Bedroom is furnished with 1 queen size bed -with memory foam mattress/ memory foam pillows, flat screen TV/Roku/NETLIX/Hulu and FIOS high speed internet.
Bathroom is equipped with basic essentials for comfort and convenience.

Guests needs to upload government ID .and address in order to book the studio.

Besides your bedroom, guests can also enjoy the convenience of a lovely decorated, spacious open concept living and dining area-equipped with a window, a 4 piece dining table with a comfortable couch and beautiful indoor plants etc. Kitchen is equipped with a double door refrigerator, microwave, hot plate , Keurig coffee/tea maker with commodities. There are also: pots and pans, plates and cutleries for your convenient needs.

The tone of apartment is quite elegant and colorful - enhanced with a blue accent wall and beautiful pictures. There is also a comfortable work space/computer desk for those "digital nomads" who are on the go. Area is equipped with heating and A/C for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guests have to go down 7 steps.

Rome’s oasis is one of three rooms. The room is equipped with a 43inch smart tv and an Alexa speaker which can be used for music or an alarm. There is a queen size bed for sleeping and a chest to unpack clothes for longer stays. The chest has a top locker that has a key which can be used to store personal items/ valuable items.

Guest access
The entire first floor is solely for guests. The bathroom is shared and the common areas.
