- "The accommodation was nice, as were the Dutch owners. The problems for me were that I was a solo traveller and also the only guest. So it was a bit lonely. Also, Tongkaina is very quiet. Lunch was not included and the only options in the village seemed to be a couple of dirt-floored warungs. The third thing was that, if you are a snorkeller, it makes more sense to stay on Bunaken, cos the Grand Luley boats take you to Bunaken anyway."

Second Floor Bedrooms: Two guest bedrooms - accommodates two people in each room, share a common toilet and bathroom - one has a window AC, while the other does not.

The third bedroom on the second floor (without AC) is permanently occupied by a single lady who has been living with us since September 2024.

Additionally, we have a live-in housekeeper who provides daily assistance, including preparing meals, laundry/ironing, and general cleaning.
