Note that if you are new to Kodai and require cab services, you can get in touch with the building staff for pricing. Driver is multilingual and can connect you with your preferred language. An approximate charge for 2 days cab service will be 8000 Rs and it can also reduce depending upon the sightseeing visits. Details can be shared if cab service is required.

Campfire option is also available with additional charges if the weather supports (must not be raining). The charge for the same is around 1300 Rs and it might also slightly increase during rainy seasons.

In a gated community, this flat, URD16 (upper road Door 16) is one among the four in a block. It's a calm and serene place, with a beautiful garden in the area surrounding it. URD16 is located 4 km uphill from Kodai lake. As a result, you get to enjoy the beautiful view of the Kodai town sitting on the sofa in the common room with just a twist of your neck :)
