This is a guest suite that was converted to a private getaway. We RELOCATED the entrance coming from the rear access for privacy. Guest will have their own entrance and parking with a keypad entrance to the guest suite. As you enter you will see our Custom Rustic queen bed with 4 dresser drawers. There are two separate closets with sliding barn doors. As you approach the living room you will see 2 twin beds surrounded by a modern open floor plan. Beautiful open kitchen with granite island tiled backsplash and all your kitchen needs along with a self-service Custom Rustic coffee station. Moving to the bathroom you will have a walk-in tiled shower with plenty of room and an awesome showerhead. Need to do laundry? Our Machines are cleverly tucked away within the bathroom but out of sight. So grab some coffee and lounge around maybe outside on the patio? Please come see this cool layout for yourself You will Love it!!!!! Oh, I forgot to mention really fast wifi - 345 Mbps!!!

My place is close to parks, restaurants and dining, Lackland AFB. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the kitchen, privacy, use of TV in lounge.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). A fully fenced back yard and there is also a dog park about a 10 minute drive away. The airport is just a 20 minute drive around the I-410. Shopping is close by for those needed necessities.

There are 4 rooms that I rent out to Airbnb as well as midterm platforms so very often I have thirty and sixty days where I have tenants taking classes from the military base down the street. There are two full bathrooms, one which is dedicated to the master bedroom as private so three bedrooms share one bathroom. So far I have not had complaints that people have not been able to access the bathrooms when needed but I do want to clarify this about the house.

There is one room that has a private entrance and it is labeled as such. The main entrance has a ring doorbell, so I can monitor that guest. Who have been approved are accessing the property. if you have a guest, you need to inform me and send me a picture of their I.D card. Unapproved, guests are not allowed on the property or to spend the night.

Meet Zena my Australian Shepherd. She is absolutely harmless and will not bother you unless you want her to. She doesn’t bark stays by my side and sleeps in her kennel. My home does not smell like pets she is fully house trained and she gets groomed weekly at home. Please let me know ahead of time if you are afraid of dogs.

This is a one-of-a-kind lofted studio apt made from an old master bedroom in a 1908 craftsman home. It is shared with my personal recording studio. The apt has a private dedicated restroom inside the unit. It’s accessed through a key code door that only the tenant will have. The recording studio is typically used 2-3 mornings per week and 1-2 evening per month making it VERY private for guest. We rarely use the kitchen (shared space) making it nearly always available to our guest. W/D included
