A first floor apartment decorated with a modern feel and attention to detail, is in a very convenient position. Accessed off the main road via a cobbled courtyard, the apartment benefits from its own parking space for 1 car approx 10 meters away, however please note it is a little tight. Alternatively there is free parking approx 30 meters away.
A small number of steps leads down to the door with carpetted stairs up to the living accommodation.

On entering the apartment, there is one flight of stairs to the first floor. The bedroom has a kingsize bed which can also be made into two twin beds and the living space includes a dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a comfy double sofa bed. In the entrance hall there is a washing machine/dryer. The property boasts free private parking for two cars directly in front of the apartment. Free wifi with line speed 70Mb (upload 17-18Mb download 71-72Mb). We have a stylish space which is close to the Manchester Airport and 10 mins from City on Train. It is part of our home but still private; you have access via the garden and the space is all on the ground floor. We have recently renovated the whole property so the space has been decorated throughout with a newly fitted luxury shower room and upgraded kitchen. You have the use of the south facing rear garden with three areas for relaxing and or entertaining.

A lovely one-bedroom property, with a sofa bed that can sleep 4 people, with free parking and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard and contains quality furnishings and fixtures.
You enter the property from a private entrance, which leads you into a small lobby, with stairs leading up to the apartment.
There is an open plan lounge, which contains a comfortable sofa bed, dedicated desk, dining table and Smart TV. You're able to sign into the Smart TV with your streaming accounts. There is an electric fire, to provide a snug feeling in the winter if you prefer it to the radiators.
There is a spacious galley kitchen, which is fully equipped with dining ware, cutlery and cookware you'd need to create a scrumptious meal. Oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster are there for you to use.
The master bedroom has a comfy double bed, wardrobe for your belonging and a small vanity unit. We absolutely love the wall paper in the bedroom.
The bathroom has a shower above the bath and modern bold design looks stunning. The bathroom also contains the boiler, washing machine and dryer.
You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay.
We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.

This one bedroom apartment is in the basement of a family home. You have complete privacy with your own entrance through the garden. If you need us for anything we are right upstairs but you have complete privacy otherwise.
There is a fully stocked kitchen with fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery and 2 pan stove including cooking utensils. The bathroom is newly refurbished with constant running hot water.

You have your own private access to the apartment from the side of the house. Please note that the access is down some stairs and would not be suitable for a guest with mobility issues.
Other things to note
Stockport is a great suburb of Manchester and very close to the city centre. We have a bus stop right in front of our house which takes you directly into city centre in 25mins. Driving to city centre is 20mins. Stockport station and Stockport town centre are a 5 mins drive. We are also a 10 mins walk from Heaton Moor high street which is bustling with restaurants and cafes and a farmers market on the first Sunday of every month.
We have an EV charger which you are welcome to use at an extra cost.
Please note when booking this property that our boiler and electricity mains are in the apartment and therefore if there is a problem we may need to access the apartment. We hope this is not the case and apologise in advance for this if it occurs. We will also give you a 50% refund for that day if it occurs.

The studio has its own gated main entrance, with easy access and self check in. We are generally at home and available if you have any questions.
As an extra level of protection, there is ring security camera system.
You can park in front or back of the house on the road. It is quiet and safe. There is a large garden with a patio and seating area which also provides a safe space for little ones to run-around in the garden area. Dogs are welcome and the garden is secure.

We have a stylish space which is close to the Manchester Airport and 10 mins from City on Train. It is part of our home but still private; you have access via the garden and the space is all on the ground floor. We have recently renovated the whole property so the space has been decorated throughout with a newly fitted luxury shower room and upgraded kitchen. You have the use of the south facing rear garden with three areas for relaxing and or entertaining.
The space
Our abode is quite unique; not the most attractive architecturally but certainly deceptive. I would like to think we have so far made the most of it, I love property and renovation and am an avid DIY perfectionist, much to my wife's frustration.

Our guests have access via the garden so are free to come and go as they please. We have a smart lock so its easy to get in and out and no fear of loosing the keys>
We occupy a corner plot south facing with commanding views over the Mersey valley, guests have access to the whole garden and there are plenty of places to chill out and relax.
We love dogs and are more than happy for you to bring yours along. We can also offer a dog sitting/walking service if you need to pop out for a function.

You will be provided a key code for the front entrance door and a separate door code to your private room.
There are two ways to access the Inn:-
- From Cassidys on Shaw Road and through the rear access door which will take you to the roof terrace and accomodation entrance via the rear external staircase.
- From Shaw Road, an access road down the side of No.17 (Buon Cibo) you will go up a flight of external stairs to the roof terrace and accommodation entrance.
You can enter and exit the Inn at any time but we ask you to be respectful of other guests, especially during unsocial hours.
Other things to note
There are a set of steps leading up to the inn that you should be aware of. Pushchairs or any other non-essential items can be left in our rear store during your stay.
Parking is on the road but unrestricted parking is plentiful in there area and you would expect to get parked within less than a minute walk of the accommodation. We have a set down area where bags etc can be dropped in advance of checking in if more convenient.
No guests outside of the booking are permitted to be at the accommodation. No parties, this will result in immediate ejection from the accommodation

The glorious hills of the Peak District are a short drive away, with places to visit include Chatsworth House, Castleton, Buxton Spa Town, Bakewell, to name a few, however there are plenty of walks right from the doorstep of the apartment! Visit the Roman Lakes with it's archelogical site, the riverside walk through Brabyns Park and Peak Forest historic canal walkways.
Due to the nature of the village, there is no private parking, however the road in front allows 1 hour parking during the daytime (subject to availability), with a couple of free (and paid) car parks a very short walking distance.
