- "Everything about this listing was great! Just enough room for all of us with plenty of deck space overlooking the water! Can't wait to come back!" - "We really enjoyed our long weekend at this cute little clean cabin. It is like a tiny house, which is kinda fun - but may not be for everyone. We had two adult kids with us and one stayed up in the loft bed and one slept on the sofa. We were in the queen bedroom. The most impressive thing was how well equipped this place was. There really is everything you could need or at least make work for what you need. We cooked one dinner at home and all our breakfasts. They have a little air fryer/toaster oven in place of a full oven, that little portable worked like a charm! There was an espresso machine - a mixer- a toaster...it was great! There were also spices and other food basics that made it much easier to prep a meal. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was spot on. The BBQ worked and the outdoor space was huge! We sat out on the deck a lot and enjoyed the view of both the lake and the launch ramp - always a nice source of entertainment. Wifi was fine, we had some issues with the TV - but didn't miss watching it. The private launch ramp made launching our jet skis a breeze. We did have to pay $35 for parking for the 3 nights. There is a pool on site, we didn't use it. We did go down to the private beach for the day. Communication with the owner was easy. We would absolutely return here!"

- "Place was great! Clean, great views, beautiful patio, close proximity to the lake. Would definitely recommend!" - "Great" - "Loved our stay. I met my sister in LasVegas and we drove down. Trailer was smaller then expected but was very well maintained and updated. Huge screened in porch for coffee in am or wine in the evening. Sunsets were gorgeous ! You’re in walking distance to shopping and dining. Note: You can’t stand up in loft, ceiling is low. There is a small store in the complex that sells some necessities, water and beer. Also a big plus is walking trail adjacent to park. I would rent again. Owner was very responsive to any issues."

The unis has been updated with new sofa bed and other little updates. Private cabin for up to 4 people PET FRIENDLY (max 2 dogs) with beautiful view of Lake Havasu. Beach area is a 3 minutes walk from house so you can take a dip anytime. Crazy Horse is a private campground with 24/7 security. It has a private marina and launch area for your use for free. Public pool and jacuzzi is about 2 minuets walk from house.

- "So my fiancé and I rented this place for 3 days and we were very happy with the accommodations. It was the perfect spot for us considering we didn’t need much space and we’re most interested in getting out onto the river easily. It has a room in the back with a queen bed, another pull out bed in the family room, a kitchenette and a small nook. We were able to use the pool there and they have rentals on site. There’s a beach to dock and hang out in between when u stop for lunch or just quickly run up and grab something from the home quickly. The London Bridge is right around the corner. We will definitely be booking with them again! Oh and the owner was very communitive, we actually added on an extra day and made it very easy. We also took our beagle and she was very comfortable also…enjoy!"
