The space
Kindly read our inclusions of this space, before booking. We might not be able to provide what you will need, especially if you’d ask it during your stay. Please make sure to communicate with us in advance, to avoid issues during your stay.
This is a home that is built with love, please respect our house rules and also the neighborhood.

The Space:
- It is located at the 3rd floor of building 10
- There is one elevator/lift available
- It is a 26sqm studio-unit that has been converted into one bedroom type
- One queen-size bed
- One two-sitter sofa (lazy boy)
- A kitchen that has multicooker(can boil, steam, stew, fry), refrigerator, electric kettle and eating utensils. There are no pots for cooking.
- A TV that is connected to the internet
- Free wifi (details will be provided)
- One airconditioner and one fan
- A basic toilet and bath room

Important House Rules:
1) Please clean as you go. We wil l not charge you cleaning fee when you book. But, if you will leave it dirty, we will charge 500 for cleaning.
2) No smoking. It’s a common rule of the building.
3) Minimize noise after 10pm.
4) Please open the kitchen window or door a little bit when your cooking gets a little smokey. We still need to install rangehood.
5)We love pets, but we can’t allow them as per management.
6)Please switch off the AC and lights whenever you leave.

Requirement to enter the vicinity:
1) Valid ID Card - all guests. We need to also get the copies of your IDs before your arrival, so that we can get your permissions from the management office for you to enter the vicinity.
2) Booking confirmation from Airbnb
3) Please comply to any security measures at the gates

Parking:
- Need to book in advance to secure a slot
- Payment of 200 pesos per night is required
- You may pay in advance or cash upon arrival

-minimum of P500 CLEANING FEE if you leave our kitchen dirty. (ex. cookers/dishes unwashed, messy & dirty ref)

Guest access
You have access to the entire 26sqm rental place. It has a kitchen, bathroom, small sala and a bedroom.
Please take note that the bedroom has no door. We just added a partition to our supposed studio unit.

Other things to note
* We only clean one time, before your check-in time. If you wish to have it cleaned during your stay, you may request cleaning at the condo's admin office. Cleaning fee applies.
* It’s a gated & guarded condo, 24/7; CCTV on hallways & roadsides.
* There are commercial buildings (1, 16, 17) within the community, walking distance from our Airbnb building.

* You may do food delivery via grab app, food panda and other fast food app
