Welcome to Holiday Hill House. From the expansive front patio, with ceiling fan, outside dining overlooking the pool/spa area which also boasts some of the best views of Palm Springs and the surrounding canyons and valleys. The fun, lagoon-style pool is larger and deeper than most. In the backyard, you'll enjoy your private Pickle Ball court during the day, and the wonderful, new fire pit area at night.

Inside you will find a double door entry to a welcoming fully stocked wet bar (Bring Your Own Booze) perfect for entertaining around the open floor plan. The living room has ample comfortable and stylish furniture for large or small gatherings. This area is surrounded by glass windows and sliders bringing an amazing view of the Coachella Valley all the way to Joshua Tree. There’s a nice view patio with seating area and BBQ. The open chef kitchen flows nicely into the dining and sitting area for ease of serving. Have a pianist in your group? Let them set the mood as you hop behind the wet bar with seating for 6 as you dazzle your friends with your best martini that's shaken, not stirred.

BEDROOMS
Upstairs you'll find four of the six bedrooms, which are all well appointed. The Primary Bedroom has a wall of glass that steps right out to the intimate, bubbly spa with gorgeous valley-wide views, a luxury King bed, 60" TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom with an easy to walk-in shower. The second King Bedroom also features a smaller en suite bathroom with shower, TV, and has windows looking out onto the large grassy backyard, perfect for bocce ball or bean bag toss. With a practical split bedroom plan, the other side of the house features two bedrooms, one with King bed and the other flexibly furnished with Twins that combine optionally into another King. These rooms have private sink areas and walk-in closets, and they share a room with toilet and shower-over-tub Jack-and-Jill-style. Downstairs, off the wonderful Game Room, you'll find two intimate guest bedrooms, each with Queen beds. These rooms share the downstairs split-room bathroom with shower.

GAME ROOM
Down the marble stairway is the Theater/Game Room. You'll enjoy playing cards and games around the circular table, or fine-tune your skills on the pool table. When it's game time or movie night, you'll enjoy the action on the large 73" wall mounted flat screen. Step out the glass slider to the Table Tennis Patio. There's a full bathroom with shower on this level.

Pool Heating is available for $89/night. Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric usage instead.

Children are welcome; we can provide a portable Pack and Play as well as a high chair.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
The inside of the property features a sprawling floor plan. The foyer flows into the Great Room, with soaring ceilings, two pillars, a fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, and a bar. There's even a breakfast table that converts to a game table for poker and pool! The formal Dining Room is on a lower level and flows into the gourmet kitchen. You'll also find a pool table and another flatscreen TV by the dining area - there's enough space here for your entire group to gather & relax!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All four bedrooms have been beautifully styled like a boutique hotel and feature a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The Primary Bedroom is on one end (and on the lowest level) of the house, and the Guest Rooms are all on the other end. The spacious Primary Bedroom has a King bed, a desk (great for remote working and learning), a gas fireplace, and direct access to the backyard. You'll also find an en suite bath with a double vanity. Guest Rooms 1 and 2 both have King beds, views to the pool area, and desks. They also share easy access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway. Guest Room 3 has a Queen bed and an en suite bath. There is a fourth Guest Bathroom by the pool table, with direct access to the backyard.

Rental rules
It is our priority to make your stay at our home as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. This Estate is located in a high end residential neighborhood where it is important to respect the neighbors. The city has ordinances that all guests are required to follow. No music or amplified sound is allowed outside at any time. There is a desert wide 10:00 curfew where no one is allowed to be in the back yard after 10:00 pm. Occupancy rates for a 4 bedroom house is 8 people. Primary renter needs to be 30 years of age. A maximum of 3 cars is permitted per household at any given time and all cars must be parked in the driveway. No Street parking. No events or parties are permitted. $1000-$5000 fines will be levied by the city for breaches of any Ordinances. These are the city laws and we expect our renters to abide by them and provide the utmost of respect to the property and to the neighbors.

UTILITIES:
For stays of 28 nights and less: Utilities and the heating of the hot tub are included in the rental of the Property, except for the heating of the pool.
For stays over 28 nights: Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid.

We have always stayed in Old Las Palmas and this year we ventured out of our comfort zone a bit and stayed in the hills above. This house was stunning and the views were spectacular and well worth it! The kitchen was a perfect gathering place while cooking and then we sat at the table outside while eating dinner and enjoying bevy's. We had some amazing walks from the property in the mornings in the morning and and also early evenings. Would definitely come back! One thing to keep in mind is that one of the bedrooms is quite a bit bigger than the rest so it was hard to figure out how who would get that room (and 2 bathrooms). Besides that, the rest of the house was perfect with another family."

The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Enveloped by the Santa Rosa Mountains, the Coachella Valley is perhaps best known for its massive springtime music festival. But, during the fall and winter, this desert oasis is populated by nature junkies and golfers seeking warm weather and adventure on the rocky countryside. Extremely warm average highs in summer months – 102 °F to 107 °F (39 °C to 42 °C), and moderately warm highs in the winter – 71 °F to 75 °F (22 °C to 24 °C). Very low precipitation year round.

Hi folks! Please note that the nightly rate is based on a minimum 30/day or more stay.

Come to stay in a beautiful mountain setting and private park, which is ultra quiet, clean, safe, secure, and surrounded by the beauty of nature. The house itself is situated just down the road from beautiful downtown Palm Springs 5 to 10 minutes away, giving you the best of both worlds of town and country. My guests love this so you have complete privacy yet when you're ready to party, eat, play and shop you just jump in your car or Uber and you're ready to go! Also nice to bike and hike in the surrounding area.

The house is the perfect size for work or play for 1 to 4 guests in the 2 regular bedrooms, and there is also a small office with a full size comfy futon that can sleep 1 or 2 extra guests if needed. All bedding is supplied with extras there for you to use as needed for your own comfort levels or extra people as needed as well, including sheets, blankets, pillows etc. There is a closet in all three bedrooms and storage areas too. Very handy depending how long you plan to stay which is totally up to you, but i'm encouraging longer stays here to everyone. It's been pretty common that once people stay here they don't want to leave! The reason it has to be a 30 day stay at least, is because of the park rules there currently. as it is not transient and people enjoy that too. it's more like your own home!

Now for one of the things my guests have just loved about their stay here is, the kitchen! If you like to cook and entertain I've got you covered! I have this pretty kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to make wonderful, even gourmet meals. Pots and pans, bowls, utensils, tea coffee, spices, condiments, silverware, dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses, blender, baking pans, the whole 9 yards! And if there is something I'm missing there, please let me know and I'll bring one for you! Once someone said "there is one thing you're missing here. A pizza slicer." Well there is one there now! There is also a nine dining area where you can dine while looking out at the patio, or you can sit outside out there on the patio furniture and enjoying the fresh air and stars while you do. there is a little BBQ grill for your use too if you wish.

There are 2 bathrooms, and the front one services the front bedroom and the office while the 2nd bathroom connects with the master bedroom and is very spacious . Both bathrooms are supplied with everything you need in the way of toiletries, towels, sundries, bath tissue, towels etc and extra clean ones in the cupboard for you. There is a tub and shower in each one as well. Being there is a nice washer and dryer there you can feel free to use it anytime as you need to. Also there is a hair blower dryer there for you to use, and an iron and ironing board as well. You'd be surprised how many people still iron I've found!

I've got musical instruments , art supplies, some books, CD's and boombox, DVD player and lots of old school DVD's too, and a few boardgames for your enjoyment too! Not that you will be sitting around the house all the time being there is so much to do in the area as well as the whole Coachella Valley, and the High Desert as well. Joshua Tree, Pioneer Town, Idylwild, the spas and casinos, museums, outlet shopping the hot mineral waters and mud baths of Desert Hot Springs (the home of one of my most favourite places in the world, Cabot's Lodge, a historical landmark) and many many more fun things to do in the desert. You might want to go to the famous Indian Canyons for hiking and exploring and rock climbing, or walk the streets of downtown and North Palm Canyon where you will find the uptown design district, cool art galleries, the best thrift and retro shops in the world, great restaurants and entertainment too! You might want to drive out to the Salton Sea and experience an other worldly surreal part of the world that is so surreal, it feels like you're on the moon!

Yes, whatever it is you enjoy doing, it can be found in the desert. Also I should mention the great bus tours you can take about town to learn about the world famous Mid Century Modern architecture that abounds out here and why so many people are drawn to Palm Springs in the first place, and to the old Hollywood Movie Colony culture of the past that still thrills people to this day with the glamour of old Hollywood and the new stars of today-- many of which have get away homes here now themselves. You never know just who you might run into!

So in saying all this folks, come soak up the Palm Springs sun, surrounded by the gorgeous Mt. San Jacinto mountains that looms up right behind the house, where you can look up and see where the famous Palm Springs Aerial Tram travels to the very top, and even when it's 100 degrees on the desert floor, you might get to see snow up there at the same time if you're lucky. And I hope you always are!

The great room has comfortable seating, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace and gorgeous views. It opens up to the chef's kitchen with high-end Viking appliances, gas range, large center island and two sinks - plus all the small appliances and cooking utensils needed to make the chef in the family feel right at home. Seating for 4 in the kitchen. The formal dining room has the feel of a Tuscan wine cellar and seating for 8, a balcony and wet bar with storage, glassware and wine fridge. The additional sitting room has a river rock gas fireplace.

The Lazy C Ranch is a historical “Dude Ranch” from the 1860’s that was previously a stagecoach stop in the Old West. Over time, we have taken the old structures and homes on site and renovated them into charming and rustic cottages, in which you can stay. The heated pool that is located on the ranch is a piece of history from the 1920’s, which is rumored to have been a watering hole for horses. As a working ranch, we have friendly animals that love attention from humans and love to be fed! The Lazy C Ranch is about a 10 minute drive from Downtown Palm Springs where you can enjoy shopping, fine dining and cultural events. We are settled at the bottom of the San Jacinto Mountain Range, which provides a beautiful desert backdrop for all of our guests. We have given our ranch rustic accents all over which include metal art sculptures and a ‘Ghost Town’ complete with a Saloon and Jail, all of which provide the perfect opportunity for photos.
