The space
We have two units available listed on Airbnb.

The front yard, gate, and car park are still undergoing development, and we are working on completing it this year 2025. Road to the property is off the beaten (rough road).

There are 3 bedrooms:
Room 1 - 1 double bed (FANroom); 1 - 2 pax
Room 2 - 1 double bed (AC room) + floor mattress; 2 - 4 pax
Room 3 - 2 twin beds (AC room) + floor mattress; 2 - 4 pax

*The additional FLOOR MATTRESS with linens will be provided for groups more than 6 persons*

Basic facilities only. The house is simple and we offer basic amenities.

Guest access
Guests can access the whole house and its all rooms (except the storage room).

The front driveway is ready for use (1 vehicle only), but for more vehicles, you may send us a message so we can open the gated vacant area.

The direct road to the property is OFF THE BEATEN, meaning ROUGH ROAD, approximately 100m from the concrete road.

To the public and to our future customer, our pool is currently under maintenance, is not usable at this time. We need to fix the filter and it may take a while because the parts are ordered from Manila. thank you for your understanding.
