The Whitehouse Cottage contains four bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms, together with a family bathroom and a downstairs shower room. The house has been tastefully updated with all the conveniences of the home. All of the bedrooms include wooden beds with nightstands, chests of drawers, and wardrobes. There are four bedrooms at the Whitehouse Cottage. There is a King en-suite room on the ground floor. A King room with an ensuite is located upstairs. a King-sized room as well as a double room which both share a family shower room located upstairs.

There are two living rooms, one of which has a corner sofa and a pine table and seats eight people. The second one has French doors leading to the garden and is at the back of the home. A flat-screen TV and a leather sofa with three and two seats are also available. There is a large courtyard outside where two to three vehicles can be parked.

We welcome visitors to use the gas BBQ in our gorgeous garden, which also has plenty of seating. However, we do ask that it be properly cleaned after each use. (Please be aware that this garden is shared with the owners who reside next door to the property. However, when the property Is booked out the owners do not use the Garden for guests privacy)

The Property is located on the B1043 so does get some road noise.

Fabulous, light airy and stylish home. The accent is on modern convenience and quality appliances, crockery, cutlery etc balanced with some fine antiques. This house provides a lovely space for your family to quickly feel at home and enjoy longer stays.

There is a downstairs utility room and separate toilet with a family bathroom upstairs. There is a further en-suite bathroom in one of the four double bedrooms. The gas central heating is supplemented by a log burning fire which is lovely on cold winter or even autumn evenings.

This home is well situated in a tree lined road with adequate parking for up to three cars. Six pubs and restaurants are within about 5 minutes walk. One of these, the River Mill, is delightfully situated on the Great Ouse, on the edge of a nature park with some lovely cycling / walking. There are also various convenience shops and takeaways within a 5 minute walk.

St Neots town centre, a 15 minute walk or 5 minute cycle ride, provides excellent non-chain Italian / Chinese / Thai / Turkish / Indian restaurants as well as the usual national chain restaurants. The drive to the A1 is under 5 minutes and the railway station, about ten.

The kitchen is well supplied with double eye-level Bosch oven, dish-washer, wide gas hob, slow cookers, fridge freezer, wine fridge, air fryer as well as Ninja 15 in 1 multi-cooker, ice -maker, Dualit toaster, rice maker etc.

The dining table extends for eight people, and there is Denby tableware and Villeroy and Boch cutlery for more than eight settings. The living room has a Cambridge / Bowers & Wilkins hi-fi, with CD, Blu-Tooth and deck with a good range of vinyl records. TV and XBox. There is also a Cambridge hi-fi in the room with 2 single beds, along with very heavy powerful Fender amp and various guitars. There are numerous board games in the side-board. For families with children who like Lego an absolutely huge collection can be made available.

It’s a fun, friendly house with a great vibe.

Whilst there is strictly no smoking inside there are areas to smoke outside, by the fire pit or on the decking.

For environmental reasons I do not run the hot tub between October and March. The hot tub is open from 1st April to the end of September.

In addition to English I speak French, Indonesian and Cantonese, albeit not as fluently as I once did!

Eaton Ford Green apartment is a modern first-floor apartment in Eaton Ford, St Neots. The Riverside Park and the St. Neots Town Centre are a two-minute stroll to the town center where you will find all the restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and shops.

This apartment will sleep up to four comfortably in two double-bedded rooms. The main bedroom has a double bed with side cabinets and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a double-bedded room with side cabinets and a freestanding wardrobe. The bathroom features a toilet, a sink, and a bathtub with a shower over it.

The lounge/dinner includes a sofa and chair with side tables and a sideboard and Tv. There is a table and chairs for four. Just off the lounge is the kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, and washing and dryer.

The apartment has Virgin media fibre broadband and Tv. There is designated permit parking space for two vehicles is also included with this property. Please note that the property has a Ring Camera located outside the apartment. Eaton Ford Green apartment is on the main road so there may be some noise from traffic.

Five two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments overlooking the river in Little Paxton. All have river views and parking.

Nine properties in St Neots and Eaton Ford. From one bedroom apartments to two bedroom apartments on the river, a three bedroom house on the river and a four bedroom grade 2 listed pub with loads of history. All properties have parking, some are ground floor and some are in the same road or building.

A spacious home suitable for single person lodgings. Excellent reviews other than one strange guest who gave 1* because they expected the bathroom and kitchenette to be private w room despite nominal room rate. Sigh.

The space
A family home with two friendly family dogs who are crated at appropriate times and have no access to upstairs - please be mindful when entering and leaving out of controlled hours as they do like to take themselves off for a walk and it takes 30+ minutes the pair of rascals.

The landing is shared by other guests and the hosts.

The studio is self-contained, spacious & welcoming. It is fully air conditioned, has super fast broadband, Smart TV and has its own entrance that is separate from the main house. The space
This is a calm, clean, tidy and spacious 4-bedroom house with one male occupant.

The bedroom has a lockable door and a private bathroom.

The beverage & food preparation area is in the space between the bedroom and the bathroom which is curtained off from the rest of the home.

I know from my own travels and use of Airbnb's that the most important part of staying in a strange room is sleep quality. This means peace, quiet, privacy and comfort. I like to think I achieve this for my guests.

As well as the peace of being at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic or people noise, your room has a top-quality hypo-allergenic cushion-top Wheatcroft mattress (see photo) which is topped with two mattress covers and a top-quality silky Egyptian cotton fitted sheet.

The pillows are top-notch Snuggledown brand, covered with a pillow protector and Egyptian cotton pillow cases. The duvet cover is also Egyptian cotton.

Depending on the time of year that you stay, I alternate winter and summer duvets.

The spacious bathroom has an invigorating power shower and white Egyptian cotton towels.

The room and private bathroom are across a small corridor from one another (see photo). Guests have exclusive use of this corridor due to it being partitioned off from the rest of the house with a heavy curtain. This creates the feel of being in a small apartment.

The curtained-off section has a serving area and shelving which houses these items: a toaster, a kettle, a microwave oven, a mini fridge a tea pot, and some tea and coffee bags.

Also in this area are cutlery, cereal bowls, dinner plates, drinks mugs and plastic drink glasses.

I am retired, so I am home most of the time. Therefore, I am generally available to offer assistance and local advice.

The space
My house is very light, often open at the back in summer with easy access to the sofa and chairs on the decking. In winter I often use the log burner in the lounge. The fire pit is also often used (even if a bit of a chilly evening in summer!)

There is a separate laundry / utility room. Indoor and outdoor eating areas, with Denby / Villeroy and Boch crockery/cutlery for up to eight settings (rosewood dining table is extendable).

My house is kept immaculately as I like everything to be put in its place - it’s arranged so that this is easy. Airing cupboard for towels, laundry room and so on. High quality sound system in lounge and separate system in kitchen.

Whilst my whole house is available to have to yourselves, (min 3 nights) even when you just rent one room I rarely use the lounge as I don’t watch the TV (it is only 6 months old and high spec). Some rooms have desks, but if I am working I quite like to sit at the table on the upper landing. There is a lot of space for you to enjoy your privacy. There is free printing via the network wi-fi hi-spec printer.

You are welcome to cook here with the gas hob or electric ovens, or indeed the Ninja 15 in 1 multi-cooker. You will have clear spaces in the fridge / cupboard / wine-cooler for food and drinks but you can use anything I have, which includes various grains, flours, herbs, spices and so on.

Other things to note
If helpful, I can easily arrange for groceries to be ready for arrival. You can help yourself to various teas and coffees.

If helpful, I do speak Cantonese, Indonesian/Malay and French sufficiently well to assist with guests where English isn’t their first language.
