- "We loved our stay there because of the access to the coral reef right at the back of the property. We would spent hours snorkeling as the reef is amazing (when you get to the wall on the deeper side you can see plenty of turtles), and even did a discovery dive which was brilliant (a bit expensive though but it was with the hotel). The room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Cooked breakfast was lovely, and the restaurant had nice food. It's a bit further away from town so you always need to take a tricycle to do anything else than snorkeling (200 pesos for 2 one way). "

The place hires local people as their staff which I also found very positive. The yard is nicely decorated with a small pool and I especially enjoyed my first morning coffees there. Yes, you will hear the roosters and dogs as the place is embedded in the local community, however, this is nothing that a good pair of sleep earplugs wont resolve. I would always recommend this accommodation, primary because of a very kind stuff, and also because it is far enough from the madness and noise of the "central" Moalboal, and still close enough to get places.
