Beautiful three bedroom two bath 1600 sqft house with 2100 sqft RV Garage. This house is two blocks from the water in a very desirable neighborhood. Five minutes from Windsor Beach launch ramp and the London Bridge. House is fully furnished. Washer and dryer. Two flat screen TV's with all the premium channels that Direct TV has. There is also Wi-Fi and a Gas B.B.Q.. Master bedroom has a king size bed and master bath. Both other bedrooms have queen size beds. Living room has a couch that opens up into a queen size bed. Sitting for 8 at the dining room table. BBQ and plenty of seating on the patio. Garage parking for 1 vehicle only. - "The pool at this house was stunning! We spent all of our time enjoying the back yard. There were 10 of us staying at the house and there was ample room for sleeping and meals. My wife informed me that when she spilled some water on the kitchen fllor and wiped it, she said there was not any residues. This is due to us being Asian. We do not wear our shoes inside of the house. We had issues with shower, where guest house bathtub and hallway bathtub, the water flow switch at the faucet were not working well, where more water was flowing at the faucet than the shower. I reported this issue on Friday night, and Nadine dispatched the handyman the very next morning to fix them. We were extremely happy. The pool was much larger than the regular sized pool that we would usually see in the backyard. Most of all, my three-year old boy loved the shallow portion of the pool. He stayed in the pool for about 7-hour straight! I would highly recommend it if there is 3-5 year old kids. We would definitely love to come back here!"

The Casita is on shared property with the main house. The homeowner resides in the main house but will never disturb guests as we want visitors to enjoy the space privately (unless emergency circumstances occur). The homeowner has a separate yard and enjoys it privately. There is a shared structured wall between the home and Casita. All walls are double insulated for noise control which seems to do just fine. Even though it is a home and small unit on one property, the level of privacy is very ideal for both parties, everyone can enjoy their solitude.

Enjoy the pool area's tranquil ambiance; however, please be aware that it may not be separately fenced from the rest of the backyard. We kindly remind you that there is no lifeguard on duty, and to swim at your own risk. For your safety, we ask guests to refrain from diving or running on the pool deck.

Our private, in ground spa is yours to enjoy at no extra cost from April 1- Oct 31, however, a $50/day fee applies for heating during the colder months from Nov 1- March 31 due to the increased energy costs to maintain temperature. To ensure your comfort, spa heating is available from 8 am to 10 pm PST. We do need to turn the heater on and off remotely for you, so please do not touch the pool equipment. Please plan ahead, as it takes approximately 1-3 hours for the in ground spa to reach the desired temperature, depending on weather and air temperature. For your safety and convenience, the heater will be switched off by 10 pm daily. Let us know if you'd like to enjoy the spa during your stay.

We also provide the option to heat our sparkling pool, available for an additional fee. To ensure your comfort, please let us know in advance if you'd like the pool heater turned on, as it takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Pool heating fees must be paid in advance and cover a minimum of two consecutive nights of your reservation to account for the time and energy required. When heating the pool, spa heating is also included at no additional charge, though please note- due to limitations in the pool heating equipment, the pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, so if you would like to utilize both during your stay we will first heat the pool to temperature, then only switch to the spa heater when you plan to use it, then back to the pool, as to not lose too much temperature in the pool.

Lastly, don't forget to mix a few cocktails and enjoy a delicious cookout under the stars. Fire up the flavors and unleash your inner grill master! Our home boasts a complimentary propane BBQ grill, allowing you to enjoy grilling at its finest. Gas up your appetite, let the good times sizzle, and embark on your culinary adventures. Your four-legged, furry friends are welcome, but they must be disclosed before arrival. We charge a small additional fee for pets ($100 per stay, per pet). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, including hair and waste. Animals cannot be left unattended on the property. If animal hair or waste is found after your stay and a pet fee was not paid in advance, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.

The space
Welcome to Havasita! We want our guests to enjoy this space as much as we do. We have designed our home with your comfort in mind and take great care to ensure your stay with us is exquisite.

Indoors, you will find all the comforts of home in an open and airy environment. There are 3 large windows that let in tons of natural light and allow you to take in the beautiful lake and mountain views without having to step outside. For your comfort, there is split AC/heating unit and ceiling fan all controlled by remotes. We have the highest speed internet available for all your streaming needs and plenty of games to keep you entertained. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, silverware, cheese grater, cutting board, and coffee maker. We also provide coffee, tea and sugar. There is a dining table for 2, a cozy couch to watch your favorite programs or cuddle up with a good book, a very comfortable queen size bed and black out curtains for your beauty sleep.

Outdoors, we have a spacious patio with lounge chairs, patio chairs and a small table for you to enjoy a meal, cool beverage or a cup of coffee. Our invigorating pool is perfect for cooling off in the desert sun. Golf clubs and balls are supplied if you choose to bat the ball around a few times too. The backyard, including the pool and putting green, is a shared space with one other unit on the opposite end of the property. There is also a shared BBQ, equipped with a propane tank and utensils for grilling.

The studio is located at the far end of the house. The main entrance is from the driveway that is off the culdesac (where our mailbox is located). You will go through the open gates immediately to the right of the driveway and follow the gravel to the large carport at the far end. The lockbox is attached to the wall at the front entrance of the unit. You will be given the property address and a code to access the lockbox on the day before your arrival. Please keep the key in a safe place. There is a $25 fee if the key becomes lost. You may park your vehicle in either driveway or underneath the large carport inside the gate. Please do not use the small carport next to the driveway as it is too tight for most vehicles.

This beautiful & spacious 3 bed/2 bath, fully furnished house is centrally located for your stay and is perfect for vacationers (and business travelers) year round. Fun on the lake in summer or access to golf courses in fall/winter. Room to park 2 cars/boats/RVs and plenty of space inside to enjoy. Keypad entry. Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and WiFi for all guests. Dogs under 60lbs are welcome, $75/dog (more info upon request). Please note that the garage is unavailable for use. Come and enjoy!

The space
We fully furnished this home as if it was our own! Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are all fully stocked with all your basic necessities. Master bedroom with queen bed and master bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Air mattresses are available upon request for even more sleepy guests! Both the master bedroom and bedroom 2 have access to the backyard. 2nd bathroom is a full bathroom with one sink and a shower/tub.

Guest access
Entire house, minus the garage, are yours to do as you please. Backyard has a BBQ grill and sheded outdoor seating. Washer and dryer are also included inside the house for your convenience.

Other things to note
For security reasons we have the "Ring" system installed at the house. This is an outdoor facing camera which is connected to the door bell. Please never leave any coolers in the house, empty them and put them outside, they leak and will ruin the wood floors. The thermostat is set up from 74 to 82. If you are staying until Sunday or leaving after Sunday, please take the trash cans out to the street in front of the house - trash collection is Tuesdays at 6am so please make sure it is out by then. If you have a dog with you, please clean up after the dog from the yard in consideration for the next guests, clean up tools are in the back yard.
