It is a walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, a micro brewery and two train stations just a 25 minute journey to Manchester City Centre and Manchester Airport.

On entering the apartment, there is one flight of stairs to the first floor. The bedroom has a kingsize bed which can also be made into two twin beds and the living space includes a dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a comfy double sofa bed. In the entrance hall there is a washing machine/dryer. The property boasts free private parking for two cars directly in front of the apartment. Free wifi with line speed 70Mb (upload 17-18Mb download 71-72Mb). Please note: for very young children you may feel due to stairs it is not suitable as we don't provide child safety gates or equipment.

Connected to the lounge is a 6 seater dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with hi quality cookware and all the appliances and utensils. A sociable and lovely space with everything you could need should you wish to dine at home.

All the bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard with quality mattresses, pure white linens and towels and nice touches that give off a light and traditional feel. You can wake up refreshed and calm after a good night's sleep in this tranquil space.

The master bedroom is ensuite and there is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower/WC in which to unwind after a busy day. Additionally there is a separate WC downstairs.

There is a keylock box available so collecting the key and access anytime should be possible. You will need to return the key to the keylock box when you checkout. We require you to provide your arrival and departure timing to agree checkin and checkout times so we can coordinate with other guests. If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.

Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb

the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.

You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.

There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied

No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.

Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

There is an open plan lounge, which contains a comfortable sofa bed, dedicated desk, dining table and Smart TV. You're able to sign into the Smart TV with your streaming accounts. There is an electric fire, to provide a snug feeling in the winter if you prefer it to the radiators.

There is a spacious galley kitchen, which is fully equipped with dining ware, cutlery and cookware you'd need to create a scrumptious meal. Oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster are there for you to use.

The master bedroom has a comfy double bed, wardrobe for your belonging and a small vanity unit. We absolutely love the wall paper in the bedroom.

The bathroom has a shower above the bath and modern bold design looks stunning. The bathroom also contains the boiler, washing machine and dryer.

We are a 10 minute walk to the train station and Poynton's charming high street with great cafe bars and pubs

The space
Florrie is nestled to the side of our house. She is a 1994 2 berth Compass Echo caravan. The inside length is 13ft. Although petite, everything required for a cosy and comfortable stay is provided.

Guest access
For privacy and comfort, we generally host solo female travellers or couples.

Unfortunately Florrie is not suitable for babies, children or anyone with physical difficulties/mobility problems.

The caravan is petite, has narrow doors, a small toilet space and a step up to the front door.

Other things to note
We have a private garden space for you to enjoy which is accessible via our property, just let me know if you'd like to use it.

Please be considerate of our neighbours. Florrie is intended as a quiet space for you to totally relax and unwind.

When you arrive, please allow time for us to show you how the caravan works before your stay. This is necessary and takes approximately 30 minutes. Our last check-in is 7pm. We are normally unavailable after 7pm.

The space
Located just off Dickens Lane in the centre of Poynton Village. Check in is via a lockbox so you can arrive any time you like. The house is completely private & all guests have access to the whole house, including the garden.

Downstairs:
As you enter the house you will find a hallway with a downstairs loo & sink. You will then enter the open plan living/dining room, with a modern ‘L’ shaped sofa, dining table which seats upto 6 people, electric log burner, flat screen smart TV & patio doors overlooking the private garden. There is also a under the stairs storage cupboard with space for your own belongings as well as a cordless dyson vacuum, mop, extra blankets & cushions for outside furniture.

Downstairs you will also find the separate kitchen. Fully equipped with a range cooker, fridge freezer, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. We also provide tea, coffee, sugar, a range of spices, cleaning supplies & laundry detergent so that you have all the essential items to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Upstairs:
Upstairs there are 2 large double bedrooms, both with comfortable double beds. In one bedroom there is a dressing table & in the other there is a large double wardrobe. Both bedrooms have enough space to fit a cot, however we don’t provide this but you’re welcome to bring your own. We provide all towels as well as all linen, duvets and pillows. Upstairs you’ll also find a spacious office with desk, chair & lamp. The upstairs bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet & sink. We provide soap, body wash and toilet roll.
