Residence MAR is a 180m2 seaside villa surrounded by 1100 m2 of Mediterranean vegetation garden fenced with old stone walls. The villa was originally built in the 16th century in a combination of gothic and renaissance style. Residence MAR it is located in a small town of Mlini, situated 8 km south of Dubrovnik city and 10 km north of the Dubrovnik Airport. Located in its vicinity are numerous coffee shops, restaurants, diving centre, supermarkets etc.

The basement is divided into a laundry room, toilet and garage.

The first floor: the main entrance door leads into a hallway followed by a spacious living room. The living room decorated with antique furniture is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV. From the living room, you enter into a dining room and kitchen with a dining table seating 8 persons. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities: stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, wine fridge. Both the dining room and the kitchen have access to the terrace with a breath-taking view of the bay. There is a table for 8 people and lounge area on the terrace.
The second floor: the main entrance door leads into a hallway which leads into 4 double bedrooms. All rooms have their own bathrooms. Each room has a sea view.
The entire villa is air-conditioned, has LCD TV with satellite TV, and wireless Internet.
In addition to having a beach directly in front of the residence, and two more beaches surrounding the house, there is a private swimming pool in the garden. The swimming pool is open from 01.05. till 31.10. while the rest of the year is closed.
The garden features a variety of Mediterranean vegetation (palm trees, cypress, olives, and seasonal flowers). Barbecue grill and an outdoor shower are also available in the garden.
During the summer months, there is an hourly boat connection Dubrovnik-Cavtat-Dubrovnik with a quick stop in Mlini.

Any queries were promptly answered and transport to and from the airport with booster seat and rear facing baby seat organised by Katarina. The villa is just beautiful and the view from the terrace is mesmerising and stunning. We all loved the pool and BBQ area and all 4 bedrooms were en suite. Gardens beautifully kept. Mlini is a quiet resort but with several restaurants within walking distance. The little ferry to Dubrovnik and Cavtat is a 5 minute walk from the villa. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back."

This modern villa can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in five spacious bedrooms.The ground floor has a comfortable living room with an access to the terrace and a swimming pool. The ground floor features a stylish living room with direct access to the terrace and pool—perfect for indoor-outdoor relaxation. There are two bedrooms on this level: one with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with twin beds that can be converted into a king if needed. A well-appointed family bathroom serves this area. The kitchen is modern, and fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the conveniences guests might need during their stay.

Our house is exactly half way in between the Old Town and Dubrovnik Airport. We're 8km far from the Old Town, only 50m from the City bus station (Trgovište, Mlini) and 8km away from the Dubrovnik Airport. You can take a bus from our place (Mlini) to The Old Town (every half an hour), or just order a taxi.

A bus ticket to the Old Town costs approx. 3€ and the ride takes about 15min.

Given the terrain of the coastline as well as the location of the house on the hillside, walking uphill cant be avoided. However, the quiet surrounding and the stunning views fully compensate the uphill walks :-)
