The noise from the street was unbearable then we realised the next day that there was single glazed windows on the outside which were open and you could open the double glazed windows wide open which is a serious safety issue as people could fall out!!! We also had to go to the Arthouse hotel for the key however the key didn’t work and they needed the locksmith to come out to sort it so we didn’t have a key to get back in and then we had to go back to the arthouse after our night out. I’ve stayed in the signature living apartments/hotels before and they have all been ok however this apartment needs seriously renovating as the conditions were poor especially when you pay so much for the apartment. Would not stay here again. "
