Could use simple upgrades. THE RIP-OFF: We followed all the house rules, but got an email after check-out stating that they kept $125 of our deposit because the cleaning company said we had smoked in the unit which cost them $100 for an ozone machine. They showed a picture of tobacco products, what appeared to be marijuana butts, and an inhaler, next to a small broken mirror, which we were charged $25 to replace. I called the number on the email to let them know that we don’t smoke, none of those items belonged to us, and there was no mirror like that in our unit. Spoke to “Jen” who said she couldn’t help me and that I needed to respond to the email. 3 emails and 2 phone calls later, still no response. I finally called the credit card company to make a formal dispute. This company can not be trusted. "

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. You can park 1 car at the property in the designated parking spot. NO parking on driveway or in any other spot, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. NO street parking. MAX 1 CAR AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.

• Please note that though the listing shows 4 beds, there are only 3 actual beds. The last “bed” is a queen-size sleeper sofa.

• Even though we include a gas grill, we do NOT refill the gas tank. You may need to refill it at a local hardware store or gas station that refills propane tanks.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.

Also there are 2 separate codes to get into apt and i wasn't given the first code so i was locked out at 130 am when i arrived. I had to call to get code, but eventually made it in. Our beds are brand new and comfy, along with a kitchen any chef would envy. Very easy access to the freeways. This is a wonderful private, safe and secure home. The parking is exclusive to this unit and will accommodate two (2) large vehicles. There is additional street parking and a paid parking lot at the end of the block that will accommodate very large vehicles. The door locks, security system and and HVAC are operated with smartphones. There are backup mechanisms in place for those that do not have smartphones. The smart locks facilitate 24 access via the smartphone. There is never a need for guests to exchange keys or codes for entry. There is a full size washer and dryer. The backyard is shared space with a patio table and chairs.

My place is close to the Pearl Brewery, Riverwalk, Trinity University, Fort Sam Houston, Brackenridge Park, SA Zoo, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance, parks, art and culture, great views and the heart of downtown. You'll love my place because of the neighborhood, the nightlife, the comfy bed, the space and kitchen. My place is a great place for couples, solo adventures and business travelers. This apartment is a private apartment and does not have any shared spaces. There is covered parking in the back. My space is very warm, inviting and most of all very comfortable. You will have a 4K TV, cable and blu ray player for a Redbox night. You will feel right at home. Anything my guests need I will accommodate to the best of my ability to make their stay relaxing. The neighborhood is very nice and you can walk to the restaurants a block away to St. Mary's St. and listen to live music at the many various locations on the street. But they did have a lot of places to go eat in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to a couple to go and stay, we went see the river walk, the Alamo, the zoo and Six Flags. A cute romantic villa includes four TV's with Blu-ray players, a complete kitchen including a gas stove, full cooking utensils, beer, margarita and wine glasses, a washer and dryer, a private courtyard including luscious gardens, an outdoor Bluetooth sound system, a private spa, a private fire-pit set in a romantic intimate area, a large barbecue grill for Texas style grillen, outdoor corn-hole, dart board, horseshoe and tic-tact-toe game sets available to our guests during their stay.

- "nice" - "VRBO called the owner of this property regarding the death of who booked this house three weeks in advance and he still refused to refund the stay. The property is overpriced due to the proximity to the River Walk. Too many items in the house made it hard to keep track of your own items." - "This was our first time booking with Verbo instead of our usual air b&b. My husband booked our stay for Tuesday through Friday for our anniversary. Check in is at 4pm, property manager showed up at 7 to unlock the property, he kept insisting that our stay was to start on Friday. We received a mold bottle of red wine for our inconvenience. Upon entering my husband stated that it looks like a party had occurred recently, the backyard was filled with trash & clutter, we had to wait for the manager to make the bed up, and his information about the property was insufficient. Returning to the property the first night after a late dinner we were surprised that the manager was still on the property, after a long day we were ready to get cleaned up and go to bed. Unfortunately, we discovered that the bathroom had not been cleaned that chore became our responsibility. Our major disappointment was realizing that the property manager was there the entire duration of our stay. We found this to be very creepy and I personally felt like we were being watched. A short list of disappointments: given a bundle of keys without labels, dirty property inside and out, a quarter of the jets worked in the jacuzzi, I had to locate a suitable cleaner for the porcelain tub. "

This cute little bungalow is walking distance to the Pearl and St. Mary's strip where all the new popular restaurants are. Despite being walking distance from the paper tiger and brass monkey, it is peaceful to sleep in at night. On weekends walk to the farmers market at the Pearl and cook what you picked on the gas stove. Washer and dryer in the back room. We have a book of recommended places to eat and things to do for tips. Parking enough for 3 cars in driveway.

The apt is decorated very meticulously and everything is top of line from Pottery Barn, West Elm, etc. to the art on the walls. There is covered parking in the back. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums, Brackenridge Park, Zoo, and Riverwalk. There is high pedestrian, runner and bicycle traffic. N. St. Mary’s Strip begins 1/4 block north with some bars, then clubs & venues further north.

This home is in the historical Tobin Hill neighborhood of San Antonio by the Pearl Brewery. You are waking distance to everything you need. You have a large spacious bedroom with original wood floors. There is a desk to study/work. Relax in the MCM styled shared living room OR Cook with chef Dave who lives in the master suite. The kitchen is shared, living area is shared. There is a shared hallway bathroom too that if for your use.

Great unique space to stay. Private entrance on the side of the main house to freely come and go with parking on the street directly in front the the flat. Private studio flat with full kitchen and bath. We have high speed internet access with Sling cable TV. Close to a lot of amazing local restaurants and bars. You can walk to the pearl brewery , san antonio museum and even downtown riverwalk Downtown riverwalk is approximately 2.5 miles away but it is a beautiful walk along the river in which you will see many famous installation arts along the way. Great location to stay..
