Our studio apartment, also known as a studio flat or efficiency apartment, is a self-contained living space consisting of one single large room that serves as the living, dining, and sleeping area, with a separate, private bathroom adjacent to the kitchen, which is partially separated from the bedroom.
Our studio is 300 square feet. The patio is 175 square feet.

Our studio is ideal for those seeking privacy and tranquility. Relax without the crowds and hassle of hotels. Our sunny first-floor studio features high ceilings, a full kitchen and a cozy ambiance. During warmer months, enjoy a meal sitting under an umbrella in your private, fenced-in, porcelain tile patio. ACCESS TO YOUR STUDIO
*Your first floor studio has no second floor above it, and no basement below it. There are no stairs. From the street where you park, it is a 100-foot walk along a concrete walkway to reach your studio.
*Your space is a completely private studio that is separate from the rest of our home. There is no access to your personal living quarters from the main part of our home. There is only one entrance to your studio through a walkway on the side of the house. The studio, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, large closet and private full bathroom, is in a secluded corner of the property, and the patio in front of the studio is for your personal use only.

SUSTAINABLE ECOFRIENDLY ACCOMODATIONS
Forty solar panels adorn our home's roofs, including some that can be viewed from the front of the property. All of our electrical appliances and outlets fully run from solar energy year-round. Excess kilowatt hours compiled during the summer months are utilized during cooler winter months.

We also encourage recycling and conservation of resources so that energy is not wasted.

Parties are prohibited. Staying overnight guests are not permitted to invite their friends and family to our home.

Laundry service for your personal clothing is NOT available on the premises. There are several local laundromats and dry cleaners in the neighborhood. They are listed in the Guest Guide.

Our Mediterranean Dream home sits along a tree-lined street in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Our tranquil community boasts neighbors from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are professionals from varied fields. Like a league of nations, our neighborhood is demographically and ethnically diverse. Children, adults and senior citizens frequently traverse the streets. Consequently, no matter where you're from, you'll feel like you belong in Valley Stream, and, as such, you'll experience travel as if you're a local, not a tourist.

There is plenty of free, safe parking in front of our home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Walk from your car directly onto the tree-lined path that leads to your private Mediterranean oasis.

- "I had a wonderful stay and experience at Cynthia’s beautifully kept home! It is well kept, clean, and includes all the basic amenities you would need and is just as in the pictures. The yard in the back is the cherry on top. She goes the extra mile and leaves a little welcome bag as well. The neighborhood is really lovely and located next to multiple food markets, grocery, and restaurants. The location is good for being close to Long Island and access to trains to head to the city as well. I would recommend to rent a car to travel about. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again at this cozy place!"

Brand new remodeled modern guest suite with a private entrance located in the sublevel floor of a 2 story home. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Parking is available in front of the house. Take a short 10 mins drive to jones beach and nearby restaurant. Hop to Manhattan with a 45 minute train ride using the long island railroad conveniently located 8 mins from the house. Local grocery stores and shops are within a 5 mins walking distance which makes this home centrally located.
