The girl at the desk decided two air fresheners would suffice, when it was brought to her attention. Needless to say, I demanded another room which wasn’t much better, the air conditioner never cooled the room. John from housekeeping offered to put us in a third room, and after an hour that room never cooled off. Instead of enduring another night of no sleep due to a hot room, spiders, lizard poop, and just plain filth, we decided to leave without staying the second night. Of course the girl at the front desk was glued to her cell phone once again, and acted like she couldn’t be bothered. We had stayed at this property over a year ago on multiple occasions, and it was certainly maintained better, and cleaner than it is now. In addition, the employees were always friendly and helpful. I’ve posted a few pictures to show what we encountered during our stay, and to let others know what they can expect. Hopefully the property will make much needed changes."
