- "We had an excellent stay at Chez Flo. We traveled with our 21 month old baby, and Flo and Yannick couldn’t have made it easier. On our arrival they joyfully greeted us and were ready with everything we needed for our baby - tub, high chair, pack and play (complete with toddler pillow and blankets!), and toys. Our daughter was in heaven as were we! The property was super clean and we loved the villa’s outdoor kitchen - we could put the baby to bed and enjoy long dinners on the terrace or the hot tub / pool while only being a stone’s throw away. Flo was also a wonderful concierge, hookup us up with a gym, activities, maps, best beaches, best restaurants, and everything else we needed. Breakfasts were divine and we definitely over indulged and the coffee was excellent. Overall we couldn’t have been happier and will definitely be back! Also, I forgot some earrings in the villa and Flo was kind enough to mail them to me in the US. She and Yannick truly care for their guests and it is such a slice of heaven at their property. - "I went to this hotel with my girlfriend for a week of holidays in Guadeloupe and it was fantastic. First and foremost, the staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. We were arriving very late at night and they made sure that everything was very well setup for us. The location is great. There are quite a lot of beaches within 10 minutes drive, a couple are less than five minutes. Beware, all these beaches have some great waves. If you don't like that it may be something to think about. But the beaches feel very exclusive and are stunning. The view from the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We had no mosquito issues in the room which was very nice. They didn't manage to sneak in. The rooms are spacious and they all have a terrace with a kitchen. This is great in the evenings when you want to try your culinary skills with local ingredients."

Note: We were not notified that towels would not be replaced once you give them back to the reception otherwise we would have keep them until our last day to enjoy the pool and give them back upon leaving the hotel. it would have been fair to either notify us or give us towels given that we were not informed of this by anyone. Majority of hotels would have given a towel replacement to use the facilities and the 3 stars rating for staff and service is due to this specific incident other than that everyone have been nice and welcoming to us.
