Oh the dogs are so cute and the area totally children friendly with a swimming pool. Since they dont provide breakfast, you should count on 5-10 minutes walk to the beach or main road to have your meals or buy food and drinks but not a problem if you hire a scooter (the property also rents). Panglao Village Court (PVC) is a commercial development situated along Panglao Island Circumferential Road in Purok 5, Barangay Danao. It is approximately 1.6 km away from the town's center and a short distance away from the famed white beaches of Alona (2 km) and Dumaluan (7 km). Danao beach is essentially a 20-minute walk away from the property.

The PVC Apartments is located on the 2nd level of the establishment. Several commercial shops have leased the groundfloor area and these include Precitos Restaurant, travel agencies (local, Korean, Chinese) and a spa. Guests practically have access to everything they need while away from home since convenience stores, motorbike rentals, travel agencies, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, laundry service, are all within walking distance from Panglao Village Court.

This budget-friendly studio apartment offers a simple yet comfortable stay in a prime location. The unit is equipped with essential amenities, including air conditioning, a private bathroom with hot water, and complimentary toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, and towels.

Each unitbas a queen bed, single bed, and a bunk bed, all with fresh, clean bedding. It comfortably accommodates two guests but can host up to five, making it ideal for couples or small groups. If more than 4 guests, we give two units.

The kitchenette is equipped with basic appliances, including a refrigerator, water kettle, and rice cooker. Please note, for safety reasons (based on previous experiences), we do not allow cooking dishes inside the apartment, other than rice. However, you will find basic utensils—plates, forks, spoons, knives, cups, and glasses. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, and drinking water, conveniently located just outside your room.

The outdoor patio is furnished with a table and chairs for dining. There is a fiber-optic internet (up to 200 Mbps from Converege), although there is no television in the apartment. However, with Alona Beach nearby, a variety of activities and attractions await for you to explore and enjoy.

Please note that this is a self-catering apartment without a receptionist or on-site staff. The room will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. Should you require additional cleaning during your stay, there is an extra charge of P300.

We are unable to accommodate early luggage drop-offs as there is no designated storage space. You may bring your luggage into the apartment after check-in, which begins at 2:00 PM.

Only street parking is available, so please refrain from bringing in your motorcycles through the small gate, which is for pedestrian use only. If you'd prefer additional security for your vehicle, there is a paid parking facility just a few meters from the apartment.

This is a cat-themed apartment, and a 'catio' has been set up for our rescue cats across the property. Feel free to visit and say hello to them. However, if you are not a fan of cats, this may not be the best option for you.

Our family currently provides a safe haven for a large extended family of rescued cats and dogs. Please be aware that during your stay, you may encounter stray or recently rescued animals on our premises. These animals are of course found outside and not within your apartment. It's not unusual for stray cats and dogs to visit us in search of food, water, or assistance, especially if they are in need of care or injured. Across the property, we also have a "Catio" that houses some of our rescued cats, who are all healthy, clean, and vaccinated.

We appreciate your kindness and willingness to help; however, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing us new kittens or puppies unless they require immediate medical attention. It's crucial to consider the potential consequences of separating a baby animal from its mother, who may be nearby. Our resources are limited, as we personally fund the care for a significant number of rescued dogs and cats, and we must allocate these resources to the most critical cases.

Gaea’s Apartments is fit for budget solo travelers, couples, family and group of friends who prefer a rustic yet homestay feel experiencing local culture & nature in a true Filipino Neighborhood. With its walkable proximity to the more serene, less touristy and peaceful White beach, it’s a walk like any local would do on any given day. Breakfast is not included but wouldn’t be a problem as there is a neighboring restaurant and a lot of high end hotel restaurants are close by where you can do a walk in brunch if you feel like indulging in good food. However, if you stick to your tight travel budget, they you can always shop at the 2 neighboring Mini Wet Markets and cook inside the unit as the unit’s kitchenette offers appliances and utensils for you to cook. If you want to fulfill your chef fantasy of cooking a unique dish with extraordinary ingredients, Tagbilaran City is just a 30 minutes drive for you to shop.

Our units may not be big and fancy but do offer the basic comforts of any home such as a Comfy Bed with Basic Linens Included, Window type air-conditioning, Screens in the windows to prevent the tropical buggies and Toilet and Shower. Laundry Facilities is at self service where you can always use anytime. Housekeeping service is available on per request basis only.

Parking is free and easy breezy. A Playground is available and free of use to our guests for events such Family Reunions, Company Group Activities and the like. The same place can be converted to a volleyball court as well for some volleyball fun with other guests.
