I booked a week and my friend came up from Vancouver for a couple of nights, the extra cot in the closet was handy. My 2 nieces came up for a swim and BBQ day trip - good times! The remaining days I just relaxed, took in the views and had starry bon fires at night by the lake. The only thing I would mention is that the private dock area could use some shade for the sun during the day- to remedy I drove to Big 5 in Monroe and bought a portable beach umbrella that screws into the ground and that did the trick. Also a rope ladder or the like would really help to get back onto the dock after a swim. There were a ton of mosquitoes at dusk I think because of standing water in the 2 small boats that were docked on the shore; other than that it's vacation perfection, I still plan to stay annually as much as my funds will allow. Upon pulling up to the electric gated driveway where you'll be greeted by the lovely manicured yard with blueberry bushes, ferns, mature rhodies, azaleas, and gorgeous Magnolias that profusely bloom each spring.
Your car will be secured inside the fully fence yard in the private parking spot in front of the Carriage House garage door. The covered patio to the right of the house will lead you to the secured side entrance door into the finished garage. Once inside, the stairs will guide you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry, the large windows open up to the humongous evergreens and maples that surround the Carriage House, making it feel like you're relaxing in a treehouse while enjoying all the comforts of home; full kitchen that is fully stocked, regulation sized pool table, HUGE drop down projector screen TV, comfy queen Murphy bed and couch that folds into a spacious king bed, soft linens, lovely bathroom with shower, Keurig and coffee pods, covered deck with large L-shaped couch to lounge on with a morning cup of joe or evening glass of wine...firepit and S'more's anyone? There is horseback riding and many hiking trails all within 30-40 minutes. One of our favorites is about 35 minutes away called Wallace Falls which is a 2 mile hike to a beautiful waterfall. Blue Boy Golf Course is 14 miles away. High Trek Adventures & Zipline Park is 22 miles.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around. There is a nice paved bike trail about 6 miles away (Centennial Trail).

Other Things to Note:
The treehouse is fully insulated and has heat for year round comfort. We have fans available upon request for the summer but it rarely gets too hot here in the hills. We are at about 600 feet elevation. Our property is on 3 very private acres and surrounded by 100s of acres of state land on two sides. Although the property is private, the main house and treehouse can be seen from each eachother and the main house looks over most of the grounds. Sometimes the surrounding land is used for dirt bikes so you may hear that in the distance. It's rare but we want to tell you it's possible. The grounds offer incredable views and are lit at night. We are high up on a hill and the star gazing from the yard can be quite something on a clear night. You will have full access to walk the park like yard or walk the woods.

Interaction with Guests:
Prior to check in you will be given the keyless entry code. From the time you arrive, we will completely respect your privacy and leave you alone to enjoy your experience. That being said, because the treehouse and our home share a 3 acre lot together, we are still readily available and close by if you need anything. We also have a local manager just in case we are out of town. The majority of the treehouse windows look into the deep green forest. The front side faces toward the second story and roof of the main house. Yes you are above our 3 story home!

Although tecnically not supported by trees, the treehouse sits at the back of the hillside atop a small 10ft cliff and then about 6 ft up on stillts. So allthough you are high up, you are never too far off the ground. There is a grass yard that seperates the treehouse from our home.

No ladders are required other than for the children's loft. You are welcome to stroll the grounds. It is quite and peaceful but you may hear one of our cars depart or arrive throughout the day. At times you may hear seasonal yard maintenance. Most of the grounds are in view of the main home.

When you arrive you may park anywhere in our circular driveway. From there you will find the tailhead (Sasquatch Lane) located by the red barn. The trail is about 200 feet long and ascends about 50 feet up a wooden boadwalk and stairs.

The private Creekside Studio will not disappoint! This is a completely separate studio apartment for our guests that sits to the right of our main house. It's off the street and extremely quiet. There is only one shared wall with our main house (studio staircase wall and back bathroom wall only). We are a relatively quiet family but occasionally you may hear us occasionally working out or watching a movie, but it’s hardly audible. We have a fenced backyard. Do not go into backyard! We do have an an American Staffordshire Terrier (Pit Bull). Girly is friendly in our presence.

The neighborhood is very safe and provides a peaceful location. The entire horse acre property is FULLY fenced with a gated driveway (code will be provided at time of booking). Main house/Creekside Studio is at the back of the horse acre property.

Getting around: You will need a car to drive to downtown Woodinville or use Uber (which does service our area easily).
Guest access: You’ll have access to the upper studio unit.

Easy access to hiking trails, wineries, excursions to Puget Sound etc. The property is beautiful and gated so safety was a non-issue. The apt was perfect for 2 people with plenty of storage space and equipment for coffee/tea/meals. All of the info for check-in, access to everything was sent in an email. Wonderful stay. Perfect in all seasons, house is set back to give you a peaceful, quiet setting with a stunning view of Lake Roesiger framed by Mount Pilchuck. Go fishing from the private dock in the fully stocked lake. Take out paddleboat or row boat, or bring your own boat/PWC and use the public launch just 2 min. drive away then tie up at the dock. Campfire, BBQ grill, A/C, 2 Smart TVs, puzzles, games. Strong WiFi and work desk.

- "My family had a great time staying at this cottage. The host was very responsive and thoughtful. There we bowls for the dog, marshmallow sticks, firewood, all the extras you might need... If you are looking for a blast from the past, this is the place. The decor is from the 60's as well as the appliances, but that was part of it's charm and made it feel more "cottage like". The flooring, beds and bedding were all new and very comfortable. Next time, I would probably bring an extra twin air mattress, the fold out bed was a little cramped for my 10 and 12 year old to share. The AC worked perfectly to cool the whole place off too. I learned after booking, that Lake Roesiger is a "water ski lake" which, to me, meant "loud"...but the part of the lake that this cottage sits on is far enough away from the action, you don't notice it at all (but it's easy to get to it that's what you love to do). They also have restricted hours for skiing as well, 10:30-5:00pm, so after 5:00 it's really quiet and peaceful. Right off the dock it's about 6 feet (in August) and maybe got to about 20ft in the center part of the lake we were on. It gets deeper in other parts. It's not very weedy either, so my kids loved it. The water was crystal clear, we swam everyday, used the rowboat as well as the vintage paddle boat. We also brought our SUP's which allowed us to easily get to the other end of the lake. There were a lot of people out fishing, my 10 year old son pulled in 2 rainbow trout while out in the row boat. That made the trip for him! Fishing off the dock was a little challenging though, because it's not that deep. Our poles kept getting snagged in the weeds or logs on the bottom. One neighbor was full of great fishing tips though. We hope to come back again next summer (or sooner), we really enjoyed our stay at this cottage."

This is a room that has an outdoorsy feel with a comfortable extra-long single bed and a double futon bed. If you are lucky you will spot a horse or two or an alpaca out the window. There is a small desk and bookcase. A shared bath is just down the hall and a friendly cat or dog is likely to greet you in the morning.

Your room is light and bright and has a nice pastoral view. It's very comfortable and the temperature can be controlled by opening the window or using the wall-mounted thermostat. There are several shelves for storage and hanging hooks on the wall. If you prefer to read about Seattle and find maps of where to go, I have plenty of those too, in the hall between the rooms.

Your home for a day or longer term for a couple of months, is a 1901 country farm-style house sitting on a 1/3 acre of its own grass and surrounded on three sides by other people's grass. There is a long driveway where you can park your tractor, horse, or car. If you just want to sit and enjoy the green and the space, there are two porches (one with a swing) and a large deck in the backyard.

If you really want that 'home away from home' feeling, feel free to use the lawn mower and weed whacker. Or just go for the barbeque, the huge deck in the backyard, living and dining rooms, and of course the shared bathroom. Come stay in Maltby! A little piece of Country but close to the City of Seattle. This little bit of heaven is 25 minutes to downtown Seattle and Everett. 15 minutes to the Woodinville Winery Region. 60 minutes to two ski resorts. A complete private downstairs with living area, bedroom, private bath and private patio sitting area. Includes frig, microwave, kuerig coffee service and available snacks.
This is a great location to come enjoy the Pacific Northwest!!

This space is very quiet and private. It's a great place to relax and catch up on whatever you have been missing. It's in a nice country setting but close to everything. There is so much to see and do!
This is not a good location if you are dependent on public transportation.

The space
Wooded & private setting Wellington Creekside Studio awaits you! This private studio can be rented in conjunction with Wellington Carriage House which is a secondary separate studio home that sits at the front of our property allowing for additional guests/privacy.

Creekside Studio is located at the back of our property attached to our main house but with a completely locked off and separate entrance. You will have total privacy and access to the entire studio space.

Creekside is located 5-7 minutes from downtown Woodinville & hundreds of wine tasting rooms/beautiful wineries, distilleries, breweries & restaurants, Ste Michelle Winery and their summer concert series and the world renowned Sophia Health Institute. Whatever brings you to Woodinville, you will find Creekside Studio provides a romantic, tranquil setting perched within the evergreens. Even the name of the paint color, Herbal Escape, will help set the mood for rest and relaxation. Enjoy AC for those warm summer evenings and an electric fireplace with multiple color settings for a romantic winter evening.

The bright yellow door will welcome guests as they pull into the private entrance off the carport, where you can park your vehicle underneath and out of the elements. The wide, hardwood staircase guide you up to the open studio. Continued hardwoods throughout lead you to the gorgeous kitchen area with lovely and peaceful green, soft close cabinetry with a beautiful cream colored quartz counter top, spacious refrigerator, full size dishwasher, built-in microwave, deep stainless steel kitchen sink and hidden stack-able washer and dryer rounds out the kitchen area. Please note, no oven, but we do provide a microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, instant hot water kettle, and slow cooker for those looking to cook meals or needing an extended stay.

50” flat screen TV and a host of TV apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and many more) and electric fireplace for both additional heating or ambiance with multiple color settings. Enjoy curling up with a good book and fuzzy blanket in the comfortable, over-sized, swivel chair. There is also a four person pup table for eating, game playing or work station (free, reliable WiFi).

Sleeping arrangements: The wall bed is a high quality made Murphy queen size bed with hotel quality mattress and bedding. Keep it down or put it away during your stay for additional space. Couch folds down into a full size bed. Linens provided.

The bathroom is well appointed with unique and aesthetically pleasing high quality tile thoroughly, vessel sink and plenty of storage, including a double hamper. You’ll find additional storage in our large closet organizer with plenty of coat hangers for your use.

The private Creekside Studio will not disappoint! This is a completely separate studio apartment for our guests that sits to the right of our main house. It's off the street and extremely quiet. There is only one shared wall with our main house (staircase wall and back bathroom wall only). We are a relatively quiet family but occasionally you may hear us, mainly during a Seahawk or Huskies game! Or enjoying our backyard and with the occasion few friends or family. But we don’t party, smoke or be loud. The dog rarely barks but you may occasionally see my husband using his Traeger BBQ under the carpet or our sauna.

We do have one dog named Girly, an American Terrier, who only has access to our fully fenced back yard. If she is ever in the fully fenced front yard her human owners will be with them. You’re welcome to say “hello”! We do have a dog sign on the front gate. Again, the dog is never in the front yard without an owner present. The sign says “I can make it to the fence in three seconds, can you?” It’s meant to detour folks who are not intended to be on our property. We have a gate to keep the dog and our once young children, off the Main Street.

The neighborhood is very safe and provides a peaceful area to walk/jog around. You’ll likely see us coming/going on our daily walks with Girly. The entire horse acre property is FULLY fenced with a gated driveway (code will be provided at time of booking). Main house/Creekside Studio is at the back of the horse acre property.

Getting around: You will need a car to drive to downtown Woodinville or use Uber (which does service our area easily) to enjoy the hundreds of wine tasting rooms, distilleries, Ste Michelle (5.6 miles) outdoor wine concerts or the World RENOWNED Sophia Health Institute (2.3 miles) that are all within 5–13 min. from Creekside Studio.

Cute tiny house 5 minutes from Snohomish. Loft ladder is steep! Sits on family property of 6 acres. The bathroom comes equipped with all the amenities plus washer/dryer. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove and kitchenwares.
We have 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and we run a custom cabinet shop on the property.
Again…the loft ladder is STEEP…use at your own risk!! We take no responsibility for injuries during your stay.

There is a creek near the road that you can enjoy from the forest. If you walk towards the road from the cabin you’ll see the small creek.

No animals. No ESG animals allowed. There is a safety issue on the property with having animals present. If you have a service animal please reach out to the host to help with accommodation.

Tiny home getaway in Machias Snohomish!! Wether you are visiting friends/family, attending an event at a local venue or coming to simply relax, you will LOVE this tiny home. Enjoy shopping, wine tasting or one of our local breweries! Kayak/paddle board on one of our many lakes, or enjoy a day of fishing & playing on the beach! This is a small apartment, accessed by 8 steps down from the alley carport. It is in a triplex near the Snohomish Historic district. It has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, futon/sofa that folds down into a full-size bed, and full bathroom.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for your getaway trip. Located just 40 seconds away from the famous Lord Hill Park Hiking trail and seven minutes from down town Snohomish, it serves as the perfect space to rest, relax, and sight see. It is a downstairs unit with ample space, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a tv with a Roku you can log into and use any streaming service of your choice, split air unit and coffee and cream. It is near beautiful horse farms, and a town with historical richness.

The space
The unit is a blocked off private entrance suite located in the downstairs of a two-story home. The owners occupy the upstairs so please understand there may be some family noise coming from upstairs. The home is located on a quarter of an acre on a hill, so if you peek over the fence, you’ll see a beautiful view of mountains and horse farms. On the property are Apple trees that you are welcome to pick from. Guests will have to walk through and down a grassy hill about 100 feet to get to their door.

You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!

The space
The space: Wellington Carriage House is a completely separate home/space from our personal main house that we reside in so your coming and goings do not interfere and you’re free to arrive late into the evening. You will have full, private access to the upstairs studio apartment with full kitchen and private bathroom and enjoyment of our regulation size pool table and 8 foot drop down screen for TV/movie viewing or streaming of your favorite shows! The system doesn’t support hook up of a game console or computer. You can enjoyed a lovely upper covered porch and a lower covered patio.note the lower portion of the Carriage House is a garage space and office that is not for guest use. My husband, Robert, accesses his office from a completely separate entrance and is there typically for a few hours in the morning and later afternoon only and is very quiet. We may occasionally access the garage as we have items stored in there and sometime the car is moved out. However we will not go up the stairs or near the upper door to the studio. The Carriage House apartment has its own separate locked entrance.

Location: The Carriage House sits at the front of our property in a residential neighborhood, which is wonderful to walk/jog around. Our main house is at the back of the horse acre property which offers a fully fenced yard with security gate (code to be provided at time of booking), so very secure. Overall, the neighborhood is very safe. Home does reside on a residential road with some car noise during peak traffic times; 7:00-9:30 am and 4:00-6:30 pm M-F, which is mostly heard if outside or the windows open. We also live in a wooded area and in the spring, bears have made their way into the neighborhood.

Getting around: You will need a car to drive to downtown Woodinville or use Uber (which does service our area easily) to enjoy the hundreds of wine tasting rooms, distilleries, Ste Michelle (5.6 miles) outdoor wine concerts or the World RENOWNED Sophia Health Institute (2.3 miles) that are all within 5–13 min. from the Wellington Carriage House.

Beds: one queen Murphy bed with real mattress. One couch with memory foam pad to lay onto of couch plus bedding.

Landscapers. Arrive every other Thursday morning for 90 minutes. They will be working around the yard.

Other things to note
Max people for overnight stays is 3 and no additional guests over four anytime. If your guest count should change anytime prior to or during your stay, you need to inform us. We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if studio is left extra dirty.

No BBQ available. Do not bring your own and that includes hibachi’s. We have an oven, microwave and stove top for cooking. No open flames. Use of outdoor burning to be confined to the available fire pit. Please supply your own wood.

There is a sign on the gate that says “I can make it to the fence in 3 seconds, can you?” With a picture of a German shepherd. We no longer have our wonderful GS, but now an adopted five year old Pit Bull named Girly. She will NEVER be in the front yard without an owner with her and not when guests are around. She spends her days with us in the house and in the back yard that is separately fenced.

Nestled in the beautiful woodlands of Snohomish, the suite is completely separate from the main residence with private entry and designated parking. Modern updates, along with beautiful views and quiet surroundings allow you to feel right at home as soon as you enter. We are located minutes from downtown Snohomish, (home of Lamb and Co. from HGTV) and countless delightful boutique shops and restaurants along with several wedding venues.

The space
Walk into a full kitchen and dinette area with a movable, expandable island and bar seating. A multi purpose nook in the front room doubles as an additional sleeping space equipped with a sleeper sofa. In the back of the suite is a very large bathroom with a full tub and shower. The spacious bedroom comes with air conditioning, heat, and a room-darkening black out shade. There is an in unit washer and dryer in a separate laundry room to help minimize noise. Large windows at each end of the suite let in a large amount of natural light and allow you to observe the beautiful surroundings that we call home!

When you arrive at the property, you will park on the marked parking pad to the right of the garage. The entrance to the unit is on the opposite side of the garage and up the stairs.

You will have full access to the suite as it is completely separate from the owners residence. Designated parking is provided, and additional parking if needed.

Other things to note
We (very) recently added the addition of 5 baby goats to our family. We’d love for you to enjoy them as much as we do, but please don’t encourage them to stick their heads through the fence. This won’t be a concern when they’re older, but for now, if you’d like to interact with or pet the babies, please contact the owner to arrange time inside the fenced area. Also, please avoid the electric fence which is clearly marked to avoid getting shocked!

Located near historic downtown Snohomish (1 Mile), this studio is the perfect weekend getaway for either your staycation or if you're intown to enjoy a wedding or wine tasting. Nine local breweries and distilleries in close proximity for you to enjoy. (Barley Pop Brewing is located in the other end of the building). This newly updated 450 SF is perfect for a short-term vacation or business rental. This is a hotel room setting with heated tile floors, no kitchen just a microwave & mini fridge.

The space
Close to Convenience Stores, Coffee shop, 2 Grocery stores, a Public Library, Aquatic Center, Skate Park and several small parks. There is 15+ Wedding venues in the area, microbrewing (Barley Pop Brewing located on other side of the building), wine tasting, antique and trendy shopping on 1st street (1 mile away) that is now called the Midtown area. We are in a Commercial building that will have small noises from time to time throughout the day, place is very quiet at night. So, if you're looking for the cabin in the woods get away this is not it. Sorry some guests want a room with 100% no outside noise. We have insulated, ship lapped the walls and added a Bose Bluetooth speaker to help with any background noise
