The only problem we had is the hot water and their towels. After my husband took a shower the hot water is gone so everyday I had to take a cold shower and their towels are more like a fiber cloth type it would just wipe the water across your skin rather than drying you up but all in all it was great. Very good location but sometimes the neighborhood would have videoke went on until 2 am and it’s hard to sleep , plenty of tricycles everywhere. It’s walkable to the park and walkable to town. Would come back again ! "

I assumed I had booked a room with two queen beds since that’s what was pictured, only to be told at check in, it was one full size bed. The desk clerk could barely be bothered because she was too busy playing on her phone. We proceeded to the room, dropped our belongings and went to dinner. Upon returning, the room smelled of vomit, apparently when we turned the air on it stirred the smell up. The girl at the desk decided two air fresheners would suffice, when it was brought to her attention. Needless to say, I demanded another room which wasn’t much better, the air conditioner never cooled the room. John from housekeeping offered to put us in a third room, and after an hour that room never cooled off. Instead of enduring another night of no sleep due to a hot room, spiders, lizard poop, and just plain filth, we decided to leave without staying the second night. Of course the girl at the front desk was glued to her cell phone once again, and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. We had stayed at this property over a year ago on multiple occasions, and it was certainly maintained better, and cleaner than it is now. In addition, the employees were always friendly and helpful. I’ve posted a few pictures to show what we encountered during our stay, and to let others know what they can expect. Hopefully the property will make much needed changes."

- "Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked. The others did nothing to try to help us resolve the situation. It was another guest at the hotel that told us we should contact expedia and so we did. Expedia consultant spent an hour trying to contact the front desk staff with no success. Their "landline" number was a cell phone that was low battery. They tried to get me to speak to one of their hotel representatives on the phone but she was cut off and we lost connection and no one tried to re-contact me. It was a terrible experience! The hotel staff also kept speaking in their dialect so I could not understand! Do not stay here of you are looking for a relaxing time because the staff will not help you! I would give a zero rating!!!"
