On the day of the arrival, we took a taxi to the closest ancient town entrance point which was around 5 mins walk away from the hotel. We went through a clean and well-built stone pavement, passed some nice shops, stepped down a stone stair, then found this hotel which was next to a clear water path, so we were pleased even when we were approaching the hotel. As soon as we arrived, the hotel owner and her staff gave us a warm welcome by offering us a nice and hot Chinese tea, some flower cakes and some cozy chats. We had a home feeling.
