1. what the place is
the location is really convenient to everything Waikiki. we provide best customer service we can, all linens are cleaned every stay on site and you can see us doing it during your stay. pest control are applied every quarter, all rooms are cleaned after every stay by professionals.

2. what the place is NOT:
It's small studio with one or two beds in it. the space is not large but definitely enough for short stays. we provide all necessary items but nothing fancy or top shelf quality. we won't be able to answer calls at late nights. bugs are more common on the island than on mainland, other hotels also share this problem year around. we suggest our guests to not leave food out over night and apply pest control whenever we see there is a problem.

Aloha, this unit is 1 of 9 units in our newly renovated apartment complex with all air conditioned rooms. if you are looking for place to stay in waikiki for a fraction of hotel costs, look no further. it is one of the most convenient locations where you can walk to everywhere and enjoy Waikiki.

please note all our units have a kitchen space equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and small electric cooktop. but it does not come with oven and range. if the place is best if you don't plan to do a lot of cooking, but simply want to microwave food, making sandwich to go or use electric cooktop for simple cooking as you spend your days enjoy the beautiful Waikiki area and its food scene.

This cozy little room sits in the northeast corner of the building facing the cool easterly trade winds. Private entrance and bath. You only share common areas. Pool, etc. No Kitchen-No cooking. Microwave only.
Large Lanai area outside your front door facing the 18th hole at Ala Wai Golf Course.
Perfect for having morning coffee or working from home.

CHECK-IN - Once you're in Honolulu, you will need to make a phone call to arrange a time for your personal check-in. A cell phone is preferred in case the property manager needs to call you back.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT:
Because a previous guest may check out of the condo at 11am the day of your arrival, the only way to guarantee an early check-in (8am or later) is to reserve the condo for an additional day. Likewise, we will do our best to accommodate late check-out requests but as the next guest may check in at 3pm the day of your departure, we cannot guarantee a late check-out unless you reserve the condo for an additional night.

Our rental agreement requires a minimum booking of 30 days. Located at the Royal Kuhio, this recently renovated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is in the perfect location in Waikiki. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach, nearby shopping and dining. Its a perfect place to enjoy Waikiki to its fullest! Bus stops right outside the building making it easy to travel around the island.

Parking $25/day. Parking space is limited and reservations are required.

🦎Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects. While it is rare to see such inside the apartment, it is always possible given our environment.
