This stunning new construction vacation home features an open concept floor plan with a beautiful, high end kitchen with quartzite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a huge island with bar seating for 4. The chef’s kitchen is well appointed with everything you will need to cook an amazing meal. It features an under-counter beverage fridge, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, regular drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, toaster oven, food processor, platters and serving dishes, dishes, utensils, brand new cookware, and much more. This custom designed and well-equipped kitchen is perfectly suited to all your needs!

The dining area comfortably seats 10 adults at the table, in addition to the seating for 4 at the large island. The dining and kitchen area are open to the spacious living area, with soaring vaulted ceilings. This beautifully designed room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with views out of every window.

There is ample outdoor living space with not only a huge porch with rocking chairs, and a dining table which seats 6, but also an additional living area underneath the house. The downstairs outdoor living area features another dining table with seating for 5, as well as a seating area with a couch, two swivel club chairs, and a coffee table. Enjoy your evening cocktail downstairs while watching the sunset and grilling on the gas grill. Beginning in May, 2024 we will have a pool ready for you to soak in after enjoying a nice day at the beach. Pool heating available October through March for an additional daily fee. Spa and pool will be heated for an additional fee upon request.

Your group will appreciate having 5 BEDROOMS and 4 BATHROOMS in this very special Waveland vacation home. There are 4 King Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs. The two king bedrooms to the right side of the house share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The first bedroom on the left is the master with a private bath, and the second bedroom on the left has shared access to the hall bath. Upstairs you will find that the 5th bedroom is a large bunk room with an en suite bathroom. The bunk room features three extra-long twin bunks and three queen beds. Additionally, the bunk room has a day bed that can be used for additional sleeping space. The window from the bunk room overlooks the marsh behind the house, where you can commonly spot bald eagles perched in the trees eating their fresh catch in the morning.

Every room has been thoughtfully designed to be comfortable and functional, as well as beautiful. Each bedroom features a smart TV that also has cable. For your convenience, you’ll find a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

The house was beautiful with lots of light and fantastic views of the beach. The open-concept kitchen and living area had plenty of space and was a comfortable area for our large group to eat and hang out. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The four large bedrooms on the main floor were all spacious with comfortable king size beds and adjoining bathrooms. It made us feel like we all were getting great rooms instead of the usual conundrum of “Who gets the nice room this trip?”. The bunk room was also a fun and comfortable space although the bathroom was somewhat small for the number of people it accommodates. We enjoyed the spacious deck and spent most mornings drinking coffee, rocking in the rockers, and enjoying the view. Despite the heat and humidity, the near constant ocean breeze made sitting outside on the deck comfortable. The beach was immediately across the street and was very quiet, most days we had it all to ourselves. The property is an easy 1 hour drive to New Orleans and a short 10 minute drive to Bay St. Louis where we enjoyed the restaurants and shops. One drawback of the property is that the stairs required to reach the house are steep and lengthy and would be a significant challenge to anyone with mobility issues. The luggage lift is a lifesaver, but there is no way for guests to avoid climbing the 28 or so stairs. Still I would definitely recommend this property."

The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The screened porch is perfect for taking in the view with your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The house is raised so there is room below for parking and entertaining.

From this location, you can be in the New Orleans French Quarter or Superdome in less than an hour. On the way to New Orleans, you can stop by the Stennis Space Center Infinity Museum that features science and space exhibits.
Traveling to the west on the beach road, you can visit the Waveland Public Pier for fishing and beautiful views of the water, stop by Buccaneer State Park for a little recreation and continue to the Silver Slipper Casino for a little gaming or eat in their restaurants.

Traveling just to the east on the beach road you will find Bay St. Louis 'Old Town' with restaurants, shopping, antiques, a coffee house, and bike and kayak rentals. Hollywood Casino that features The Bridges golf course is also located in Bay St. Louis.

We had some severe storms while there this week and they actually texted me to make sure things were ok. They even offered their personal home to us should we have had to do that.
