- "The property was in pleasant grounds, in an attractive village. There are a number of b and b rooms in the barn which is now an annex to the main house. The room had a high ceiling so was airy and spacious. The ensuite shower room was too. The bed could be a double or two singles so was large size and we found to be comfortable. There was a continental style breakfast to help yourself to in the dining room which also had a tv. I enjoyed watching the planes coming into land at the airport. These seemed to stop late evening. The host was friendly, available to offer suggestions and check if things were ok but was in the background. There was guidelines on display to ensure all guests were accommodated - eg the dining room was to be vacated by 10pm, presumably so other guests could sleep. We planned to visit NT Speke Hall and the Beatles childhood homes and the location was ideal for this. "

Dating back to 1726, the Brook Barn B&B is located on the outskirts of Liverpool. La casita is a 1 bedroom bungalow within the grounds of my parents’ residence that has been lovingly renovated by us to create a ‘home away from home’ for guests.

The property features an open plan lounge/kitchen- diner with a comfortable seating area and a 40 inch flatscreen TV. The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge as well as kitchenware to cook with. There is an also a breakfast bar with 2 seats.

This is my family home, and while I sometimes stay in one of the rooms as a live-in host, I also spend extended periods in London, so at times the house will be fully available to guests. The property is always cleaned and prepared before your arrival, and you’re welcome to use food items left in the kitchen by previous visitors.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at a minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The Harrisons lived in this terrace home at 25 Upton Green from 1950-1962. They moved right as the Beatles were starting to gain stardom and success. This is a special place, located in a cul-de-sac residential neighbourhood in Speke, just around 20 minute's ride from Liverpool. 😀

Here's what everything you'll find:

🛌 Historic Bedrooms

Walk and stay in George’s bedroom, where he first heard himself and the band on the radio! There's a comfortable double bed and a large closet.

His sister's bedroom features a single bed and a small closet, while his parent's bedroom is larger with another double bed. All of them are waiting for you with quality linens.

🛀 Clean Bathroom

The bathtub is original from when George lived in the house! We've only added a shower for your utmost comfort and stocked it with all essentials, such as a starter pack of toiletries and white fluffy towels.

📺 Cosy Living Area

The living room features a guitar, plush furnishings and tasteful decor, creating a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the city. Kick back on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV. The TV doesn't have regular channels, but Amazon Fire Stick that you can use to watch Netflix etc.

🍳 Well-equipped Kitchen

The well-appointed kitchen in the house features appliances and ample storage space. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick meals, our kitchen caters to all your needs. There will be also some basic cleaning supplies and bin bags to get you started.

✅ Please do look after our home as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys.
