Stay was very convenient and comfortable." - "New apartment but nowhere near downtown, it was almost walking distance to the airport even though when I researched it before booking Google maps has it near downtown. Another problem is that the AC is woefully inadequate for the size of the apartment so it never gets cool enough plus the AC is the old box type and not inverter so it's somewhat noisy. On the upside it's a huge apartment with a TV with YouTube connectivity so there is plenty to watch. It's a new place so if you don't mind it being warm inside and far from downtown then I'd recommend it. "

Our newly constructed units were designed considering the safety and comfort of
the guests. It is a modern type apartment and each unit is furnished with our own personal touch. What makes it special is that the privacy of the guests since it is a compound where they will only be with fellow guests from other units. The property is 5 mins from City Mall, 3 mins from St. Paul, 15 mins from the downtown, 20 mins from the public market. And just a few mins away from the port and airport. You would only use mainly "pedicab" to move your way around the city.

You can get plenty of food & entertainment most nights & was a great walk most nights. Many other things close by & less than 15 minutes to downtown Dumaguete & less than 20 minutes to Robinsons on a scooter. The property is tucked away so observe the sign in the photo, this is great since only about 8 properties on this block & only 1 way in and out. Very low noise, which is odd for most places. Outstanding. Less than 8 minutes from the Sulliman emergency room, which I took another foreigner to it that was having a medical issue. If you don’t want in the city center & enjoy peace & quiet, this is place for you. The manager also took care of any requests & asked various times if we even needed anything. Great customer service. This was my 2nd month here & this was a great stay & would definitely look to stay again in the future."
