Perfect owners, helped us out at last minute!!" - "I was texted details to collect a key that wouldn't have an apartment number on it (there was five keys without numbers) from a drop box to an apartment that also didn't have a number. Upon entering it seemed basic as expected, but pleasant and spacious. Beds, sofa, kitchen,shower etc. all obviously a little old but in decent condition. I realised there were no towels and told they don't usually supply them(!) I explained I'd never heard of this before and they offered for the cleaner to deliver some first thing in the morning and if I could wait in for her as they don't have a spare key(!), the cleaner delivered two towels at 9:30am, one of which was filthy with black stains all over it. That evening i received texts from them asking if Id taken another apartments key as they couldn't check in, I had to send a picture of my set to prove which I has taken. Most surfaces, floors etc appeared clean, but some real deep cleaning was need on things like blinds and the toilet brush and dish sponge were disgusting. The kitchen has most amenities (including a host of random utensils), but no microwave. TV has freeview channels and a selection of DVDs were left, but no DVD player. Overall it made an acceptable base as I was working locally for a few days, but just feels like there is a serious lack of attention to detail compared to price paid. "

Light and pleasant double room available in a quiet terraced house. Within 10 minutes walk of the station, universities and city centre. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and cosy front room - all shared with me, but I work hard and play hard so won't get under your feet!

Double bed private room in the green and lovely area of Heeley and Meersbrook. Easy access to the Peak District, City Centre.

Situated on a quiet street with pubs and shops within 5 minute walk. 15 minute walk to Abbeydale and London Rd which has a lots of eating and hanging out options with cuisines from around the world. 20 minute drive to the Peak District. 10 min bus or 30 minute walk to the centre.

Use of kitchen and dinning room (has a TV). Can use the dining room to work / relax .

It's a quiet area but close to lots of resources nearby.

The house is an old mid terrace which is kept warm in cold months. It is cool in the warmer months. Just let me know if you ever want the heating up.

Comfortable cosy, light and airy attic space with double bed in period terraced town house. Quiet street but close to bus and tram links into the city centre. The room is fully furnished with access to a shared bathroom.
Evening meal can be provided, at an extra cost, if required during short stays of up to one week. The kitchen is not for use, however, if you need to use the microwave, jut let me know. The room is available on a longer term basis should you require a longer stay.

We are based only 10-minutes outside central Sheffield, and a short drive from the edge of the Peak District National Park.

A bright and airy room, with access to our newly refurbished bathroom.

This room is on the second floor, with a double bed & memory foam mattress topper. There is also a seating area including a super comfy Sofa.

Downstairs, the kitchen is well-equipped and available to use at any time during the stay.

We love meeting new people, and prefer guests who are travelling or visiting for holiday and work, rather than staying in the room all day.

We have purpose built this room in our home as a dedicated space for people to stay. We have family and friends who live abroad and we wanted to create somewhere that they could stay when they visit. It also means you can relax and rest in the space and be just as welcome as our family would.

We have tried to create a space that is comfortable, peaceful and refreshing. Using calming colours on the walls and furniture that soothe.

We have tried to mix all the feels of a luxury hotel room, with a large bedroom at home, and are sure you will leave feeling more rested than when you arrived.

We are fortunate to have beautiful Peak District on our doorstep, being 20 minutes’ drive from our house. Also, within 5 minutes’ walk is a very large green space of Osgathorpe Park. If you want or need recommendations of places to visit and walk, food or travel connections, just ask.

We are currently renovating the bottom of our house, and have completed the room you're looking at.

We can guarantee there will be no dust, noise, banging or work carried out for the duration of your stay, but it does mean the rest of the house is still having its facelift!

Where possible we have provided facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kitchen access with kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, fast, reliable WiFi etc.

During your stay
We would love to greet in person our guests and if we are not around we got Self check in option available for our guests. Key safes are located at the rear door entrance and we will provide the pin on the arrival time or day.

We are also only a call/text away if you need anything, so feel free to message within reasonable hours (8am-11pm).

Other things to note
As mentioned, we are in the middle of a fairly large-scale renovation project, none of which will affect the quiet/comfort of your stay. However, it does mean that some areas of the house are less presentable than your beautiful room. We really appreciate your understanding in this, and are certain it won't impact how you enjoy the space you have rented.
