They showed a picture of tobacco products, what appeared to be marijuana butts, and an inhaler, next to a small broken mirror, which we were charged $25 to replace. I called the number on the email to let them know that we don’t smoke, none of those items belonged to us, and there was no mirror like that in our unit. Spoke to “Jen” who said she couldn’t help me and that I needed to respond to the email. 3 emails and 2 phone calls later, still no response. I finally called the credit card company to make a formal dispute. This company can not be trusted. "

It required logging into three different areas to access instructions, logins, and passwords, which could have been simplified by VRBO (no fault of the owner). The owner clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, making the space feel both luxurious and welcoming. Everything we needed was readily available, from kitchen essentials to loofah scrubies in the shower. The location was fantastic — right next to the River Walk, with easy access to great dining options and local attractions. One of the highlights was the live music each night. I am not sure if this was because we were visiting during their celebration of Dios De los Muertos or not. This place was the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! "

We Live here, no other visitors are allowed but you. A $200 violation fee if you bring a 2nd guest. My home is Cozy, open concept, very quiet, clean, full stock kitchen. You should have a feel of making it your home. I only Airbnb two separate rooms for single occupancy so you'll have only 1 more person to share the whole house. If the room is vacant you'll have the house to yourself. This is my home sharing it with you, I expect the same respect that I give you. Secure parking if needed, you can see your car from the living room double doors or room #1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE.

Guests have access to the entire house that is open. Back and front patio, pantry food items, full stock kitchen. Anything that is locked please stay away.

During your stay
You will self-check in, know we're available should you have any questions or issues. You will have access to the entire house except the room by the dining area, the locked door inside your room, and the two storage rooms attached to the house. Occasional interaction when I'm home.

Other things to note
The Basilica of the Little Flower Bells may play in the early morning. They may play through out the day a few more times. I don't find them disturbing but enjoyable. I do want to let you know to expect that. Late checkout fee of $100 and lost room key and remote same fee applies.

You have exclusive access to your private lockable room, and shared access to the common areas (kitchen, dining, living, laundry, backyard, etc.). Longer term guests will typically use the kitchen to cook meals but for the most part my guests tend to keep to their rooms, or are out and about enjoying San Antonio. The home is fully-stocked—linens and towels, pots and pans, detergent and toiletries—the list goes on. Please be aware that on occasion, amenities may have been broken or even stolen, often discovered right between a check-out and your check-in. I will do my best to repair or replace the amenity as soon as possible. I’m only human—and my only absolutely essential House Rule is “don’t forget it.” Message me if you want to verify a particular amenity.

All guests enter the home via the front door. The code and instructions for the smart lock will be sent to you the day before your arrival.

During your stay
Guests can message me via the app or text my cell (number provided after check-in). I monitor app/cell from 9:00 am to 11:00, generally. I will check in with you periodically to make sure you’re doing ok, but otherwise will let you be to enjoy your stay.

My home is a centrally-located, fully-stocked 1930’s one story with 3 bedrooms and two baths. It’s situated minutes from downtown, in the historic Woodlawn Lake neighborhood. You will be within walking distance of Woodlawn Lake Park, which has a running/walking trail, bbq and picnic table stations, a large public pool and more. SA’s most popular attractions surround you—the Riverwalk, Alamo, Sea World / Aquatica, Six Flags, and more, all easily accessible via Hwy’s I-35, I-410, and I-10—all are close but not too close. JBSA-Lackland / Randolph / Brooks-City Base are easily accessible as well.
