Just north the busy street of Walzem and where you can find everything to include San Antonio's IN-N-OUT, this house is a brand new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom in the perfect location. The inner 410 loop and I-35 junction is literally a straight shot west with easy access to both and only 5 miles from Randolph and 7 miles from Fort Sam Houston and 8 miles from the San Antonio Airport.

The space
The house is in a brand new subdivision off the main road in a cultisac and was just finished and moved in during the first week of 2017. The house is about 50% converted to a smart house system with a top of the line security system to include motion capture camera system and electronic locks for ease of use. Spacious room on the second floor looking out the front of the house and bathroom right next door.

My wife and I are living in the house but both work night shifts and are continuing our education so we may or may not be seen.

Other things to note
We do have a 60lbs mixed dog that has never bitten or been violent with anyone although he does have an intimidating bark and more energy than any 2 dogs his size I have ever seen. He is kept downstairs with a mini rail to block the stairs.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to downtown but far enough from big businesses to have a restful sleep. Convenient to local grocery stores and shopping centers such as the forum and Live Oak Shopping Center.

A great spot to stop and rest if you’re headed north/south on 35 or need something close to the main highways like 1604/410.

A home away from home, very quiet, very good neighborhood, close to Randolph Air Force Base, 20 minutes to Lackland Air Force Base, AT&T and the Riverwalk.

If guest needs its space, I want my guest to feel at home, you can pretend I am not even here, as I work full time, some times, it's only Hello! Also, my house is only electricity, no gas, so, there is no need to worry about poison monoxide! Thanks to God!
Please no visitors in room, please clean bathroom after use, as you are sharing the bathroom, as a courtesy to the other guest that is sharing the bathroom with you!
