It is a walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, a micro brewery and two train stations just a 25 minute journey to Manchester City Centre and Manchester Airport.

On entering the apartment, there is one flight of stairs to the first floor. The bedroom has a kingsize bed which can also be made into two twin beds and the living space includes a dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a comfy double sofa bed. In the entrance hall there is a washing machine/dryer. The property boasts free private parking for two cars directly in front of the apartment. We have a stylish space which is close to the Manchester Airport and 10 mins from City on Train. It is part of our home but still private; you have access via the garden and the space is all on the ground floor. We have recently renovated the whole property so the space has been decorated throughout with a newly fitted luxury shower room and upgraded kitchen.
