as it’s bound to happen on occasion.


We live in the country so there will be bugs., not an excess amount of them but it’s a part of country living.

The mill across the way is noticeable in the winter when the leaves are off the trees as is the hum of the mill on week days.

This is a space designed to be lived in.. its cozy, comfortable and functional. Please only book if this vibe suits your personality and needs..

The river house property is a half acre. Parts of the property are in the process of being upgraded. It will all come together with time. Although, We feel this will not detract from your overall River house experience.

Everything to the left of the garage/driveway is for guests use. Everything to the right is a work in progress..(courtyard is NOT for guests)

There is a studio/tiny house way off to the right of the property (on its own lot) that will be utilized occasionally for other guests starting Sept 1st —but the location is situated such that the main house can’t see it when you’re inside. It’s as close as other neighbors and does not share riverbank area or any other spaces., including parking(a picture is provided to see spatially)

Other things to note
2 kayaks are available for use in the summertime and the date we take them out of the water each year depends on the river levels and weather. If this is an issue you may want to inquire before booking
Past guests have lost kayaks due to not securing them properly. If this happens, guests will be held responsible for replacing them.
The space is a work in progress and always evolving I try my best to keep pictures up to date.

Mindful this is a 100 year old house. It’s lived in and homey. Things to be mindful of.

Limited screens to keep views unobstructed. 2 screens in living room and one on back patio that’s a little glitchy to slide.

Air conditioner is only located in the bedroom. It provides a cool sleeping situation, most guests spend their time outside on river or back deck in summer months. The air conditioner only gets installed when summer is in full swing. If that is an issue may want you to inquire prior to booking.
