If you’re here for hiking or sightseeing, the proximity can’t be overstated—some mornings I was on a trail within 15 minutes of waking up. The cabin-style accommodations were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I loved the mix of rustic charm and upscale finishes—comfy beds, high-end linens, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cozy outdoor patio area where I could unwind under the stars. The fire pit by the river was a nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day in the park. Staff were warm, responsive, and helpful. If you're not used to camping, you'll encounter some flapping noises when the wind blows, but it once you get used to it, it adds to the coziness of the space. The wood stove was easy to light and provided adequate heat very quickly. The reception tent was very inviting and the staff was friendly and enthusiastic. The food was excellent and the outdoor common fire pit space was a great place to relax at the end of the day."

Our place is a spacious, bright, happy and very comfortable 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in the heart of Springdale! You will be so happy you didn't choose a cramped hotel room as soon as you walk into this place! I can't tell you how many times I've heard "wow this place is even bigger than I thought!" from our guests.
We are travelers too and very much appreciate clean, comfortable and well stocked places! So we definitely do everything we can to ensure that our guests feel at home here!
Our rental features two bedrooms each appointed with a queen size bed, always nice and clean linens and 4 pillows each bed, night stands and reading lamp. There is also a quaint open closet space in each room to hang your clothes and stash your bag. The sizable bathroom has a shower/bath combo and a toilet. The double sinks and mirrors are separate from it so that no one gets stuck waiting to brush their teeth before you leave for your adventure! There are nice bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, a hairdryer, BAMBOO toilet paper, bandaids, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided. We do what we can to make you feel at home and covered!
Our full kitchen keeps it simple, but we've made sure it is stocked with everything you need. There is a full sized stainless refrigerator, oven and micro hood, dishwasher, dishes for 6, plenty of glasses, simple baking wares, spatulas, wine cork, knives, scissors, blender, a drip coffee maker and a french press (for those like me that prefer it). We stock dish cloths, towels, soaps and garbage bags. Some spices (but we keep it very basic). There is seating for 6 at the large concrete bar. Our kitchen and living room share a generously sized open room with 8 windows for you to enjoy the views of Zion!
We have newly added a queen size (NO springs, memory foam) hide-a- bed couch to go along with our super comfy couch. Oh yes, plenty of seating here. This allows for us to accommodate another 2 guests. ***Please let us know at time of booking if you will need the use of this so that we can leave extra sheets, pillows and towels. They are not always keep in the apartment. There is a small extra charge for over 4 guests. Please feel free to contact Zabrina if you have questions or concerns though! We are here to help.
There are 2 smart tv's in our apartment. One in the living room and one in the 2nd bedroom. We have Directv and a DVD player and guests are welcome to log in to their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. accounts on the smart tvs.

With 4 million visitors a year, Zion's National Park is busy! Limited parking and crowded shuttles make it difficult to get around. Our space is extremely unique. The cabin is directly on the boarder of the Park. You can literally walk in 100 yrds and you are in the Park. This eliminates driving, parking and crowded shuttles. Get away from all the hustle and bustle of the Park. "Take the path less traveled by and that will make all the difference."

You will have complete access to the entire cabin and outdoor living patio, solarium, and pavilion. Kitchen is fully equip with refrigerator, gas stove top, microwave, pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Outdoor BBQ grill and gas fire pit is also provided.

Beds have fresh linens, blankets, and pillows. The cabin accommodates up to 6 people.

Being located 7 miles from the East Entrance of Zion National Park and 100 yrds from 4 major trailheads, we are pretty remote. Please plan ahead. The nearest grocery store is 28 miles to Orderville and 44 miles to Springdale. Bring your own food and personal items.

Looking to relax at the pool, soak in the hot tub or need to wash clothes, up the road 1.8 miles is Zion Ponderosa Ranch. They have it all. Just check at the front desk for pricing on swimming, showers, washer & dryers, or activities available for children of all ages. Activities like mini golf, swimming, tennis, horse back riding, zip line to name a few. Or rent an ATV and explore the many trails around the ranch. There is something for everyone.

During wet times of the year like Spring or Fall, we do recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle if the forecast shows rain or snow. There are paved roads all the way to Zion Ponderosa Ranch, but the 1.8 miles to our cabin is on a dirt road. It can get really muddy, so 4 wheel drive is highly recommended.

Zion Ponderosa’s 4,000-acre ranch resort literally borders the east boundary of Zion National Park. By road, we are seven miles from the eastern entrance of the park. At 6,500 feet, we have cooler temperatures in the summer months, and some snow in winter.

Springdale is the gateway town to Zion National Park. It lies next to the park's visitor center. Stay in Springdale where you are surrounded on three sides by the park. No smoking is allowed in the townhome.

- "Place was awesome- the only thing I would change is add better notes in the binder of how to use the tv. The internet is so slow that it takes the tv a bit to catch up with the command you entered. Which you end up pushing too many buttons and possibly get frustrated. Beautiful Home nestled in the Quiet town of Virgin. Hand built by the owner with personal touches everywhere. Enjoy stargazing with no light pollution, or sitting on the porch in the morning hearing only birds chirping. The home itself has anything you would need for an unforgettable stay. Open floor plan with upscale Kitchen, Big Screen TV, Music Area, WiFi, Laundry, 2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms, one with an antique claw foot tub and the other with a 9 ft custom travertine tiled shower with an additional rain shower head. Perfect for couples or small families. This home is a two story cabin, with a walk out lower level. Both levels have private entrances and are completely separate from each other. Each level has a full home setup. The owner lives in the upper level and is available for questions and recommendations at your convenience. The front yard and lower porch are dedicated to the guests' enjoyment. The backyard, which is not visible from the guests quarters, is dedicated to the owner's use.

Water for the cabin is delivered from the Ponderosa Resort to a holding tank on-site. While it's safe for all uses, including cooking and showering, we recommend bringing your own bottled water for drinking.

As water is precious in the high-desert, the cabin has a limited water supply filled from a well. While the cabin water supply is safe for all uses, we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking purposes to ensure you stay hydrated during your desert stay.

The cabin is centrally located in Southwest Utah, making it an ideal base for exploring the region's incredible sights. From Zion National Park, which borders the cabin, to Bryce Canyon National Park (75 minutes away) and the Grand Canyon National Park (120 minutes away), you'll have endless opportunities for canyoneering, hiking, biking, sightseeing, and 4-wheeling adventures. Take your time to enjoy other nearby attractions such as Pipe Spring National Monument, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Grand Staircase National Monument, Gold Butte National Monument, Red Cliffs Recreation, Kanarraville Falls, and Lake Powell.

During the winter months, please note that the weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. The cabin is located on a well-maintained dirt road, but in winter, a 4WD vehicle with good ground clearance and chains is essential.

We like to keep the property as natural as possible, so we invite you to enjoy the tiny house and outdoor areas, but keep to the roads as much as possible when walking or driving. Also, please clean up any trash so as to maintain the natural beauty.

Guests will have access to their tiny house and the entire 75 acre property for walking or having a picnic down by the stream. There is also a fire pit and wood is provided for fires. There is also a propane BBQ grill provided and skewers for roasting marshmallows.

Flanigan's Villa II is a spacious 1,450-square-foot split-level villa that can accommodate up to six people. Local artists have also contributed to the decor, with original paintings from the owner's private collection.

- "We stayed here in June 2022 and couldn't have been more happy. There were 3 adults in our party and the size and layout worked great. The kitchen is well equipped, and the furnishings nice and comfortable. The view is nice in that you get a nice patch of green grass, and trees, and can see some of the towering bits of Zion as well. Would definitely stay here again." - "This 2 BR vill was a truly lovely place to stay. Everything was clean and new. The kitchen was well furbished with high quality and new everything- knives were new and sharp and good, glassware, dishes, etc. All linens were spotless and new and best quality. The windows from every room look out on the beautiful scenery. My husband remarked that the bed was the most comfortable bed he has slept in. The gas fireplace was cool. But our favorite item was the fancy toilet with warmed seat and multi-function bidet with many buttons and settings. The Zion Visotor's Center is a 10 minute walk. The shuttle to Zion NP stops in from of the villa. Flannigan's is directly across the street and we used the hot tub and had it to ourselves. We ate dinner at The Spotted Dog 3 nights and the food was excellent. We did not make reservations, but when there was a wait they gave us a buzzer and we just walked back to the villa until the table was ready."

We aim to complement the experience of visiting Zion by bringing the feeling of the outdoors inside: natural light, airy ceilings, and canyon colors. A glass door and tall windows make the private courtyard feel like part of the interior.

Newly built in 2020, the studio is attached to our home but functions as a totally private apartment with its own entrance, gated courtyard, kitchenette, climate control, and smart TV. We have two adjacent studio rentals and courtyards with similar accommodations, also attached to our home. All are fully electric and run on solar power.

Our memory foam mattresses are comfy as all get-out and we went out of our way to make sure the showers are exactly what hikers are looking for after a long day: great water pressure and giant, fluffy towels! This is a great spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Zion area and a well-placed launching pad for your next outing.

Also inside the Kiva is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, a sink, a dishwasher, a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. We provide plates, cups, bowls and silverware. There is an open rooftop space that has a fire table and chairs, a gas BBQ grill and a hot tub.

Checking In: You will receive a message with your door code on the day of check-in. Enter your door code and then checkmark on the bottom left-hand corner of the keypad to enter. To Lock the door when you leave punch any key on the key pad and the door will lock.

We aim to complement the experience of visiting Zion by bringing the feeling of the outdoors inside: natural light, airy ceilings, and canyon colors. A glass door and tall windows make the private courtyard feel like part of the interior.

Newly built in 2020, the studio is attached to our home but functions as a totally private apartment with its own entrance, gated courtyard, kitchenette, climate control, and smart TV. We have two adjacent studio rentals and courtyards with similar accommodations, also attached to our home. All are fully electric and run on solar power.

Our memory foam mattresses are comfy as all get-out and we went out of our way to make sure the showers are exactly what hikers are looking for after a long day: great water pressure and giant, fluffy towels! This is a great spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Zion area and a well-placed launching pad for your next outing.
