Our fully renovated cottage is across 2 floors and perfectly decorated, with a modest fireplace and lots of natural light. The living room is spacious with a custom sofas, Smart TV.

Connected to the lounge is a 6 seater dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with hi quality cookware and all the appliances and utensils. A sociable and lovely space with everything you could need should you wish to dine at home.

All the bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard with quality mattresses, pure white linens and towels and nice touches that give off a light and traditional feel. You can wake up refreshed and calm after a good night's sleep in this tranquil space.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
