Alternatively there is free parking approx 30 meters away.
A small number of steps leads down to the door with carpetted stairs up to the living accommodation.
The kitchen has all the equipment you need, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar and dining table. Open plan to the living area with comfy seating (converts to sofa bed) and large flat TV makes it a sociable space. We do allow 1/2 dogs, on prior arrangement, for a charge of £10 per dog per stay payable directly to Jane, the owner. We ask not to leave dogs alone in the apartment.
The Roman Lakes is just a short walk away from the apartment - popular with dog walkers, anglers and cyclists, with archaeological digs where you can experience the history of the area.

We have a stylish space which is close to the Manchester Airport and 10 mins from City on Train. It is part of our home but still private; you have access via the garden and the space is all on the ground floor. We have recently renovated the whole property so the space has been decorated throughout with a newly fitted luxury shower room and upgraded kitchen. You have the use of the south facing rear garden with three areas for relaxing and or entertaining.

Beautiful Character Victorian house, completed to a high specification in a very desirable location. Just a short walk to Bramhall Village in Stockport that provides a variety of shops and restaurants. Have fun with the whole family at this charactful place.
Our fully renovated cottage is across 2 floors and perfectly decorated, with a modest fireplace and lots of natural light. The living room is spacious with a custom sofas, Smart TV.
Connected to the lounge is a 6 seater dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with hi quality cookware and all the appliances and utensils. A sociable and lovely space with everything you could need should you wish to dine at home.
All the bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard with quality mattresses, pure white linens and towels and nice touches that give off a light and traditional feel. You can wake up refreshed and calm after a good night's sleep in this tranquil space.
The master bedroom is ensuite and there is a family bathroom with bath and separate shower/WC in which to unwind after a busy day. Additionally there is a separate WC downstairs.
To make sure you can stay connected is High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house

Parking with one car is free on the driveway.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.
Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb
the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.
We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.
Buxton Road is a main A road in stockport, which has lots of shops, pubs, takeaways and other local businesses. You're not far from Supermarkets to do your shopping. You'll find the people of Stockport are friendly and welcoming. The property is above a barbers shop if you need a quick hair cut!
There are parks and playing local to the property and you're not far from the Peak District if you enjoy hiking.
Stockport is well connected as it is on the orbital M60 for Manchester, has a train station, regular buses and is not far from Manchester Airport. There are future plans for Stockport to be connected to the Manchester Tram system. There are taxis/Uber in the area and because the apartment is on the A6, there are lots of things within walking distance.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
