THE HOME
This stunning new construction vacation home features an open concept floor plan with a beautiful, high end kitchen with quartzite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a huge island with bar seating for 4. The chef’s kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need to cook an amazing meal. It features an under-counter beverage fridge, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, regular drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, toaster oven, food processor, platters and serving dishes, dishes, utensils, brand new cookware, and much more. This custom designed and well-equipped kitchen is perfectly suited to all your needs!

The dining area comfortably seats 10 adults at the table, in addition to the seating for 4 at the large island. The dining and kitchen area are open to the spacious living area, with soaring vaulted ceilings. This beautifully designed room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with views out of every window.

There is ample outdoor living space with not only a huge porch with rocking chairs, and a dining table which seats 6, but also an additional living area underneath the house. The downstairs outdoor living area features another dining table with seating for 5, as well as a seating area with a couch, two swivel club chairs, and a coffee table. Enjoy your evening cocktail downstairs while watching the sunset and grilling on the gas grill. Beginning in May, 2024 we will have a pool ready for you to soak in after enjoying a nice day at the beach. Pool heating available October through March for an additional daily fee. Spa and pool will be heated for an additional fee upon request.

Your group will appreciate having 5 BEDROOMS and 4 BATHROOMS in this very special Waveland vacation home. There are 4 King Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs. The two king bedrooms to the right side of the house share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The first bedroom on the left is the master with a private bath, and the second bedroom on the left has shared access to the hall bath. Upstairs you will find that the 5th bedroom is a large bunk room with an en suite bathroom. The bunk room features three extra-long twin bunks and three queen beds. Additionally, the bunk room has a day bed that can be used for additional sleeping space. The window from the bunk room overlooks the marsh behind the house, where you can commonly spot bald eagles perched in the trees eating their fresh catch in the morning.

Every room has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable and functional, as well as beautiful. Each bedroom features a smart TV that also has cable. For your convenience, you’ll find a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

The open-concept kitchen and living area had plenty of space and was a comfortable area for our large group to eat and hang out. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The four large bedrooms on the main floor were all spacious with comfortable king size beds and adjoining bathrooms. It made us feel like we all were getting great rooms instead of the usual conundrum of “Who gets the nice room this trip?”. The bunk room was also a fun and comfortable space although the bathroom was somewhat small for the number of people it accommodates. We enjoyed the spacious deck and spent most mornings drinking coffee, rocking in the rockers, and enjoying the view. Despite the heat and humidity, the near constant ocean breeze made sitting outside on the deck comfortable. The beach was immediately across the street and was very quiet, most days we had it all to ourselves. The property is an easy 1 hour drive to New Orleans and a short 10 minute drive to Bay St. Louis where we enjoyed the restaurants and shops. One drawback of the property is that the stairs required to reach the house are steep and lengthy and would be a significant challenge to anyone with mobility issues. The luggage lift is a lifesaver, but there is no way for guests to avoid climbing the 28 or so stairs. Still I would definitely recommend this property."

The house is raised so there is room below for parking and entertaining.

From this location, you can be in the New Orleans French Quarter or Superdome in less than an hour. On the way to New Orleans, you can stop by the Stennis Space Center Infinity Museum that features science and space exhibits.
Traveling to the west on the beach road, you can visit the Waveland Public Pier for fishing and beautiful views of the water, stop by Buccaneer State Park for a little recreation and continue to the Silver Slipper Casino for a little gaming or eat in their restaurants.

Traveling just to the east on the beach road you will find Bay St. Louis 'Old Town' with restaurants, shopping, antiques, a coffee house, and bike and kayak rentals. Hollywood Casino that features The Bridges golf course is also located in Bay St. Louis.

Raised house on a beautiful street in Waveland. Huge private lot with a great outdoor deck in the back for birdwatching, coffee or just watching the sunrise or stargazing at night. Lots of space for the kids to explore and the area underneath the house is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the breeze or sit in the hot tub and watch TV. There is also a propane firepit with comfortable seating for five.

You can also grill lunch or dinner on the propane Weber grill. The house has plenty of parking for a boat, RV and/or golf cart.

There are four smart tvs on the property for your enjoyment - one in the living area, one in each of the two bedrooms with king beds and one downstairs. The area under the house has a refrigerator, sink and toilet for easy access from the hot tub/grill/firepit.

There is a non-passenger lift on the property with a cart so moving your luggage and groceries is seamless. We also provide a cart with beach chairs and towels to make your trip to the beach a little easier.

Waveland is located one hour from New Orleans and 30 minutes to Biloxi. There is a 5 mile bike path that connects to Bay St. Louis so biking is a great way of getting around. The basics are provided including a fully stocked kitchen and we have coffee, detergent, foil, shampoo, soap, etc at the house for your use. Don't sweat the small stuff, we've got you covered.

When we were done at the beach, there was a convenient outdoor shower to wash off and an outdoor fire pit which was perfect for roasting hot dogs. Winding down in the hot tub in the evenings was also such a relaxing experience. The hot tub is in an enclosed, screened-in area with patio string lights for added ambiance. The breeze flowed through the screened-in area and there’s also a nice seating area next to the hot tub. We briefly checked out the game room and it was such a really great amenity as well. Before bed in the evenings, we we enjoyed watching a little TV together in the large, open living area. The beds were so comfy and each room had its own air conditioner, which was fantastic since not everyone likes to sleep with the same temperature. There were also smart TVs in each bedroom in case anyone wants to watch TV in bed. We truly adored this property and can’t wait to go back. The only issue was that the check-out time was incorrect on the listing (it showed 11AM but we were told 10AM after booking. The property owner did offer to extend the check-out time if we needed to though)."

This home is 0.4 miles from the beach on a historic street with side walks down to the beach. It is a very comfortable and peaceful place . It is very close to Old Town Bay St Louis which has many shops, restaurants,bars and the occasional festival.Feel free to bring your bikes, there is a great path down the beach for walking or riding. There is a casino approx. 6 miles down the beach. We are located approx. 50 miles from New Orleans La.

The cottage was newly construction in February of 2018. The vaulted bead board ceilings give an airy, vintage feel to the open concept kitchen/living space. The kitchen features white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances and a beautiful glass backsplash. Open the french doors leading to the extra large screened in porch and enjoy a spacious indoor/outdoor living experience. The extra large screened in porch is a guest favorite! Watch the birds in the morning from the porch while you enjoy your morning coffee!

The space
Our home is a 1,000 sq. ft. quirky little bungalow with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, and a dining space. We've worked hard over the past couple of years to renovate and update it, and we're excited to share it with others as an affordable, comfortable, and modern option in the area—complete with all the essentials and a few special touches.

That said, she definitely has her quirks, and we like to be upfront about them so there are no surprises!

The front windows are original to the house, so during those hot Mississippi summers, we recommend keeping the blinds down during the day to help keep things cool inside.

The main bedroom was an addition by the previous owners and has its own built-in window unit for climate control. The rest of the home is cooled and heated by the central system, controlled by the Ecobee thermostat in the dining area.

The back door has a bit of an odd frame (we inherited it that way!). Just a heads-up—you might bump your hand reaching for the knob. It's not a big deal, but we’ve had a guest mention it, so we want to pass that along.

We’ve poured a lot of love into this little place and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

This beach apartment is perfect for a quiet getaway sprinkled with exciting trips to Biloxi Casinos and The French Quarter. If you're up for relaxing like the locals, take a bike ride to downtown Bay St Louis to grab a frozen daiquiri and visit the many fabulous antique shops, restaurants and bars. The Silver Slipper Casino is a short car ride away along the beach. Jack Pot!

The apartment is a separate unit on the end of the larger house. There is a private entrance through the side of the house while the patio door leads to a large deck. During the Covid crisis, we will not rent out the apartment and main house at the same time so as to reduce potential for germ spread. You will not share any spaces during your stay with the exception of the owners doing small projects or cleaning of the main house.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment and an open kitchen and living room area. The master bedroom has a queen bed with tv. The second room has 3 twins (1 twin + daybed with trundle).

You are welcome to the washer and dryer in the main house when the main house is free.

There is a shower and bathroom that you may use downstairs for when you come back from the beach or are hanging outside.

For fire pit, you can use fire wood onsite. There is a Weber charcoal grill and grilling utensils available, you will need to provide your own charcoal. Please clean grill and utensils after use.

The space
Relax at the Casita del Playa on the spacious front porch with your morning coffee watching a spectacular sunrise. A screened porch offers a gentle breeze and a deck for grilling dinner is located off the large eat in kitchen.
The great room has vaulted ceilings and a cozy dining area. The two bedrooms have queen beds and a full and a half bath adjacent. The half bath has modern front loading laundry.
A third queen bedroom plus bunk beds and a half bath are located downstairs with a private entrance and large outside deck for relaxing.
Parking for 3 or 4 vehicles.

The entire living space of this Coastal home and outside decks and porches are available for your use and enjoyment.

Come hideout with the family! It's located on a peaceful street, hidden by a beautiful oak tree, & only 1/2 mile from Waveland Beach. So much natural beauty to take in on a bike ride with bikes provided in the shed! Relax on the porch swing with a cup of coffee or on the patio down below for dinner. You can grill & watch tv while the kiddos play in the yard, on the swing, and on the tree! This Hideout is PERFECT for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or a quick weekend trip to the beach!

The space
The Hideout is a cozy beach house that is .5 mile away from Waveland Beach. It is located near a splash pad, playground, Waveland's Ground Zero Hurricane Museum, so many fantastic restaurants, Wal-Mart, Wave Nutrition, fast food places, Buccaneer State Park, a water park, Casinos, and so much more! With Bay St. Louis close by, there's even more to enjoy!
