A block away from the gondola to Canyon Lodge and the village, this quaint cabin offers the prime location for shops and entertainment but also no need to move your car… simply walk your skis to the gondola and you are ready to enjoy the slopes. With a pool, sauna, and hot tub we have all the resources to enjoy some down time to rest or heal before addressing the mountain the next day. There’s also a pool table and game area for kids, which comes in handy when having a down day off the mountain.

This is an amazing condo close to Canyon Lodge & The Village. It has great amenities. Jacuzzi, pool table, sauna & laundry machines are attached to the main office. The free shuttle stops in front of condo & can take you to Canyon Lodge & or the Village /Gondola & also to the Main lodge. The Village is also walkable for convenient access to local restaurants, bars, ice cream and grocery shopping.

Inside the condo is one of a kind for this property. It is extremely spacious as well as a corner unit which gives the condo 2 balconies & amazing views of the local Sierra Nevada Mountains and local valley. During winter months there is some good sledding opportunities and areas for kids to play in the back of the property which is extremely nice even if the mountain is not open due to inclimate weather.

In this complex the loft areas spaciousness is one of a kind. The loft area is a great place for kids to play on the mini foosball table & play games or it can be used as a separate viewing area for tv.

Newly Renovated- Rustic style 4 bedroom townhome!

Spacious condo with open floor plan and high, vaulted, wood beam ceilings. On the main level you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a primary bedroom (King bed) with en-suite bathroom. This upper level also includes a comfortable leather couch, a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. Living room opens to a private balcony with gas grill and beautiful views of the mountains.

Our townhome has direct access from the outside, no shared interior hallway .

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook and enjoy some family time.

The lower level features an additional 3 bedrooms...One large bedroom with a King sized bed; the next bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin on top; and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 total beds)... perfect for kids! The lower level also has an additional bathroom complete with tub/shower and vanity.

As a guest of our Mammoth West condo, you will have access to some very nice common-area amenities including a large, outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub, and an outdoor pool, tennis court and half basketball court (the courts are located just two levels up the hill from the condo). There is also year-round access to an onsite recreation building equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table, and plenty of comfortable lounge seating around a fireplace and large flat-screen TV. Within this rec building, there is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, changing rooms, bathrooms, and a hot sauna room. Directly outside of the rec building is the outdoor pool (open in the summer), and a large outdoor (but covered) jacuzzi / hot tub (open year-round).

➤ Guests must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

➤ We will place a deposit hold on your credit card two days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled

➤ We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property

➤ A cleaning fee of $165 for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit (or through Airbnb resolutions)

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

➤ No parties or events allowed

➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

➤ Late check-out fee of $150 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

➤ Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
● No more than two animals
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated
● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy. Dogs no larger than 20 lbs

➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week

➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding

Fully updated, classic A-Frame cabin right in the heart of Mammoth. We are located only 5 minutes walking to the Village at Mammoth, a short drive to Canyon or Main Lodge, and only 50 minutes from Yosemite. Experience a classic A-Frame cabin, fully remodeled in 2021 with all the modern comforts and amenities. Mammoth is a year round destination with an incredible selection of activities to keep you busy, including world class skiing, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, dinning, concerts, etc.

We have 3 huge bedrooms, two with memory foam king size beds on the main level, and a 3rd bedroom in the loft with two queen size beds. The main level opens up to a huge deck with views of the mountains, a Weber BBQ, and a firetable for relaxing around with a glass of wine.
The loft area has a huge bedroom with two queen beds, and a separate lounge area with a couch and TV. In the walk-out basement, we have a vintage pool table, darts, large L-shaped sofa, 65" flatscreen TV, pellet stove fireplace, and full bathroom. There is a deck off the basement as well with a 7 person spa, perfect for soaking in after a day out exploring the area.

The whole cabin will be yours to enjoy!

We don't live in Mammoth, so we will not be able to meet you during your stay. We have a dedicated management company to help you with any issues during your stay.

We are located at the end of dead-end street, with great south and east facing exposure. Our street is quiet and peaceful with mostly full time residents, and we are only a short walk to the Village at Mammoth, which is the most happening area in Mammoth. This area has a gondola to Canyon Lodge, the largest selection of restaurants and bars in Mammoth, and events throughout the summer season.

There are free shuttle busses that run from the Village at Mammoth to the hill, and all around town.

Please note, due to a town of Mammoth Lakes ordinance and because we are a single family home, we are only able to accept a minimum booking of 31 nights.
