This private studio is located in a quiet area of the desirable affluent Hale, which is ideal for short or long term let, as it is fully inclusive of all services and provides free wireless broadband and ample parking.
You will be delighted with our comfortable self-contained studio which is a stone’s throw away from the village, with its stylish lively bars and elegant restaurants, or the beautiful countryside with its many quaint pubs.
The studio has its own private entrance which offers easy living accommodation and is fully equipped with everything you may need to make you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including a hairdryer and basic supplies.
As it is accessed down York-stone steps, unfortunately this makes it not suitable for the disabled.
Aspect is through the huge glass doors, over a lovely, large well stocked sunny garden, which is not overlooked and you may use, along with the casual seating dotted around. This gets the wonderful afternoon sunshine, as well as filling the house with sunbeams on those balmy British afternoons.
We can provide a travel cot and bedding for your little one, if prior notice is given. A small charge is levied but includes all bedding and a towel.
The studio has ample storage space and is fully equipped including TV, free Wi-Fi, a hair-dryer, iron & ironing board, washing machine, cook books and even a hot water bottle at your disposal.
THERE IS A CHARGE OF £5 TO USE THE WASHING MACHINE which includes the powder. Please leave the money or it is taken from the deposit. This charge we feel to be the fairest way, as most people don't wish to wash clothes on a short stay, so to increase the overall cost may penalise some guests.

Hale is a bustling, affluent place full of restaurants and wine bars. We have small supermarkets, Tescos, Sainsburys and M & S food hall. The countryside is on the doorstep and a drive to one of its many pubs is a delight.
Hale train station links directly to bustling Manchester or extensive, well-preserved Roman city of Chester, stopping at Knutsford (great village steeped in history) or Delemere Forest (place to hire bikes in or Go Ape) make perfect days out.
Alternatively, there is a 20 minute walk into Altrincham where you can catch the Metro-tram excellent network of Manchester that connects to a wide area.

We are a stones throw away from the popular Goose Green know for Its bars and restaurants.
A 5-10 minute stroll to Altrincham centre and the famous Altrincham Market. The Metrolink, train station and bus station are also a 5 minutes walk and this will connect you to the whole of Manchester. We have plenty of supermarkets and cafes within minutes of the house and the airport and Trafford Centre are about 20 minutes in the car.
The space
The house has a large open plan living room/ kitchen, two double bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower.
Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV and big bright double glazed windows with black out curtains for those who prefer a dark room to sleep in.
The living room is bright and airy with beautiful shutters, a SMART TV and double pull out sofa bed, strong Wi-Fi connection and a welcome basket with your essentials!
The kitchen contains all the amenities you need to either cook a meal or enjoy a takeaway.
We use a smart keysafe to access keys for the mews the front door. It sends out an automated code which you can use to collect and deposit your keys before and after your stay.
The accomodation offers a private parking space which is very rare for its central location, with additional the benefit of external ring camera security.

Welcome to our new coach house conversion - contemporary style - 3 bedroom property that has fabulous views across to Dunham Massey and the Peak District.
An absolute haven for that 'Away from it All' feeling while being well located for major transport links.
This house is situated in Little Bollington with a beautiful country pub (The Swan with Two Nicks) on the doorstep. It is the ideal area for walking/cycling/running with Dunham Massey right outside the front door and Tatton Park, Lyme Park, Tabley house and Arley Hall very very short drives away.
This IS the perfect place, without having to travel far from Manchester Airport, or the motorway networks of the M6 and M56. A stunning retreat with the bonus of only a 10-minute drive into the artisan towns of both Knutsford and Altrincham, the hustle of Hale and all its restaurants and bars or the historical village of Lymm and the chocolate box village of Rostherne. The Historic walled city of Chester is only 30 minutes’ drive.
The bustling centre of Manchester, Old Trafford and the outlet shopping of Cheshire Oaks are just 25 minute drive.
The centre of the Peak District (Edale, Buxton etc) is only 40 minutes away with iconic walks. Windemere and the Lake District is 1 hour and 15 minutes away with access to Coniston, Grasmere etc.-

The open plan kitchen (with island) is fully equipped with all the essentials you may need. We also have a utility room with washer & dryer and downstairs toilet. Two bathrooms. Plenty of parking.

No toilet wipes, nappies, Sanitary Towels etc to be flushed down the toilets. This is due to the septic tank system. Any guests that block the toilets up by using these prohibited items, may well be charged an additional fee to call out a professional.
A well behaved adult dog is welcome at £8pnpd. Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the sofas etc.

The space
This small but perfectly formed lodge provides open plan living with all the cosy essentials. The kitchen, dining and living room are open plan giving easy access to all. The kitchen has all pots/pans/plates and even a coffee machine! Leading off the living area the bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower stall.
Guest access
Guests will share parking with South Arden Lodge next door. Little Lodge Guests can park in the field in-front of little lodge.

Please note- this lodge doesn't have its own garden but has immediate access to surrounding fields to walk your four legged friend!
