The only negative is the garbage that washes up on the beach. It’s not a factor at the hotel as they clean the beach but very noticeable when walking away from property. - "We were upgraded to a villa after a 2 day booking in deluxe room and then the oceana suite, which we never actually got to see after being upgraded to a villa. We'd had a couple of maintenance issues with a plug socket and then a leaking lavatory in our first room. The villa that we were upgraded to, was lovely, it was great to be able to step just outside into the private lagoon area. The kitchenette is tiny, consists of fridge, kettle and coffee machine with sink, but useful, though the addition of glasses as well as cups would be good, to consume the drinks from fridge, which is repleinshed daily at no cost, with coke, as sprite etc, though coke zero not an option, which I'd disappointing. The staff here are lovely, with a big shout out to the young guy who drove the shuttle, as always smiling. FREE use if kayaks, was great, so many orange and blue starfish to see. The last free shuttle finished back to resort at 20:30 from alona beach area, but it's easily walkable back to resort, we did this most nights. Breakfast had very good selection, though I often found the cappuccino lukewarm and not strong enough, do would order a double espresso to add. Loved going down to the beach steps each evening to see crabs and starfish. Great place, would highly recommended. "

The pool is super clean and the perfect temperature. The area is very quiet, being on a side road away from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach. I highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a bit of a walk to Alona, where most of the restaurants and shops are, although the resort offers a tuk tuk shuttle service on demand and for a fee. The room was nice and large and felt very homely. The main bedroom is upstairs and another bed is downstairs. There was a nice couch and tv area for relaxing. You can get breakfast in other building or you can cook your own as there is a full kitchen in the room. They don't serve lunch or dinner. There are at least 30 restaurants within 10 mins. They also provided us with the airport transfers which was helpful. The airport is just 5 minutes away so very close. They helped us to arrange a rental car as well and can book excursions as well. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again for the peace and tranquility. "

The place is a little bit off the road within a residential area and located in a quiet neighbourhood. The place is also slightly muddy during rainy days. An access road is available and close to 500 meters to the main highway where public transport like bus, tricycle or habal2x (motorcycle) are available. The place is safe as the neighbourhood are all nice friendly people and are mostly relatives. Access to restaurants or similar food stalls and groceries stores are quiet far at around 1 km to Panglao market. Guest has the option to rent their own motorcycle for their convenience in going around Panglao Island. There are many motorcycle for rent around and also if you like to rent a car for touring around Bohol's famous destination, just inform the host to facilitate the booking for you. Since our place is far off the main road, please expect mud and dirt during rainy days but these are just minimal and manageable. The host also have pets (dogs and cats) and chickens freely roaming around the property but they are nice and welcoming😄. We will make sure that when you are around, they will behave and make friends w/ you too.😄

Laundry Facilities is at self service where you can always use anytime. Parking is free and easy breezy. A Playground is available and free of use to our guests for events such Family Reunions, Company Group Activities and the like.
